Chapter 2773: Chapter 1190: Biological Shield Machine

Kellysha couldn’t help but exclaim: "The situation here is far from what I imagined. If all the Dark Domain is like this, it wouldn’t be as terrifying as the legends say."

"Such situations are rare; this is a large volcanic cave created by eruption, further excavated by a swarm of Purple Worms drilling day and night." The Earth Bear’s Earth Magma Divine Position not only grants it powerful Earth Perception Ability.

Its understanding of the earth is also far beyond that of ordinary people.

"Where is the target?" Gaven asked while observing left and right.

No signs of Purple Worms were seen here.

"This is the battlefield I chose, not a primary activity area for the Purple Worms. I’ll find one and drive it over here." The Earth Bear responded while entering into a Godhood Form state.

The berserk molten lava seemed about to erupt from his body.

The land around him was turning red and melting, transforming into boiling magma.

Even though possessing Flame Immunity, Gaven instinctively distanced himself from the Earth Bear in such a state.

When the lava splashes onto you, upon cooling, it hardens — a rather considerable nuisance.

Boom! Boom!

A loud cracking sound of breaking stones came from the left side of the cave, as if a colossal creature was moving within.

"It’s coming!" All eyes turned in that direction, but nothing could be seen.

While not completely dark here, visibility was quite poor, and the Dark Vision’s visible range typically only extended to a few dozen meters, beyond which clarity diminished.

Kellysha took the first countermeasure, placing her hands on the ground, extracting a portion of earth elements to form a fist-sized stone ball in her hand.

Bright yet not blinding white light radiated from it, illuminating a radius of over twenty meters to daylight brightness.

Third Ring Spell: Daylight Spell.

After successful spellcasting, Kellysha listened with her ear, briefly poised, causing her muscles to instantly tighten and burst forth with tremendous strength. With a whoosh, she hurled this Daylight Spell-imbued stone ball.

Although not in Berserk Ability mode, her strength still reached a terrifying 36, even a Giant Dragon would pale in comparison before her.

Of course, this applies to entities of equal body type.

Separating strength from size entirely would be nonsensical.

Even when a Giant Dragon transforms into a humanoid state, its strength cannot compare to its original form.

The stone ball flew effortlessly several hundred meters away, although regrettably, her ability to determine position by sound wasn’t as formidable as her strength.

Within the Daylight Spell range cast on the stone ball, no anomalies were detected.

Kellysha wasn’t surprised; she had already shaped the second stone ball and began casting the Daylight Spell upon it.

Such errors can be easily compensated for by quantity.

Beside her, Susie imitated and began crafting illuminating stone balls, albeit lacking Kellysha’s strength.

These illuminating stone balls were entrusted to Kellysha for throwing.

As nearly ten illuminating stone balls were being tossed, nearly half the underground cave became brightly lit, and naturally, they found the source of the strange sound.

It was a gigantic creature resembling an earthworm, not less than three meters thick, with an unknown length; a small part remained buried underground. Its belly was earth-yellow, its back pale purple, covered in blunt bone spikes on top and sides.

Its most intimidating feature was its huge mouth; just as thick as its body, filled with interlocking sharp teeth.

No one doubted the power of those teeth; if bitten, even if not torn apart, they’d surely take a layer of skin with them.

Furthermore, it lacked other head organs.

This was precisely the target of Gaven and his companions’ quest— the Purple Worm.

Though Purple Worms lack eyes, they possess exceptional vibration perception ability. Driven out from its own cave, it immediately targeted Kellysha and swiftly slid towards her.

At this moment, the Purple Worm fully revealed itself.

Nearly twenty meters in full length, its mode of movement was quite unique; two rows of bone spikes under its body served as feet. With rippling segments of fearsome muscles, they alternately scraped against the ground, making its crawling speed notably fast.

Faced with the imposing behemoth, Kellysha felt exhilarated rather than frightened and said to Susie: "I’ll engage it, you provide support, and be ready to use the Charm Bracelet for charming it."

Without waiting for the Earth Gnoll to respond, she charged at the Purple Worm.

As she ran, her body grew larger.

By the time they met, Kellysha had entered a Molten Lava Frenzy State, standing at a height of eight-point-four meters, enveloped in thick molten lava armor, with scorching flames surging from behind, forming a pair of massive Flame Dragon Wings.

The Purple Worm had no concept of fear; its massive mouth stretched to the limit, and its enormous body arched on the ground, the front segment flying upward to bite at Kellysha’s waist.

Its vibration perception ability not only allowed it to detect the prey’s location but also discern the prey’s body type.

Yet this time, it had clearly chosen the wrong target.

Kellysha merely performed a sidestep and turn, not only evading the Purple Worm’s frontal bite but also appearing at its side, her giant hands reaching out to seize the Purple Worm.
