Chapter 439: Yangyuan Emperor and Emperor Sword Mark

'Will Yangyuan Emperor be willing to help me?'

"Li Yang." Fire Spirit looked at Li Yang and said, "His Majesty the Emperor says he is about to enter seclusion and will not be seeing you for the time being."

"Seclusion?"

Hearing this, Li Yang instantly understood. Yangyuan Emperor was unwilling to interfere in the matter between him and Luoyu.

"I understand. Thank you for informing me, Lord Fire Spirit," Li Yang said, nodding respectfully.

Emperor Sword Mark was out exploring the cosmos. Even if he saw the message, it wasn't guaranteed that he would enter the Virtual World.

Long Yu saw the Deity and smiled. Then he turned to Li Yang, a smile still on his face, and said, "Li Yang, His Majesty the Emperor has asked me to bring you to him."

Hearing this, a look of joy instantly appeared in Li Yang's eyes. He quickly replied, "Yes, Lord Deity."

'Since he's willing to see me, Emperor Sword Mark should be willing to help. Otherwise, why would he have me brought over just to reject me in person?'

Li Yang followed behind Long Yu, heading toward a palace.

Behind them, the Divine Fire Spirit watched their retreating figures.

'Emperor Sword Mark wants to see Li Yang?'

The Divine Fire Spirit thought to himself, 'From the looks of it, Li Yang was here to request an audience with our Emperor as well. I wonder what it was about?'

He knew nothing about Luoyu dispatching Deities to Earth. Yangyuan Emperor hadn't mentioned it to him, so he was completely in the dark as to why Li Yang had come seeking an audience.

On the massive throne, Yangyuan Emperor looked at Fire Spirit and asked, "You're saying Long Yu took Li Yang to see Emperor Sword Mark?"

"Yes, Your Majesty," Fire Spirit said respectfully.

Yangyuan Emperor fell silent for a moment before saying, "I see. You may leave."

"Yes." The Divine Fire Spirit didn't dare say more and left immediately.

Within the vast palace, Yangyuan Emperor was left alone.

'Is Sword Mark planning to help Li Yang?'

Yangyuan Emperor wondered silently, 'Doesn't he know that helping Li Yang is equivalent to provoking the Zun Lie Clan?'
