The Vermilion Bird commanded the Power of Flame. Each time it flapped its wings, fire danced, incinerating all obstacles around it. When it opened its beak, a formidable jet of Flame shot out, instantly reducing the surroundings to ash.

The Black Tortoise was protected by its sturdy shell, while its snake-like tail exuded a sinister, poisonous fog. Mysterious runes covered its shell, attesting to its immense defensive power. The Black Tortoise possessed both incredible defensive power and the venomous attributes of a viper.
