Gene Unlocking: I Evolve Every Day

Chapter 841 562: Metamorphosis Begins!

  • Next Chapter

A colossal iron behemoth many times larger than a star system finally revealed its terrifying true form.

Shaped like a celestial serpent, its entire body was fiery red.

From the vantage point of the Cosmic Battleship, not only was it impossible to see where its tail was, even the other end of its torso was out of sight.

Immense size was the first impression of this iron-based life form among the warriors of the Galaxy Alliance.

Perhaps due to its proximity, everyone clearly observed the head of the iron-based life form, which was as large as a star system, adorned with two antennae. When slightly unfurled, it revealed blade-like teeth and the blazing light of nuclear fusion energy within.

Additionally, this iron behemoth had countless legs, resembling those of a centipede.

However, its body was not segmented but was an integral, naturally formed whole, like a piece of iron with incalculable density.

Beyond these remarkable characteristics, there was a peculiar device positioned on its head, resembling a high-tech product—a "circular wheel."

If the warriors of the Galaxy Alliance saw this thing elsewhere, they might speculate whether it's some kind of sonic emitter. But observing it on the head of the iron-based life form, they would only consider it an accompaniment, not something artificially installed.

After all, the iron-based life form was simply too powerful.

No one believed anyone could install anything atop the head of such a fearsome creature.

Iron-based life forms are those whose basis of life is iron.

While iron atomic nuclei are the most stable atomic nuclei in the cosmos, iron elements themselves are not stable.

Moreover, iron elements cannot form stable covalent bonds, so theoretically, iron-based life forms should not exist.

If there really were iron-based life forms, upon becoming solid, even the weakest among them could withstand the energy outburst not exceeding an entire Yellow Dwarf Star.

The end of this iron-based life form's body was nearly invisible; judging by its form, it was likely one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, of its kind!

Tens of millions were dispatched to attack the iron-based life form, now watching this scene from within Spaceships, all displaying expressions of despair.

They were acutely aware that if this strike failed, the tide of offense and defense would reverse!

Although there were dozens of Titan Battleships here, with particularly formidable defenses, this was only in regard to ordinary intelligent life forms. Against an iron-based life form that could easily destroy entire star systems and remained unscathed by antimatter bombs, the pitiful defense of the Titan Battleships was almost negligible.

Sure enough, in the next moment, amidst the explosion's brilliance, the gigantic head of the iron-based life form slowly turned toward them.

Soon after, one of its forward "feet" obscured the sky, capturing and utterly annihilating all the Titan Battleships within!

Eliminating dozens of Titan Battleships was as effortless for the iron-based life form as a human squashing dozens of ants.

Meanwhile, the object resembling a circular wheel atop its head seemed to be generating something.

Immediately, the enormous eyes of the iron-based life form grew increasingly eerie and blood red.

Its mouth opened and closed as if uttering something, but unfortunately, no one could understand.

Indeed, the arrival of this iron-based life form in the Milky Way Galaxy was not a coincidence; it was indeed under control.

If anyone could perceive the "brainwaves" of the iron-based life form, they would discover that it was in excruciating pain, repeatedly roaring words like "destruction" and "Milky Way Galaxy."

Yes, it was under control.

And the one controlling this iron-based life form... or more accurately, the being, had long since perished; only the program continued to execute.

If anyone were aware of this, they would undoubtedly be extremely astonished.

For such a powerful individual existence as an iron-based life form, what kind of being could control it?

For the intelligent beings of the Milky Way Galaxy, the controlling life form was not unfamiliar; it was the Prophet, who had already been annihilated by Lu Li.

The Prophet spent several million Earth Years figuring out how to control the iron-based life form.

Originally, the intent was to become the overlord of the Milky Way Galaxy. Unfortunately, before execution, it was wiped out by Lu Li, leaving the program to operate automatically, leading to the current scenario.

Although the program operated automatically, the low intelligence of the iron-based life form meant it continued to be manipulated into relentless destruction.

"Destroy!"

"Milky Way Galaxy!"

In its controlled state, the iron-based life form resembled a robot, looking once more toward a distant star system, twisting its body to initiate a wormhole jump.

The next moment, its colossal body that shrouded the starlit sky propelled itself with overwhelming force toward a star system not unlike the Solar System below!

Boom!

Yet another star system was shattered by the terrifying force!

This epic catastrophe continued to surge throughout the Milky Way Galaxy.

...

Meanwhile, in the Small Magellanic Cloud.

This place had long since been utterly destroyed by Lu Li's "Low-Energy Space Bubble" created via the Higgs Field.

Now, only a massive "bubble" remained, along with endless atomic units.

Suddenly, the "bubble" inexplicably burst and vanished, like a soap bubble being popped.

Those atoms, invisible to the naked eye, lost their constraints and dispersed in all directions.

In this vast, dark abyss that had lost all its stars, there logically shouldn't be any light, as all stars were gone.

However, surprisingly, at the moment the "bubble" burst, an incredibly bright golden light suddenly shone at the center of the Small Magellanic Cloud, illuminating nearly the entire star realm of the dwarf star system, spanning a diameter of 7,000 light-years.
