"I smell it," Olivia suddenly said.

A force of repulsion surged from all directions, and Bologue felt himself slowly being peeled away from the shadows. Indeed, the shadows clung to the ground like boiling tar, and as Olivia dispelled the Secret Energy, the three of them emerged from the shadows.

His vision blurred for a moment, and then became clear after a few seconds. Bologue, observing around him warily, found that they were in a cold-toned automated factory.

Everywhere was the iron-gray of metal, various indicator lights flickering incessantly. There was no sound of patrolling footsteps or human breathing by his ears, only the buzzing noise of machinery. Looking not far ahead, strange equipment stood tall within the building, conveyor belts and robotic arms operating nonstop, like a cold steel lifeform.

"Is this the inside of the Supreme Hub?" Palmer looked around, "I thought it would be more beautiful."

"Like the ostentatious style on the High Towers above the surface?" Bologue shook his head. "This is below the surface. As long as it handles production, that’s enough; production is the last thing that needs beautification."

Bologue then said to Olivia, "What exactly did you smell?"

"The heavy scent of blood, at least several Night Race members are nearby. Their bloodline purity isn’t very high; those I can sense first hand are certainly not purer than mine," Olivia replied.

"Can you control them through their bloodline?" Bologue asked.

"No," Olivia’s eyes darkened, "After realizing I made a huge mistake, I’ve been trying to make up for it..."

"You killed them all, those new Night Race spawned from your bloodline," Bologue whispered, "except for the Regent King."

The Night Race originally under Olivia’s line had long been extinct, and the last remaining Regent King had already betrayed, gaining bloodline purity beyond Olivia’s through a second Blood Donation by the Night King.

"With the existence of the "Dawn Oath," the only Night Race active here can only be from the Regent King’s bloodline, the new Night Race created after his second Blood Donation," Olivia said. "I can’t control them, but I can suppress them to some extent."

"No need," Bologue vetoed, "It’s too troublesome."

Bologue drew out the Vengeful Saw Axe, and Palmer beside him raised his Rapier, secretly holding a Dagger with the other hand.

"You just lead the way, leave the rest to us."

"What do you plan to do?" Olivia asked.

"What else can we do,"

Palmer said impatiently. "According to the "Dawn Oath," all active Night Race outside of the Land of Eternal Night, except for you, Olivia Villeries, are illegal Night Race. We have the right to execute them on the spot."

When it came to his own honor, Palmer always seemed indifferent, but when it involved family honor or disgrace, Palmer turned exceptionally serious.

Palmer activated Secret Energy, weaving Ether into countless birds. They swiftly flew into the building’s interior, seeking out those enemies emitting a foul, bloody stench.

Seeing this, Olivia nodded silently, shadows once again enveloped them. They transformed into a rapidly moving shadow, leaping back and forth in the shades between buildings.

Crossing guard lines and squads, they pressed into the depths of the building until a door exuding a heavy scent of blood gradually appeared before them.

This time, there was no pathway for the shadows to advance, and Bologue’s patience had long run out.

"Are you ready?"

Bologue inquired, but before the others could respond, he leapt out from the shadows, using his sword to break open the door.
