Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System
Chapter 1354 - 547: Ancient Divine Artifact and Earth-Shattering Conspiracy
"It is said to be an ancient divine artifact, possessing unimaginable power."
"As long as we obtain it, even that Zhang Beixing will probably flee in fear!"
The speaker sneered repeatedly, a hint of ruthlessness flashing in his eyes.
"Alright, let’s do it!"
"We must secretly contact the Barbarian Race and secure that treasure!"
The person in the black robe made a decisive decision, emanating killing intent.
Swearing to make that arrogant Vampire taste defeat.
The news quickly reached Zhang Beixing’s ears.
"An ancient divine artifact? Barbarian Race?"
The black-haired man furrowed his brows slightly, falling into thought.
"It seems like things are not so simple."
He murmured to himself, his gaze deep and profound.
"Beixing, could it be the Holy See people spreading smoke screens?"
Alina asked worriedly, her tone filled with anxiety.
"Master, I am willing to personally go to the Northern Lands for you to investigate thoroughly!"
Richard stepped forward, filled with fighting spirit.
"No need."
Zhang Beixing just gave a faint smile, unconcerned.
"If the Barbarian Race truly has some divine artifact, how could I sit by and do nothing?"
"Moreover, those old things from the Holy See may not be honest."
He glanced around, the corners of his lips curling up slightly in amusement.
"This time, I will personally pay them a visit."
"Let’s see what tricks they can play!"
A few days later, in the vast expanse of the Northern Lands.
The wind howled, snowflakes danced.
A towering ancient tribe stood quietly embraced by the mountains.
"Report to the Clan Leader, the people from the Dark Empire have already invaded our territory!"
A scout, looking panic-stricken, knelt in the grand hall.
His voice trembled, evidently frightened out of his wits.
"Outrageous, daring to trespass on our Barbarian sacred land, what do they intend!"
On the high platform, a brawny man draped in tiger skin paled dramatically.
He was none other than Boluo, the Clan Leader of the Barbarian Race.
"This matter is no small issue, it might concern that ’divine artifact’..."
The priest beside him stepped forward cautiously.
"Clan Leader, if it gets snatched by that Vampire, our tribe will..."
"Nonsense! That is the treasure left by our ancestors!"
Boluo interrupted him abruptly, filled with killing intent.
"I want to see what divine skills that Dark Emperor possesses!"
Before he could finish his words, an earth-shattering explosion suddenly erupted.
Boom!
The grand palace trembled violently under the impact.
Countless bricks and stones fell from the ceiling.
"What... what is going on?"
Everyone looked on in horror, staring in unison towards the direction of the main entrance.
There, a tall and slender figure was leisurely strolling in.
Black hair, black clothes, black boots.
The three layers of black made him appear as if a devil had descended.
"It’s... it’s that Vampire King! Zhang Beixing!"
The priest screamed, scrambling aside in terror.
Afraid of becoming the object of anger.
"You’re the Barbarian Boluo, right? Pardon my frankness, but you are rather unappreciative."
Zhang Beixing slightly curled his lips, not putting this clan leader in his eyes at all.
"Such a small tribe in a remote corner of the Northern Lands, dare show off in front of me?"
As his words fell, a chilling murderous aura quickly surged around him.
With a sudden gleam of cold light, sharp edges appeared.
It actually forced back the tribesmen who approached.
"D... daring!"
Boluo gritted his teeth, his whole body trembling.
He really couldn’t understand, when had the mighty Barbarian Race fallen to such a state?
"Damn Vampire, what exactly do you want!"
"What do I want? Huh..."
Zhang Beixing stood with his hands behind his back, eyes amused.
"I just heard you have some divine artifact here and wanted to take a look."
Saying this, he casually glanced at the treasure box on the altar.
Exquisite and ancient, exuding a mysterious aura.
"So, it’s this, is it?"
The curve of his lips rose again.
"You..."
Boluo’s face changed dramatically, but he was speechless.
Because, what the opponent said was obviously true.
"Clan Leader, at this point, it’s better... it’s better..."
The priest stepped forward shakily, hesitating to speak.
Although unwilling, the current situation didn’t allow them to head-on clash.
"Forget it!"
Boluo bit his teeth hard, ultimately sighing heavily.
His gaze filled with unwillingness and resentment.
"Zhang Beixing, though our Barbarian Race is not your match, we will never easily surrender!"
"This ’divine artifact’ is precious, but it’s not something extraordinary."
"Today, consider it a token for alliance, giving it to you!"
As his words landed, the palace fell silent.
Everyone stared at this scene, scarcely daring to believe their ears.
The dignified Clan Leader of the Barbarian Race would actually make such a concession?
"Hahahahaha!"
Zhang Beixing laughed up to the sky, his eyes full of disdain.
"Boluo, you do have some sense of current affairs!"
"But do you think with just a mere treasure, you can win this king over?"
"Too naive!"
With that said, he waved his sleeve, a fierce wind suddenly arose.
Whistling through the great hall, causing everyone’s robes to flap fiercely.
The next moment, the unexpected occurred.
Whoosh!
A sharp Sovereign’s Sword had already pierced into Boluo’s chest.
Blood spurted out, instantly dyeing his tiger skin crimson.
"Uh..."
The Clan Leader of the Barbarian Race, his eyes were full of disbelief.
He trembled as he reached out, wanting to pull out the blade.
Yet, how could a mere mortal contend with a king?
Thud!
The tall body fell heavily.
"Are you... are you really a devil..."
The priest collapsed to the ground, ashen-faced.
In just a few words, expressing utter despair.
Zhang Beixing, however, did not care, merely giving a cold laugh.
With a flick of his fingers, he retrieved the treasure box from the altar as if by magic.
Without so much as a glance, he tucked it into his chest.
"I said, this era now bears the name ’Zhang’."
