He lifted her up, causing her to cry out in surprise. Her arms wrapped around his neck, her golden eyes deeply gazing into his sapphire eyes. Her cheeks took on a full shade of red that she couldn't help but try to hide by hiding near his neck.

"I've already waited eight years… in seven more years, I'll be capable of carrying an immortal child."

Davis blinked. Her wish is that she wanted to wait, but would defer to his needs?

He couldn't help but smirk, "Why an immortal child? In eight years, we might be trying for a progeny who could be even greater than an immortal."

"…!?" Bylai nearly jumped out of his hold in shock.

"…" Davis merely smiled, not expounding on it.

The first step was the mortal step. The second step was the immortal step, and the third belonged to divinity.

He guessed that each step consisted of a new life order, so it might be possible for divinities to birth divinities. However, he was also of the opinion that there should be numerous limitations.

Davis let Bylai get down before he kissed her passionately.

Letting her lips go, he said with a passionate gaze, "You shall try to endure for seven more years then."

"…" Bylai couldn't help but tremble.

She couldn't tell if this was a challenge or a punishment, but she liked both.

Seeing his submissive Bylai become more turned on by his statement, Davis nearly laughed out loud. Nonetheless, he didn't embarrass her. He raised his hand and caressed her head again. He might've exaggerated a few things since it wouldn't be easy for them to reach the third step in seven years, but his was the same.

He really wanted to have a child of divinity with Bylai.

"Don't worry. I'll look for that scandalous Saint to steal his fertility Divine Technique. Let's hope he makes some improvement with it, and we won't have to wait long after breaking through and even try numerous times." He encouraged her more.
