Chapter 3348 Frostsilk’s Proposal

Alex considered the dragon’s proposal for a short time, wondering if he could do that.

“Has the formation to the Twin Scar realm not been reactivated yet?” he asked.

The dragon shook his head. “We realized that we would likely have to make such a choice early on, so when I let the two Whitehead Celestials return, I asked them to go along with the group to the Land of the Blessed Sun instead. That has left our path back home safe and open.”

Alex was quite impressed by how forward-thinking the Celestial had been.

“You must be from the Twin Scar realm too then,” Alex said.

“Ah! Forgive me for my late introduction. I am Frostsilk, an ancestor of the Winterborn Dragons, Rulers of the First Scar of the Twin Scar Realm.”

Alex blinked in surprise. He hadn’t known the dragon was another one of the rulers from the Twin Scar realm. He had mainly assumed him to be just another dragon whom luck had blessed.

“There isn’t any path to the Human and Demon realms from the Twin Scar realm, is there?” Alex asked. He knew that only the Land of the Blessed Sun had the paths to the human and demon realms. Because of that, all humans and demons had to go through the Land of the Blessed Sun to get to the other realms.

“I was hoping to return to the human realm quickly.”

“There is one,” the Celestial said simply.

Alex paused for a moment, his eyes narrowed. “There is?” He turned to look at the other Celestials, who slowly nodded.

Bai Jingshen stepped forward with a similar expression to Alex. “Since

when has there been a teleportation formation from the Twin Scar realm to the Human realms?”

“Since a long time ago,” the Winterborn Dragon answered. “But we try not to advertise it too much. And it is quite restrictive too. You need a very special key to make use of it.”

“Then there must be a way back to the Demon realm too,” Alex said, turning toward Shumi. “You can head home from there, right? You won’t have to make it all the way to the Land of the Blessed Sun.”

Shumi thought for a moment and nodded. “I’ll have to see what my senior sister decides. I usually defer to her decisions.”

The dragon gave an embarrassed smile. “I’m afraid you are mistaken. There is no way to the Demon realm. Even for the human realm, if your intention is to go there immediately, then it is not possible. I think you would have to wait at least a century or more.”

Alex and Shumi both turned toward the dragon with confused looks on their faces.

The dragon sighed and explained.

“The teleportation formation we have leads only to a human realm, and it also doesn’t work all the time. It was set up by someone long ago who wished to make it easy for the beasts to travel to his world, in order to enter a tomb he had created when it was time for it to open.”

“Is that so?” Shumi said with a hint of understanding. “We have a similar one as well in the Forest Moon Realm.”

Alex turned toward Bai Jingshen, seeing the mirrored realization in his eyes.

“Does this tomb happen to be in the Three Jewel World?” Bai Jingshen asked.

“It is,” the dragon said. “So you know about it too?”

Alex didn’t know what to say. Godkiller had created a teleportation formation from the Twin Scar realm to the Three Jewel World?

According to Shumi, he had also done something similar in the Demon realms.

‘Did he do it because it was the time of war and he didn’t expect the beasts and demons to travel over to the human realms normally?”

“I’m sorry if I got your hopes up,” the dragon quickly said. “If you wish to leave right away, you will have to travel over to the Land of the Blessed Sun instead first.”

“Yeah, I’ll do that,” Alex said quickly. “By the way, you spoke of there being tickets, are these the tickets that allow one to enter his tomb?”

“Yes, they are,” the Winterborn Dragon said with a wide grin. “Do you wish to enter the tomb too?”

“In due time,” Alex said. “Then if we go to the Twin Scar realm, can we make our way to the Land of the Blessed Sun immediately?”

The Celestial nodded. “The last time we used the teleportation formation was six years ago, so we can reactivate it again whenever you wish to leave.”

The White Tiger Patriarch stepped in. “Actually, I do have a teleportation talisman that can take us directly to the Land of the Blessed Sun if you wish to leave instantly. I was hoping we wouldn’t have to use it, but if that is your wish, we will obey.”

Alex’s face fell slightly as he stared at the White Tiger Patriarch. Had the Patriarch said that beforehand, he would’ve accepted it right away. But with the Dragon Celestial inviting him, even telling him that it would be just a small delay at best, he couldn’t find a way to refuse him.

Maybe if Shumi decided otherwise, he could make an excuse not to

do so. He turned toward Shumi, hoping to hear any words of refusal from her, but before he could, everyone’s eyes turned toward the sky as a figure slowly floated down toward the ground.

In her pristine, mist-like white and blue robes, Xin Guomei truly looked like a fairy from the heavens. She landed gently in the

courtyard, her eyes scanning the beasts present there.

She could barely hide her surprise when she was surrounded by four Celestials at the same time.

She gave a deep bow immediately, introducing herself to the group.

“Greetings. I am Xin Guomei, disciple of the Glacial Blade. I am

honored to be in your presence, seniors.”

Several eyes landed on her, a few of them raised.

“You’re Savagesnow’s disciple?”
