Chapter 78: ⁷⁸: game 18+

I felt my heart shudder with an unknown fear as I saw his dark intense gaze on me. What was he talking about? Who could he smell?! Who...my heart skipped a beat as I realised he might have smelled Louis’s scent from me.

Louis had been so close to me this morning, there was no way a wolf as strong as Kael’s could not smell another Werewolf on me.

Should I tell him the truth? No...no that is impossible. I can never let him know what Louis had said to me today, but what do I tell him now then?

I swallowed the nonexisting gulp in my throat as I looked at him, not daring to look away from his frivolous gaze, "I...It is nothing, I bumped into someone at Academy that’s it...ahh."

I let out a gasp as I felt an intense tug at my hair making me look up more at the man in front of me. "Don’t dare to fucking Lie to me Athena." He growled, just his voice sending a sudden jolt through my legs as I felt something in me snap, "If you don’t tell me the truth yourself, now, then I will make sure you regret every bit of it!"

He was no longer the kael I knew. It felt as if there was someone entirely different standing in front of me, someone fierce, someone possessive, someone dominating.

And instead of being scared, instead of being angry which I would have been had it been anyone else talking to me like this, I felt myself feeling something I had never thought I would.

Thrill...I was feeling thrilled, excited as I looked at Kael’s possessive gaze over me. What was happening? Why was I suddenly behaving so different from my usual self? It felt as if I was possessed by something strange.

I looked into Kael’s eyes, my eyes devoid of the panic I had felt just moments ago, " I wonder what Alpha Kael would do to make me regret it?" I asked in a voice I myself felt seemed foreign It was like I had become a completely different person.

But strangely, I liked myself like this, I felt powerful like this, I felt like I had control, I enjoyed this intense battle of possession and desire between us.

"You don’t know what you are getting yourself into Athena Moonvel, Just be sincere and I will spare you." Kael said his other hand moving up my waist caressing me through the fabric before it stilled right beneath the swell of my breasts. "Otherwise I won’t stop even if you beg me!"

"I will gladly accept whatever you give me Alpha Kael!" I said my voice low, almost a whisper against his ear as I moved my head closer to him.

"Last chance for you to get back to your senses, Athena." Kael said his fingers moving up as I felt my nipples hardening under the fabric of my shirt at the sensation. " Or I will fuck the senses into you!"

"Ahh.." I moaned as I felt his hand squeeze my breast making a mixture of pain, pleasure and excitement surge through me, "I am not lying, Alpha Kael and I in no way will beg you!"

"Then make sure you remember these words Athena, because now I will make sure you are left begging beneath me!"

The very next moment Kael moved away from me before I was pushed to the ground, my knees scraping against the carpet beneath me as I looked up at the man who had made me kneel.

"Keep your eyes low, you filthy Liar!" Kael spat, making me instinctively obey as I looked towards the floor, feeling as if my foreign desires were clouding my judgement.

Kael had reduced me to nothing but someone meant for his pleasure and I didn’t seem to hate it, instead I felt a strange surge of need through me.

What was this? How had I never known this side of myself? I liked to be dominated? I liked to be degraded? what more things were there about my own self that I was yet to discover.

What more filthy truths had I yet to find out while being with Kael Dreven?

My gaze was still on the floor, my mind trying to accept the newfound information about myself when I heard the sound of leather snapping.

It was the sound of Kael’s belt, crisp and unforgiving. I shuddered thinking about the mere possibility of feeling the cold material against my skin.

Everything that I was feeling was new to me, everything felt like a new layer of myself getting revealed.

"What happened now, my breeding vessel?" Kael said his voice filled with cold amusement "No longer feeling the courage? huh?" He flipped the leather belt in the air making my legs shudder as I felt wetness pool against my panties without my permission.

I felt so filthy, he hadn’t even touched me yet and I was already feeling this way, Our first time had been filled with passion and care for each other, and while I had found myself craving more of that, the strange feeling of doing something forbidden, the feeling of acting disobedient to the Alpha King of Starlight Empire was making today feel more intense, more exhilarating.

I wanted him to know that I was afraid of nothing. There was nothing he could have done that would make me turn away from this knowing this was important for my revenge. Also now this was not just for revenge, I had found myself enjoying this game between us making it even more impossible for me to back down.

"Let’s see how long you can keep that smirk!" He said, placing his hand under my chin, pulling my head up. The leather belt in his hand touching just inches away from my face, "Now do you want to take that shirt off yourself or do you want me to rip it off of you?"
