Chapter 2599: Can’t Find Anyone More Beautiful Than You

She sat by the pool for a long time, the wind blew against her, very comfortable.

For quite a while, she gently stirred the flowing water with her fingers, letting the gentle pool water glide over her fingertips.

Once the sweat was gone and she was no longer hot, she stood up.

With a "clang," the pearl hairpin on her head accidentally fell to the ground.

Her hair came loose, and she hurried to pick up the hairpin and went to find a server in the venue.

As soon as she entered, she saw a female server, and she walked over with a smile, holding the hairpin: "Hello, could you help me pin this, just to secure my hair?"

The female server smiled: "OK."

But before she could take the hairpin from Jasmine Yale’s hand, Will Caddel walked over: "What’s wrong?"

"My hairpin fell off, and my hair is a mess," Jasmine Yale explained helplessly.

"Oh, I’ll do it." Will Caddel took the hairpin from the server and signaled her to go about her business; it was no trouble.

Carefully, he walked behind Jasmine Yale, helped her secure her hair, and fixed it with the pearl hairpin.

"All set," he seemed pleased, "Would you like to check in the bathroom?"

"If CEO Caddel helped, it must look great, no need to go to the bathroom."

"For such small matters, just come to me, no need to bother the servers; they’re quite busy tonight."

Jasmine Yale didn’t respond.

Will Caddel smiled, knowing she wasn’t someone who liked to trouble others and considered every detail, even though they’d known each other for a long time.

"Still hot? If not, may I invite you to dance?"

Jasmine Yale quickly shook her head: "I’m not dancing; I’m still clumsy at it."

"These things get easier with practice, just need to dance a few more times."

"Why don’t you dance, CEO Caddel, and I’ll watch? I haven’t really enjoyed watching you dance."

"Among all the women here, there’s not one prettier than you, so I’m not interested in dancing with anyone else," Will Caddel looked at her.

"CEO Caddel, you really know how to flatter someone."

As they were talking, a young UT man in a tailcoat approached, reaching out to Jasmine Yale: "Miss, can I invite you to dance?"

Jasmine Yale smiled awkwardly: "Sorry, I don’t dance well."

"That’s alright, I’d really like to have a dance with you, your evening gown is gorgeous; among tonight’s many lovely ladies, you caught my eye."

"Thank you, but I really can’t dance, I’m sorry," Jasmine Yale apologized.

The man didn’t insist, nodded with a smile, and left.

Will Caddel looked at her: "My secretary is quite the attraction; several single gentlemen already inquired about you when you went out."

"What? CEO Caddel, what did you say? You didn’t give them my business card, did you?"

"I told them my secretary already has a daughter."

"What did they say?"

"Guess." Will Caddel’s eyes sparkled.

"I don’t know." Jasmine Yale looked at him.

"They said perhaps CEO Caddel has an advantage of being close and convenient."

After saying this, Will Caddel laughed, and Jasmine Yale laughed along: "UT men like to joke, CEO Caddel, don’t mind them."

"I don’t mind."

The music in the banquet hall flowed softly, like a stream pouring down. The dance floor was still lively, full of singing and dancing.

People walking around mostly carried wine glasses, chatting, some smiling, some in thought, some daydreaming—every kind of person was there.

The lights were bright, lacking the stillness of night, rather like daytime, bustling and lively.
