Although the experience felt like being molded on a chopping board, the fact that his face was nice to look at made it quite pleasing to her.

One had to admit, appearance had a great impact on a person.

If he had still been wearing that bright red feather outfit from earlier, she would have instantly lost all desire.

The yellow flames crackled in the quiet night, swaying in the cold wind and casting long shadows of the two figures on the wall, almost like watching a moving image.

Unlike ordinary females, beastmen were very sensitive to the scents that permeated the air.

In the pitch-black night, the flickering yellow light easily caught their eyes.

Lukan stopped and didn’t go in as he stared at the flickering light.

Xavier arrived around the same time as him.

After spotting the yellow light, he also stopped in place.

Ever since Lukan returned from the God Mountain, it was rare for Xavier to share the same thoughts as him, and the two maintained a calm demeanor.

They both stared at the cave entrance in silence, as if waiting for someone to take the first step.

The two people had run very quickly.

Lucas hurried his pace and barely caught up.

Like the two in front, he also saw the dancing flames blown by the wind.

If he hadn’t seen it with his own eyes, he could never have imagined that Ace would act right under his nose like this.

But isn’t it dirty to do that kind of thing in a cave?

The wind howled loudly at night, but even with such a roaring wind, he could clearly hear the crackling sound of the burning wood and the rustling of the dry grass.

He had been in Ace’s cave many times.

If he remembered correctly, his bed was made of dry grass.

The rustling sound was so loud that it was obvious what he was doing.

However, weren’t the two in front here to catch them in the act?

Why were they standing still at this moment?

Shouldn’t they go in and let Kaelira know?

Shouldn’t they be secretly getting together with him?

What were these two doing standing here?

Lucas walked over, glancing at the two of them.

"What are you doing standing here? Aren’t you going in?"

Lukan remained silent, his eyes fixed on the moving figures on the rough cave wall. His warm gaze had become somewhat dim.

Xavier also stared at the cave wall, seeing the familiar figure entwined with someone else. His eyes were almost spewing fire.

But reason told him that since Lukan hadn’t moved, he shouldn’t either.

In a beast world, due to the scarcity of beastmen compared to females, it was common for one female to have multiple beast husbands.

Although they felt unwilling, they had to endure it.

Lucas didn’t understand why these two people were standing still.

Wasn’t it obvious that Ace was secretly eating behind their backs?

He lifted his foot to walk inside, but suddenly put it down.

As if he had realized something, he suddenly understood why the two behind him weren’t moving.

He had only focused on their common enemy and almost forgot that he was the only one who hadn’t consummated with Kaelira.

No wonder Xavier was completely silent.

This kid clearly had no reasonable position.

As for Lukan, he must have already consummated with Kaelira on Tianshin Mountain.

So among the three people present, he was the only one foolishly standing there as if nothing had happened.

What a fool.

Sora had kept it a secret from him and was getting involved with everyone.

Lukan was fine—who told this kid to go to Tianshin Mountain?

But the other two were really just quietly doing their own thing.

Thinking of this, Lucas’s mouth curled into a cold smile.

He took a big step and was about to walk into the cave.

At that moment, Damien came over.

He glanced at the two figures at the door, raised his eyebrows, and shook his head, finding it boring.

Then his gaze shifted and landed on Lucas, who was stepping forward with a smile.

"Lucas, wait for me. I’m going too."

It was unclear whether he did it on purpose.

He could have said it quietly, but he raised his voice significantly.

Inside the cave, Sora, who was feeling dizzy and wanted to sleep, suddenly heard the loud voice.

She instantly woke up.

A strange noise suddenly came from outside the cave.

Both of them froze.

Sora turned toward the entrance.

Ace’s expression immediately changed.

"What was that?"

Sora listened carefully.

There it was again.

A faint rustling sound.

Then—

"Where are they?"

Lucas’s voice drifted faintly from outside.

Sora’s eyes widened.

Lucas?

Another voice followed.

"That scent is definitely coming from here."

Xavier.

Sora’s face instantly turned pale.

Then came Lukan’s unmistakably gentle voice.

"Let’s be careful."

Sora stared toward the entrance.

Three people.

No.

She could sense another presence approaching as well.

Damien!

Her expression changed completely.

This was bad.

Very bad.

Ace also heard them.

His ears twitched, and his expression darkened.

"They followed us?"

Sora swallowed.

She had never imagined that the moment she finally started trying to capture Ace, she would be caught in such an embarrassing situation.

Outside the cave, Lucas, Xavier, and Lukan were at the entrance.

Lucas immediately caught the drift and started to also talk loudly.

The tiger’s scent was overwhelming.

He turned toward the others.

"I knew it."

Xavier’s face was cold.

Lukan remained unusually calm, but his eyes had become sharp.

Then Damien appeared behind them.

He looked at the three beastmen gathered around the cave entrance and smiled.

"Well?"

Lucas glared at him.

"You knew this would happen."

Damien shrugged.

"I only guessed."

Lucas gritted his teeth.

"Then why didn’t you tell us sooner?"

"Because watching you panic is more entertaining."

Xavier looked toward the cave.

"Enough."

The four beastmen fell silent.

Inside, Sora stared at Ace.

Ace stared back.

For the first time that evening, his confidence seemed to falter.

"Kaelira..."

She placed one finger against her lips.

"Quiet."

Ace’s eyes widened.

Outside, footsteps approached.

Sora’s mind raced.

She had originally planned to slowly capture Ace according to the system’s instructions.

She had never imagined the situation would turn into a full-blown pursuit.

The system’s voice suddenly sounded in her mind.

Ding! Target Ace’s favorable impression is continuing to rise.

Sora’s lips twitched.

At least something is going according to plan.

But then another notification sounded.

Ding! Multiple targets are approaching.

Sora’s smile disappeared.

That part definitely isn’t according to plan.

Ace looked toward the cave entrance.

His body tensed.

Sora quietly grabbed his arm.

"Don’t move."

Ace looked down at her hand.

Then he smiled.

"Are you worried they’ll find us?"

Sora forced a smile.

"Of course."

Ace’s confidence immediately returned.

He leaned closer.

"Then stay beside me."

Sora stared at him.

This idiot is still confident even now.

Outside, Lucas took another step forward.

"Kaelira?"

Silence.

He frowned.

"Kaelira, are you inside?"

Sora’s heart jumped.

She looked at Ace.

Ace looked at her.

Neither of them spoke.

A few seconds later, Lucas raised his hand toward the cave entrance.

Then a low voice came from behind him.

"Wait."

Everyone turned.

Lukan’s expression had changed.

His eyes narrowed as he stared into the darkness.

"There is someone else here."

The atmosphere instantly became tense.

Sora’s heart pounded.

Ace’s eyes sharpened.

And somewhere behind the group, Damien smiled.

"This is getting interesting."

Sora glanced at Ace above her and whispered in panic,

"That’s Damien’s voice. Damien is coming."

Ace, who was feeling excited, casually replied,

"So what if he comes? We haven’t done anything shameful."

Sora glanced at the two figures jumping on the cave wall and fell into silence.

According to the rules of the beast world, it seemed they really hadn’t done anything shameful.

Ace was her beast husband, and she was Ace’s female.

Wasn’t it normal to do such things?

For some reason, Sora was brainwashed by Ace’s justified words, and her sense of morality suddenly lowered quite a lot.

However, the situation they were in was still somewhat inappropriate.

They couldn’t just be seen naked when others came in.

Although Sora had encountered many embarrassing situations, she really didn’t want to face one like this.
