Gene Domination: The Loli Who Devours Worlds
Chapter 207: Change of Era
The Sentinel Alliance fell into complete chaos the moment Forti took action.
Hundreds of Hunters from the Apocalypse Knights charged into various key areas like tigers descending from a mountain.
Their goal was clear—leave none of those stubborn hard-liners who refused to surrender alive!
Shouts of slaughter, screams, and explosions echoed one after another throughout the base.
Blood stained every corner of the Sentinel Alliance.
Meanwhile, inside the supreme conference room, five figures remained seated around the round table.
They were still waiting.
Waiting for Forti’s arrival.
Waiting for the subordinate they thought they could order around at will.
And then—
A piercing alarm suddenly blared throughout the conference room!
All five people froze at the same time.
“What’s going on?!”
An old man stood up abruptly, his expression changing drastically.
He rushed to the monitoring screens on the wall, his fingers trembling as he pressed a series of buttons.
The screens lit up.
Scenes from all over the Sentinel Alliance were transmitted into their view.
Flames soared into the sky.
Corpses littered the ground.
Those familiar figures were being frantically slaughtered by a group of strangers!
“This… this…”
The old man’s eyes widened, his face filled with disbelief.
“A rebellion? How could a rebellion happen in the Sentinel Alliance!”
“What on earth is Forti doing! Why hasn’t he reported such a massive rebellion in the base!”
The man sitting in the chair nearby roared, slamming his fist hard onto the table.
They didn’t notice that one person at the round table remained calm, hands clasped, sitting there quietly.
Nate Voss.
Admiral.
At this moment, a faint smile played on his lips as he looked at his four panicked colleagues, his eyes full of mockery.
But the four, consumed by rage, didn’t notice his abnormality at all.
“Go! Leave here immediately!”
One old man was the first to react, striding toward the door.
The other three followed closely behind.
However—
“Boom!!!”
The alloy door of the conference room was violently broken open from the outside!
The heavy door panel flew out like a piece of paper, slamming hard into the opposite wall and leaving a massive dent.
Amidst the dust, a tall figure walked in, stooping.
Fenrir.
His burly 2.3-meter frame almost filled the entire doorframe.
On his shoulder, a petite figure was gently rubbing her forehead; that impact just now had almost made her hit the doorframe.
Lilith lowered her hand and looked up at the four dumbfounded old men before her.
Her scarlet eyes were full of amusement.
Behind them, an ice-blue figure followed.
A thick Bone Tail hung down from beneath her skirt, swaying gently.
Dark gold vertical pupils swept over everyone present; wherever her gaze landed, the temperature seemed to drop several degrees.
The last to enter was Forti.
He walked with elegant steps, a faint smile on his lips, as if he were just attending an ordinary meeting.
The four old men were stunned for a moment when they saw Lilith and Forti, but then looks of ecstasy appeared on their faces.
“Quick, quick, quick! Forti, you’ve come at the perfect time!”
One old man stepped forward quickly, pointing toward the door, his voice urgent.
“There’s a riot in the base now! Hurry and take men to suppress it! Drag all those rebels out!”
After speaking, he turned to Lilith, his face covered in a fawning smile.
“I didn’t expect Miss Lilith to see such a chaotic side. This is my dereliction of duty. Once we’ve put down the rebellion, we will certainly provide Miss Lilith with a quiet place to rest.”
Lilith tilted her head, looking at the smiling old man.
Her face was full of question marks.
This guy…
Does he really not see that they’ve come with hostile intent?
How did these old fogies even get into these positions?
The corners of her mouth curled up into a mocking smile.
“I’m truly sorry.”
She spoke, her youthful voice sounding nonchalant.
“From now on, the Sentinel Alliance will no longer exist in this world.”
She paused and continued.
“In all of America, there is only—”
“Apocalypse.”
As her words fell, the smiles on the four old men’s faces instantly froze.
They stared blankly at Lilith, their minds going completely blank.
No matter how stupid they were, they understood now.
The rebellion.
It was launched by this person from Apocalypse.
“Forti! You—!”
One old man whipped around to Forti, his eyes full of rage and disbelief.
Forti glanced at him indifferently.
“Sorry, please call me—”
He paused, the smile on his lips deepening.
“Lord Forti.”
“Your strength is too weak.”
He then looked at the other three.
“You all are too foolish.”
“You simply don’t deserve to sit in these positions.”
His tone and demeanor were as if he were merely stating a self-evident fact.
The four old men’s faces turned ashen, and they trembled all over.
They finally understood.
This had all been a conspiracy!
Otherwise, with the Sentinel Alliance’s defense system, the people from Apocalypse have broken in here so easily!
“You! You all!”
One old man stumbled back two steps, pointing at Lilith and Forti, his voice turning shrill with rage and fear.
“Do you have any idea what I hold in my hands!”
“The moment I die—the moment the five of us die—the nuclear bomb codes will be automatically released!”
“When that happens, the entire world will be buried with us!”
His voice grew louder and more crazed.
“Do you realize—you’ve destroyed the entire world!”
Hysterical roars echoed in the conference room.
The other three old men also snapped to their senses, a determined light flashing in their eyes.
Right! The nuclear bombs!
They still had nuclear bombs!
As long as they held the nuclear bombs, these people wouldn’t dare do anything to them!
However—
“Then I’m truly sorry, Mr. Tels.”
A calm voice sounded from behind them.
The four turned at the same time to look at the figure who had been silent all along.
Nate Voss slowly stood up, a faint smile on his lips.
That smile sent a chill through their hearts.
“You… you…”
Tels’s eyes widened as he pointed at Nate Voss, his finger trembling so much he could barely hold it steady.
“You actually stooped to submit to them! Where is your dignity!”
Nate Voss shook his head gently.
“In a world where strength is respected, strength is dignity.”
He looked at his four former colleagues, his eyes full of pity.
“And you failed to see this fact.”
The four fell silent.
But soon, a hint of madness flashed in Tels’s eyes.
“Do you think I haven’t considered this day!”
He spun around and rushed toward a hidden wall in the distance!
“In that case, let’s all die together!”
He was going to open what was inside that wall—their final trump card!
However—
He had only run two steps.
When an ice-blue afterimage suddenly flashed by!
*Slash!*
A thick, slender Bone Tail shot out like a venomous snake, its Tail Blade piercing directly through Tels’s body!
It entered through his back and protruded from his chest!
Blood dripped down the ice-blue bone blade.
Tels looked down at the cold Tail Blade in his chest, his eyes filled with resentment and despair.
He opened his mouth to say something but only spat out a mouthful of blood.
Ni Jing retracted her Bone Tail, letting the corpse collapse to the ground.
Her figure flickered and vanished from the spot.
Before the other three old men could react, three ice-blue afterimages flashed in succession—
*Thud!*
*Thud!*
*Thud!*
Three muffled sounds.
Three corpses hit the ground almost simultaneously.
The entire process took less than a second.
Blood spread across the conference room floor.
In the entire supreme power core of the Sentinel Alliance, only one person remained standing—
Nate Voss.
He watched the four corpses quietly, with no sadness in his eyes, only a deep sense of relief.
Then, he looked up at the petite figure sitting on Fenrir’s shoulder.
Lilith’s lips curled up slightly, revealing a satisfied smile.
She looked at Nate Voss, her youthful voice echoing in the silent conference room.
“From now on, the Sentinel Alliance is renamed Apocalypse.”
“This place is still under your management.”
“Everything else will run as usual.”
A flash of uncontrollable joy crossed Nate Voss’s eyes.
Without the slightest hesitation, he dropped to one knee, placed his right hand over his chest, and bowed his head.
“Thank you for your trust, Master!”
His voice was low and powerful.
His posture was devout and respectful.
Fenrir turned and left the blood-scented conference room with Lilith.
Behind them, Ni Jing followed quietly.
At the door, Forti took one last look at Nate Voss, a slight smile playing on his lips as he gave a small nod before turning to leave.
Nate Voss remained kneeling, not rising for a long time.
Only when the footsteps had completely faded did he slowly raise his head.
Looking at the four corpses that were once high and mighty, a smile slowly formed on his face.
From today on, the Sentinel Alliance will no longer exist.
In its place is Apocalypse!
