Chapter 2331: Oda Nobunaga’s Endless Castle [49]

SLAAASH!

RUMBLE!

The castle trembled as Yuki unleashed her Aura, dodging Susanoo’s potent attack at the last second while pushing everyone else down with her powers, shielding them from the devastating strike of the Storm Sword God and current Heavenly King of Zipangu.

BOOOM!

Over a hundred rooms were sliced apart and exploded into countless pieces. Susanoo glared at Yuki with a calm smirk, his eyes glowing with malice unlike anything she had felt before, except when facing her brother. She couldn’t believe her love and attention in her previous life had created such a monster.

"It seems you avoided that blow, great. I wonder how long you can keep it up? Are you seriously going to protect these traitors? Why? You didn’t even know them a few minutes ago. You’re really stupid."

"Yeah, you’re right, I could throw them away, or maybe I should definitely do that..." Yuki nodded, as Yudra, by her side, glared at Susanoo angrily. "Yep, I should... I really should..."

"W-What?!"

"But Yuki-sama!"

"No..."

"Were those words just lies?!"

"But I won’t," Yuki smiled. "I think I’ve lived this life frugally. I’ve finally experienced things I couldn’t before. I even fell in love and now have a beautiful daughter... I’ve done everything I ever wanted, things denied to me... for who I once was."

"...?" Susanoo raised an eyebrow, feeling uneasy as he stared at her, slowly sensing something.

"I’ll protect them, I promised them that much," Yuki smiled. "Even if I must tear apart my own soul for that!"

Crack, crack...!

CRASH!

Yuki’s soul tore open. The Cursed Miasma blocking her Divine Realm was no obstacle anymore. A pocket world of frozen lands and lush grasslands manifested beautifully, expanding and creating a realm of its own. If Yuki had time to admire it, she would feel proud and accomplished.

Not all Gods could create Divine Realms within their Souls, but those blessed by Drake were unique, able to carry their Divine Realm anywhere. This granted a steady supply of divine energy and power beyond a normal god’s divinity, superb by all standards.

However, entering another’s Divine Realm was not easy. Yuki forced open a golden portal. As Susanoo roared and rushed with his blade, she urged the soldiers to enter and find refuge from the wrath of the evil sword god.

"I won’t let you save them! They deserve to die a dog’s death!"

Susanoo reached Yuki instantly, swinging his blade down. She panicked but moved swiftly, thanks to the Spirits infused within her. Her aura surged, enhancing her latent abilities and awakening inherited powers from her past life.

The Ice Phoenix’s power was not enough. She absorbed the White Tiger’s strength and agility, black and white fur growing over her body, her feathered ears becoming fluffy and round like a tiger’s, forming a powerful hybrid form as she drew all the power from her beast spirits.

SLASH!

As the soldiers entered her Divine Realm, Yuki dodged the sword by an hair. It pierced the ground, unleashing a destructive slicing wave that tore through dozens of rooms, shaking the castle and alerting the many divine presences within it, Kami that Oda Nobunaga had sent everywhere, they quickly knew that their great king had descended.

BOOOM!

RUMBLE!

At the same time, Yuki spun and kicked Susanoo’s groin with her strongest technique, unleashing her power, wrath, and desire to avenge her past life’s suffering.

"{White Tiger’s Celestial Kick}!"

CRAAASH!

"Ugh?!"

Susanoo’s serious face twisted in agony, his eyes nearly popping out as he flew backward, crashing through several rooms.

"Hell yeah, fucker! Did you like that?! Oh yeah! I’m here to kick your nuts!" Yuki celebrated, feeling exhilarated. "Did it hurt?! I hope it did, you son of a bitch!"

"Y-YOU BITCH!"

Susanoo emerged from the hole in the ceiling, rushing down with his aura fluctuating, transforming into dozens of katanas slicing through everything.

"DIE!"

"Mamaaaaa!"

At that moment, Yudra roared, her body growing gigantic. Her jaws opened, unleashing a beam of sunray that hit Susanoo and blew him away.

BOOOM!

"Nnnggh! That damn girl again!"

Susanoo charged forward, swinging his sword forward, upward, downward, horizontally, and vertically. A rain of silver attacks cut through everything.

Yudra’s magic circles, just invoked, shattered, creating explosions that blew her and her mother away.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

"Ugh! Yudra, you’re conjuring too much magic without thinking!" Yuki said, rushing to her daughter. "Are you okay?"

"Raaaarrr!" Yudra stood up, glaring at Susanoo angrily, showing her sharp teeth while hissing.

"Hmm? Hahahah! You’re probably the fluffiest, most pathetic looking ’dragon’ I have ever seen in my entire life! Are you seriously just hissing at me?! How cute, maybe I can turn your pelt into nice clothes, so I can remember you for eternity."

"Dude! What the hell is wrong with you?! She’s just a child! Oh my god, why are you so messed up?"

"M-Messed up?! I am a Kami! The Heavenly King! The Sword God! Whatever I say and do is divine decree! It is the law! There’s nothing wrong or messed up about me. I am eternally graced by truth and righteousness. I am on the right path. Whatever I do, it is good!"

As Susanoo spoke, Yuki stared in disbelief, facepalming.

"I see the problem here. You were raised without actual teachings. You were given everything from the start, never taught a lesson, and never faced difficulties... As you grew, your mind became consumed by selfishness and a horrendously narcissistic ego..."

Yuki sighed, realizing how much Amaterasu was at fault. She had spoiled every Kami she raised, some more than others.

From their creation, they faced no challenges and never worked hard for anything.

Such easy lives inevitably bring despicable people, especially over thousands of years.

"In short, you’re a spoiled brat, Susanoo! One who’s gone too far past the point of no return..." Yuki said, manifesting a longsword of hard golden and azure ice, imbued with freezing blue flames. "You had it too good and never appreciated what you had or understood why you were so lucky to be born like that."
