Chapter 23: Chapter 23: Su Qin’s Restless Night.

The night passed quietly outside Qinghe Village, but inside the simple wooden house it was anything but peaceful.

Li Jian never really settled down to rest.

Throughout the night, whenever the mood struck him, he would pull Su Qin over again.

Sometimes she knelt between his legs.

Sometimes she sat close beside him on the edge of the bed.

Her soft mouth would wrap around his little brother once more, moving up and down with that same reluctant rhythm, while his hand remained inside her open robes, freely squeezing and molding her full bare breasts as he pleased.

Again and again.

By the time faint light began to seep through the wooden window, Su Qin’s lips were already slightly swollen, and faint red traces from his fingers marked the pale soft flesh of her chest.

And currently...

The air in the room carried a heavy, mixed scent of sweat, sex, and the lingering bitterness of what she had swallowed multiple times through the night.

Li Jian only noticed the change when a thin ray of morning light cut across the floorboards.

He blinked slowly and looked toward the window.

...It’s already dawn.

Only then did he lower his gaze.

Su Qin was still kneeling on the wooden floor in front of him, her robes half-open, both full pale breasts exposed and faintly marked from being played with all night.

"Haa... Haa..."

Her soft lips were wet and slightly parted, a thin trace of white stain still clinging to the corner of her mouth.

Between her knees and around the floorboards beneath her, the mess from the night was obvious... dried and half-dried white stains scattered where she had spat, coughed, or failed to swallow everything in time.

Her eyes were dazed, her mouth half-open, and his white liquid was still leaking from her lips.

Right now, she looked exhausted, unwilling, and thoroughly used.

Li Jian rested one hand against the edge of the table and quietly observed the scene below him for a moment.

Then a faint, satisfied smile appeared on his face.

’What a mess.’

And he couldn’t help but feel pleasantly surprised at how energetic his body still was.

He knew that was a cultivator’s physique, but damn... the number of times he had kept pumping his seed down her throat was strange.

Outside, the first light of morning continued to spread over Qinghe Village.

Su Qin remained kneeling on the wooden floor, breathing a little unevenly.

Her robes were still open at the front, both pale breasts exposed and faintly marked from being squeezed through the night.

She slowly lifted her head and also looked at the sunlight coming through the window.

For a moment, her expression went blank.

Then the reluctance returned.

"...It’s morning already?" she muttered hoarsely.

Li Jian withdrew his hand from her chest and leaned back against the table, watching her with a calm smile.

"Senior Sister Su really worked hard last night. I appreciate it."

Su Qin’s ears turned red.

She immediately pulled her robes closed and turned her face away, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand.

The movement was sharp, almost angry, but she still did not lash out the way she would have before this journey.

On the other side of the room, Han Jin was already awake.

He had been sitting on the bed with his sword across his knees, eyes closed as if circulating his qi.

When the morning light entered the house, he opened his eyes and looked over.

His gaze paused for a brief moment on Su Qin’s disheveled state and the stains on the floor, then he turned away with a stiff face.

"...Clean yourselves up," he said coldly. "We leave once the villagers are awake. The wolf’s blood trail won’t last forever."

Su Qin stood up without answering him.

She walked to the corner of the room, used a cloth and some water from a jar to wipe her lips and chest, then fixed her robes as best as she could.

Even thought she could have easily used a cleansing spell, but she wanted to clean herself properly with her own hands.

Even after tidying up, faint redness still remained on her mouth, and her expression stayed complicated.

Li Jian also stood and stretched his shoulders.

His body felt much more relaxed than the night before.

The all-night service had left him satisfied, but his mind was already turning toward the next matter.

The Ironback Demon Wolf is injured.

If they follow the blood trail now, they should be able to finish it before it recovers.

Before long, footsteps sounded outside the house. A timid knock followed.

"Immortal warriors... the sun is up. Breakfast has been prepared, if you wish to eat before departing."

It was the same old man from last night.

His voice was even more nervous than before... yet he still couldn’t resist sneaking another glance into the room, secretly hoping to catch that alluring sight again.

Han Jin walked over and opened the door.

The moment he saw Han Jin’s cold gaze, the old man realized his mistake.

He immediately lowered his head and didn’t dare look into the room again.

After leaving a simple wooden tray of porridge and steamed buns, he quickly retreated.

Su Qin sat down at the table with a cold face and began eating in silence.

Han Jin did the same.

Li Jian joined them a moment later, eating at an unhurried pace while listening to the faint morning sounds of the village outside.

When they finished, Han Jin stood up and picked up his sword.

"We’re going."

The three of them stepped out of the wooden house.

Several villagers peeked out from behind doors and broken fences, watching the three outer disciples walk toward the eastern forest.

Hope and fear mixed on their faces.

Near the village edge, the dark blood trail from last night was still visible on the dirt and crushed grass, leading deep into the trees.

Han Jin crouched down, checked the marks, then stood up.

"It went northeast. The bleeding is heavy. It shouldn’t have gone far."

Su Qin circulated her qi and nodded.

"Then let’s end it quickly."

Li Jian looked at the blood trail disappearing into the forest and smiled faintly.

"After you, Senior Brother Han."

The three of them stepped into the trees.

And now... the hunt for the wounded Ironback Demon Wolf had begun.
