Dominance Evolution System: Sweat, Sex, and Streetball
Chapter 419: Titan Drops: Blacklist VS Colossus(2)
The two teams finished setting up. Jaz backed off toward the center circle, getting ready to play the center position. A weird murmur went through the crowd. A lot of people were used to seeing her smash dunks right at the rim, and they couldn’t figure out why the hell she was suddenly playing back there.
"Wait, is she playing center now?" one guy asked.
"And why the fuck did they bench Aiko?" another one added. "Aiko would be way better at that spot than Nia, right? I don’t get the point of this switch."
"No clue," his neighbor shrugged. "Let’s just see what happens."
Now, the people who actually know shits, the real pros, they caught on way faster.
"Ah, I see. Now it’s actually starting," Alexia said with a little smirk. Rain just nodded, his eyes locked on Nash, who was strolling toward the center circle.
Over on the Colossus side, Cross was spinning the ball on his finger, looking smug. Hall and Kael were whispering to each other, and Vex was just stretching his shoulders, totally chill, until Nash reached the center circle.
"Alright," Nash said simply. "I think we’ve had enough of the warm-up."
The Colossus crew looked at him, blinking, but Nash just smiled.
"The real game starts now."
Suddenly, a shiver went down the spines of the Colossus players. They didn’t need him to think about it further, they felt it. In the crowd, people were starting to realize it too. Chloé was practically jumping up and down in her seat. Mirage let out a little chuckle.
"Here we go," he whispered.
It wasn’t really about Jaz changing positions. The big deal was Aiko leaving the game. That was the signal. The fans and the pros knew that once Nia hit the court, the whole vibe changed.
Aiko was a pure offensive weapon. As long as she was doing the job with the points, Nash could just play the "distributor" role, basically the quarterback of the court, running the plays from the back and helping with defense without having to sweat too much on offense. But Nia? She was different. Her value wasn’t in scoring, it was in how she moved the ball and messed with the opposing’s offense.
This meant the offensive pressure that Aiko used to carry was now going to fall right on Nash’s shoulders. In other words, Nash the "God of Assist" was stepping aside to let "The Beast" take over.
On the bench, the Colossus coach sat up straight, staring intensely. Cross straightened his back, a predatory grin appearing on his face.
"Finally, the real deal," he muttered.
Kael nodded, wearing the same hungry smile. Hall cracked his knuckles one by one, even Vex let out a low, impatient laugh.
This is what they had been waiting for all night. The beast was finally unleashed.
The ref blew the whistle and tossed the ball.
Right from the first possession, you could see the difference between Jaz and Kai. Nash grabbed the ball immediately. Hall stepped up to contest him, trying to shut him down.
Nash planted his left foot and whipped the ball low and fast between his legs, a streetball move done at a speed that was almost impossible to track. Then, he instantly snapped a second dribble the other way.
Seth and Kael lunged at him at the same time, trying to trap him in a pincer move.
Bad move, Nash exploded forward.
His raw speed caught everyone off guard, he slid right between them before they could even close the gap. Vex stepped in to receive the ball under the rim, but the ball was suddenly fired like a bullet to find Kai, who was already mid-air.
Slam dunk.
[Colossus 24-15 Blacklist]
The crowd went absolutely wild. Kai celebrated, punching the air. Vex just stood there, completely baffled, wondering when the hell Kai had even jumped. Seth, standing a few feet back, frowned deeply.
"What the fuck is that speed?" Cross whispered, sounding genuinely shocked.
Nia walked past him, a mocking smile on her lips.
"Brace yourself, sweetheart. Hell’s starting now."
Cross clenched his fists, a twisted grin appearing.
"Oh yeah? We’ll see."
The game resumed. Colossus started their play, Seth, playing point guard, faced off against Nash. He passed to Kael, who found Cross open.
Cross drove forward with the ball, coming face-to-face with Nia. His competitive look instantly vanished, replaced by a charming, flirtatious smirk.
"You’re actually pretty cute. What’s your name, sweetheart?" He whistled softly.
"Nash’s cock sleeve," Nia replied, without a single second of hesitation.
Cross blinked, totally caught off guard.
Nia smiled, keeping her momentum.
"I almost laughed when you suggested that little bet earlier. Like, asking for Nash’s girls? Right in front of Nash himself? That’s just fucking stupid."
Cross let out a grating laugh.
"So you really are just a harem for this prick. What a waste." He tried to play his card anyway. "You seem fun, though. Why don’t you try something new? I mean, he’s got a ton of girls, so he probably doesn’t even respect you. I’d give you all my time."
"Wow. I actually can’t believe you’re saying this." Nia put a finger on her chin, pretending to think about it.
At that exact moment, Miko lunged from behind, snatching the ball clean out of Cross’s hands.
"W-what—" Cross stuttered.
Miko immediately fired a pass to Nash, who was already sprinting.
On the opposite bench, the Colossus coach let out a sigh of pure frustration.
"That idiot..."
Seth frowned, chasing after Nash. Nash saw him coming and smiled, actually slowing down on purpose to let Seth get closer.
Kai jumped in anticipation. Vex, surprised, hesitated for a split second.
A pass? He jumped too.
Nash leaped as well, throwing a shot that was totally off-axis. The ball flew like a rock thrown by hand rather than a proper shot, a grotesque trajectory that somehow landed perfectly clean through the hoop.
Disorder shoot at its finest.
Three points.
[Colossus 24-18 Blacklist]
The crowd roared. Kai and Vex landed at the same time, Vex looked annoyed, watching Kai run back to her teammates laughing.
Cross groaned from behind.
"No way."
"Stop dreaming and stay focused," Hall snapped.
"Whatever," Cross replied, annoyed.
Nia walked past him, deliberately swinging her hips, a mocking smile on her face.
"Houlala... So, how does it feel to be scolded like a little dog?"
Cross gritted his teeth, his blood boiling.
"I’m going to show you exactly what a dog like me can do to a bitch in heat."
Nia gave him a haughty look, smirking.
Yeah, go ahead. Show me exactly how much of a dog in heat you are. Poor loser.
On the next possession, Cross got the ball from Seth near the paint, but when he saw Nia running toward him. He grinned.
He suddenly changed direction, turning his back on Jaz to charge straight at Nia. Even his own teammates were surprised by the move.
"The dog is gonna fuck the whore tonight," he shouted.
Nia opened her arms.
"You wish, doggy."
She lunged at him. Cross smiled, too easy. He pulled off a flashy move, rolling the ball across his back from one hand to the other, then bouncing it between his legs in one fluid motion. It was a theatrical move, designed purely to humiliate her.
He got past her for a second.
The very next instant, Nash appeared right behind Nia.
"Eehk?!—" Cross panicked.
He was off-balance and didn’t even realize what was happening. Jaz’s hand reached around from behind, punching the ball straight out of his hands and right into Nash’s.
Laser pass to Miko.
Kai jumped again. Vex tried to follow her, but he gasped.
Wait... isn’t she...
Miko launched her three-pointer. Perfect form.
[Colossus 24-21 Blacklist]
The crowd exploded. Miko wiped the sweat from her forehead, adjusting her glasses with one finger and smiled.
On the Colossus bench, things were getting loud. Several players were screaming at Cross, who was struggling to catch his breath.
On the opposite bench? The other side of spectrum of emotion. The girls were cheering for Miko, and Dahlia was smiling at Victoria.
In the crowd, Snow scratched his chin, looking a bit confused.
"This is actually insane," he muttered. "Now that I think about that, she hasn’t missed a single shot. Did Blacklist have a player this good hiding in the wings this whole game?"
"OH MY GOD, DID YOU SEE HOW HE FOLDED HIS ARMS JUST NOW?" Chloe practically screamed next to him. She had her hands clenched tight right in front of her massive tits, and her cheeks were already bright red. "Like, even the way she breathes between plays is perfect, I can’t even—" She put a hand over her heart and let out a heavy sigh. "Just look at how he moves. It’s almost unfair to be that hot AND that talented... I mean...! Strong AND talented..."
Snow rolled his eyes, annoyed. Even when someone else was shining, she always found a way to bring the conversation back to Nash.
Over on the hardwood, Vex was watching Kai. He looked more and more confused, and you could tell his frustration was peaking with every single possession.
"What the fuck is wrong with this idiot ?" Vex grumbled to himself. "She’s just jumping all over the place, no rhythm, no logic. Did they seriously put in a player this sloppy?"
Meanwhile, Cross was just standing there, clenching his fists and staring at the scoreboard. He knew he was losing.
"I gotta step up my game," he told himself, "and fast. Otherwise, I’m gonna end up as a fucking meme by the end of the night."
Just then, Nia walked past him, or no, she didn’t just walk, she swayed. Her hips were rolling in a way that made her ass jiggle provocatively with every step, and she had this smug, sultry smile on her lips as she looked at him.
"I was getting all wet thinking about playing against you," she whispered. "But you’re so pathetic that I’m actually going dry. What a bad doggo."
Cross felt his heart hammer against his ribs. His blood started boiling, and all the energy in his body suddenly rushed straight down to his dick. He felt a massive, throbbing erection push against his clothes, making him rock hard in an instant.
He stared at her cute little ass jiggling away, his mind racing, imagining exactly how he’d bend her over and make her scream his name while he hammered her from behind as payback.
Maybe there was a chance? She totally looked like a player.
The match continued, both teams trading buckets. The score was climbing steadily on both sides, keeping things tense.
Vex was used to dealing with guys who were just big and strong, but Kai was a different story. She totally messed with his head. She didn’t go for the physical grind; instead, she had this explosivity and insane vertical leap that just left him guessing.
Even when she didn’t have the ball, she was already on the move, sprinting toward the rim. Vex had to follow her by reflex, basically playing her game. Sometimes she wouldn’t even get the pass, but her constant cutting and movement forced him to keep shifting his position.
This was exactly what they wanted, it opened up huge gaps in the defense that Nash exploited instantly on the other side of the court.
On one play, Kai bolted toward the basket without the ball, dragging Vex way out of his usual spot in the paint. Nash saw the opening immediately, stepped right into the vacated space, and knocked down an easy shot.
[Colossus 29-26 Blacklist]
Then came another play. Kai caught the ball right in front of the key. Vex lunged forward to intercept her, both of them jumping at the same time.
But just as they met in mid-air, Kai flicked the ball high up into the air, way out of reach for both of them.
As they both landed, Nash appeared out of nowhere like an hawk, snatched the ball in a flash, and slammed it home with a powerful dunk.
[Colossus 29-28 Blacklist]
Nash took a quick breath and gave Kai a high-five. Vex was fucking losing it. He was seriously fed up.
On the next play, Kai suddenly accelerated, forcing him to sprint with her again. Then, she jumped too early, acting like she was going for a dunk, but she was way too far. Vex quickly anticipated a pass to someone else, just like before, except, she just shot the damn thing. Straight in.
The crowd went wild, and the Colossus players looked completely stunned. Hall and Kael immediately started barking at Vex, blaming him for letting her get an open shot so easily.
"I can’t help it!" Vex complained, sounding frustrated. "She doesn’t play like a normal dog. It’s impossible to predict what the fuck she’s doing!"
Meanwhile, Nash was just standing there with a smirk. Everything was going exactly according to plan.
After Cross caused another turnover, Nash beat Kael with a quick crossover dribble, finding himself face-to-face with Seth. He quickly zipped the ball to Kai, who accelerated and leaped again. Vex groaned, trying his best to jump with her, but he was a split second too slow.
Kai let out a little grin, intentionally letting herself be bumped to draw a foul, but she still managed to release the ball. Swish.
That’s two points, plus one extra free throw for the foul on a successful shot.
[Colossus 29-33 Blacklist]
The Colossus was bewildered. What the hell was happening all of a sudden?
Nash, however, understood perfectly. All according to keikaku, you’d say.
As Kai stood at the free-throw line, Nash’s plan became crystal clear. He’d realized that Cross was an impulsive, hot-headed idiot. He was easily distracted and always tried to do too much to humiliate his opponents instead of just winning the game. That’s why Nia’s role, as the specialist in distraction, was to provoke him, to get him worked up and mess with his head, poisoning his game from the inside out.
As for Vex, he usually tried to save his energy because of his massive size. To him, Kai’s pointless running and useless jumping seemed stupid. He thought she was just wasting energy for nothing, which made him hesitate on his defensive plays. That hesitation created a domino effect of mistakes.
On the next play, Kai jumped again with the ball. Vex hesitated, not sure if he should follow, and to make it worse, Kai wasn’t even the biggest problem.
There was Miko, who practically never missed a three-pointer, and Nash, who was now fully invested in the offense. To Vex, those two were way more dangerous than a stupid girl jumping around without a plan.
Kai knew this perfectly. In a fast-break situation, she’d chose to pass to her teammates instead of forcing it. She was in the air, once again too far from the rim to dunk, while Nash was already sprinting toward her.
Vex thought he finally had it figured out. He turned his body toward Nash to block the pass.
Kai smiled.
What Vex took too long to realize, or just accept, was that just as Jaz said, he wasn’t playing against an amateur, but someone from the same league.
Instead of forcing a dunk in a tight space or making the obvious pass to Nash, Kai tucked her arm back mid-flight and dropped the ball directly into the hoop over her own head using the natural momentum of her fall.
Two points.
[Colossus 31-35 Blacklist]
The commentator was speechless for a second.
"Kai is literally turning Vex into heeeeer bitch out there! And he’s suuuuure taking it dry!"
Kai ran a hand through her sweat-soaked hair, laughing softly. In the team, she might be weaker than Jaz, but with that insane vertical leap, Kai Sato was proving herself to be a master of the aerial game.
Over at Mirage, Kaito nodded.
"We really underestimated them," he said. "It’s not just one monster on their team. They’re all excellent."
Maya, standing next to him, completely forgot to chew her gum.
On the court, the Colossus players just stared at Vex in confused silence. Nobody dared to say anything out loud.
Vex, on the other hand, slammed the ball onto the floor in pure frustration. His breathing was heavy and loud, and sweat was pouring down his temples, even though the quarter was so far from being over.
On the next possession, Kai got the ball again. Vex stepped up with way more caution this time, refusing to be caught off guard again.
She started slowly to the right, a hesitant first step that was enough to lure Vex in that direction. Then, without warning, she planted her foot and exploded to the left.
Her torso barely shifted, just enough to make the move look real. Vex tried to react, but his own weight, thrown in the opposite direction, stopped him from switching instantly. He needed one extra step, one step too many, to get back into position.
She leaped, not for a dunk, but for a mid-range jumper. The ball left her fingertips, and Vex barely managed to graze it with his fingers, knocking it off course.
The ball deflected straight toward Nash, who had jumped to anticipate the play and zipped the ball out instantly to Miko, who was standing wide open, having appeared out of nowhere.
Three points.
[Colossus 33-38 Blacklist]
The crowd was absolutely electric. Blacklist was literally torching the Colossus, leaving them in the dust.
The girls were cheering loudly, and Jaz grabbed Miko for a quick hug, missing to crush the shortest player in history.
Seth watched the whole scene, his eyes darkening as he realized how bad things were getting.
