Global Awakening:I can summon yandere Queens under my command
Chapter 31: business time
Early the next morning, as the first rays of sunlight streamed through the window and illuminated the bedroom, Smith woke up. He tried to get up, but felt a heavy weight pressing down on his body, keeping him pinned to the mattress.
Lifting his head, he found Brenda sleeping on his left side. She was leaning heavily against his chest, her long blonde hair scattered messily across him. Her soft, voluptuous chest was pressed directly against his arm, leaving his left arm completely trapped beneath her weight. While he certainly couldn’t complain—the feeling was actually quite pleasant—he was completely stuck. To make matters worse, one of her long legs was thrown casually over his abdomen, rendering him immobile.
Hoping to gently shift her off, Smith tried to lift his right hand, only to realize it was locked in place as well. Glancing to his right, he saw Velvet clinging tightly to his right arm. Although Velvet wasn’t leaning her entire body onto him like Brenda was, her grip was firm.
Realizing that forcing his way up would inevitably disturb both girls, Smith decided not to wake them. He laid his head back down on the pillow.
After several minutes, Velvet was the first to stir. Opening her eyes, she realized she was hugging Smith’s arm. Unfazed, she casually let go as if nothing had happened. Looking up, she caught Smith staring directly at her.
"Good morning, my darling," Smith whispered softly. Leaning over slightly, he placed a gentle kiss on Velvet’s forehead.
Velvet smiled, but when she tried to help Smith sit up, she noticed Brenda sprawled entirely across him. Without hesitation, Velvet brought her hand down with a resounding slap right onto Brenda’s rear.
"Ah!" Brenda’s eyes snapped open. "Is it morning already? Why did you—"
Seeing that both Smith and Velvet were already awake and the sun was rising, Brenda tried to bury her face back into the pillow. "Just give me ten more minutes... I’ll get up then..."
"Wake up, you lazy head!" Velvet teased, putting on an exaggerated expression as she slapped Brenda’s rear a second time. "You always love to sleep in! We need to get up and prepare. It’s going to be a long day, and you’re still lying here!"
Knowing Velvet wouldn’t stop bugging her until she moved, Brenda reluctantly sat up, rubbing her eyes. She offered Smith a sleepy smile. "Oh... Good morning, Smith. How are you doing?"
Smith smiled back warmly. "I’m doing good."
With that, the three of them finally got out of bed to brush their teeth and take their morning showers.
When it came time to dress, none of Velvet’s upper clothes fit Brenda’s chest properly. Smith offered Brenda one of his own T-shirts instead. Although it was a bit oversized on her, the fabric still contoured tightly around her impressive chest. Brenda wore it with the pride of a peacock, casting a triumphant glance at Velvet, thrilled to be wearing Smith’s clothes.
Velvet simply rolled her eyes and sighed playfully. "Okay, okay. Let’s go before we’re late for breakfast." Deep down, Velvet felt a tiny pang of jealousy, but she quickly reminded herself that Smith had already kissed her. She was still a step ahead! Besides, it was just a T-shirt—she could wear his clothes whenever she wanted too.
Calming herself down, Velvet led the way out as the three of them headed down for breakfast.
On their way, Harold spotted Smith walking out of the room with a new girl. He clearly remembered only two people entering that room the night before, yet now three were walking out. However, Harold was a professional; he knew better than to ask unnecessary questions about his master’s affairs and kept his mouth shut.
When they arrived at the dining room, Smith saw his aunt, and Diana already seated at the table. They both noticed the extra person accompanying Smith, but neither raised an eyebrow.
After greetings were exchanged, everyone took their seats, and Harold signaled the servants to begin serving breakfast.
Once the food arrived, Smith cleared his throat to introduce her. "Everyone, this is Brenda. She is a new queen that I summoned yesterday. This was the important matter I mentioned to you earlier." He then turned to Brenda, pointing toward his aunt. "Brenda, this is my aunt. Velvet told you about her yesterday."
Brenda immediately offered a polite greeting. "Hello, Smith’s aunt. It is an absolute honor to meet you."
she smiled warmly and said. "It’s lovely to meet a sweet girl like you, Brenda. It seems you’re in a similar situation to my little Velvet over there. You are very welcome in our family."
Smith then pointed toward Diana. "And this is Diana, my personal assistant. She is responsible for my schedule and daily arrangements."
Diana proactively stood and bowed slightly. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Miss Brenda. As Master Smith said, I am his personal assistant. If you ever need anything, please feel free to come to me."
Brenda nodded politely. "Nice to meet you as well, Diana."
With the introductions complete, they settled in to enjoy their breakfast. Though it seemed like a casual introduction, Smith had done it on purpose. He knew the guards stationed throughout the villa would be wondering who this unfamiliar woman was. Given their strict security measures, a mysterious person appearing out of nowhere would naturally cause alarm. Introducing her formally made it clear to everyone in the villa that Brenda was an ally, putting any security concerns to rest.
After breakfast, having no immediate places to go, the group decided to relax in the villa’s backyard.
The backyard featured a large swimming pool, a scenic lake, a pavilion and an artificially planted forest. Despite being in the middle of a bustling city, the lush greenery created a serene, tranquil atmosphere. It was a testament to the Brown family’s excellent taste in real estate.
Smith sat under the shade of the pavilion, enjoying the cool breeze that swept across the water. As he was chatting casually with Velvet and Brenda, Diana approached him.
"Master Smith," Diana intervened politely. "I received a phone call this morning. Someone is requesting to meet with you to discuss some business matters."
Hearing this, the conversation at the table fell silent. Velvet, Brenda, and his aunt all turned their attention to Smith, waiting for his decision. They knew Smith could easily push the meeting to tomorrow if he wanted to rest.
However, Smith knew that stalling would only waste time and gain him nothing.
"Alright," Smith nodded. "You can tell them to meet me here at the lake pavilion. We can discuss business right here."
"Understood," Diana replied before stepping away to confirm the meeting.
Half an hour later, Smith saw a group of four people walking toward the pavilion from a distance. Three of them wore formal dark suits, looking every bit like bodyguards, while the fourth was a sharp-looking woman leading the group.
As they drew closer, the three suited men stationed themselves outside the pavilion. Only the woman stepped inside.
Before taking a seat, she greeted Smith with a professional bow. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Smith. My name is Lisa, and I am here to represent our business arrangement."
Smith nodded, gesturing for her to sit. "Please, go ahead."
Lisa didn’t waste any time. She sat down, pulled out a digital tablet, and got straight to the point. "I am here to discuss the tasks we wish to commission you for. Pursuant to the agreement made by the Seven Families, I am representing all seven families today, not just the Browns. Please forgive me if my sudden arrival or straightforward approach seems intrusive."
Smith waved his hand dismissively. "You don’t have to worry about that. I prefer getting straight to business anyway."
He could tell Lisa was anxious to move things forward quickly, which suited him just fine. Without further delay, Lisa tapped on her tablet and turned the screen toward him to present the details.
