Chapter 1188: Chapter 544: Tail? Tail!!!

It itself is formed by the aggregation of countless fragmented dreamscapes and obsessions, naturally possessing the image within the dreamscape.

Yet the "Sofia" before Herbert is different from the one he knew... very different!

Her outfit is far more extravagant, her aura far more noble, and her power far greater!

Why has she taken on Sofia’s appearance? Why did Silence choose her?

"However..."

Herbert senses the aura of "Sofia," and a thought flashes through his mind.

"Is this the true Sofia?"

The present Sofia is clearly different from her past self.

To put it bluntly, they are completely different people.

The current Sofia is a newly born consciousness after losing her memory, forgetting the past, with her strength only remaining as the residual instinct in her body.

As for the former Sofia... she doesn’t seem like a simple character.

Whether this "Sofia’s" influence comes from her past memories or from someone else’s dreamscape, it’s obviously not going to be weak.

At least, back then, she definitely wouldn’t have been a simple Legendary Peak Level Heroic Spirit.

The Divine Kingdom has already shattered, and its Heroic Spirits couldn’t avoid it either, the stronger they are, the deeper they are bound to the Divine Kingdom, the more serious the damage they suffer.

Before losing her memory, Sofia might have been trying hard to recover.

Originally, we thought her territory was at the very edge of the Mist Mountain Range due to weak power, but now it seems there might be some unknown secrets.

Perhaps... it wasn’t that she was forced to stay on the outskirts, but rather she chose to remain there for some reason?

Also, was that battle between her and the Ghost Wolf King and thousands of Ghost Wolves really so simple?

We only saw the result where they were both severely wounded, we don’t know what specifically happened during the fight.

"Tsk."

Herbert’s mind races, helplessly sighing inwardly, "It feels like the more one delves, the more the mist shrouding the truth thickens..."

Trying to figure all this out is really difficult.

"..."

While Herbert is deep in thought, the battle on that side doesn’t wait for him to clear his mind.

"..."

"Sofia" has a hollow gaze, surrounded by ominous purple energy, no extra words spoken, taking action the moment her form solidifies.

Her four hooves leap forward, running fast as lightning, continuously jumping and traversing through the void.

Meanwhile, her upper body calmly draws a bow and aims at a dangerous target.

Her movements are so smooth it’s almost eerie, as instantly an arrow formed from condensed nightmares and sorrow appears out of thin air, the arrowhead pointing directly at Nenasha’s brow!

With a flick of the finger, the arrow transforms into a stream of light, whizzing forth in an instant.

Swoosh—

The power contained in this arrow surpasses Epic, genuinely reaching Saint Level strength, enough to effortlessly destroy an Epic Strongman’s consciousness and drag them into eternal nightmares.

!!!

Herbert’s pupils contract, instinctively squinting.

However, facing the deadly strike from "Sofia," Nenasha’s gaze doesn’t even waver.

["Heh."]

She merely raises her hand slightly, flicking her finger casually at the terrifying arrow flying towards her and at the Silence that turned into Sofia.

["Boring."]

Bang!

A soft sound like a bursting bubble.

The arrow, filled with terrifying power, eerily stops just an inch away from Nenasha, then quickly shatters, transforming into scattered purple light dust drifting through the sky.

!!!

But that’s not all, even the silhouette of "Sofia" twists violently, flickering like a bad signal image, then collapses with a roar, reverting to a huge purple eyeball.

What exactly happened?

Honestly, Herbert couldn’t understand what was happening, unable to keep up with the flow.

Only vaguely sensing, Nenasha seems to have invoked the rules of this place, holding absolute authority here.

Yet, Silence’s resistance hasn’t ceased.

Crack... crack...

The eyeball trembles violently, surface manifests countless fissures, projecting distorted rays, transforming into countless tendrils that delve into the silver lake, frantically extracting the remaining power from the dreamscape fragments.

In the next moment, Silence shifts form again.

Thus, a more grotesque and more discomforting monster emerges.

It looks like a rag doll clumsily stitched together by a child.

Possessing a bone wing akin to a Giant Dragon, but only one, skewedly inserted on its back, the other side dons an Angel’s white wing.

One arm on the other side is a giant’s arm flickering with lightning, while the other side is a slender Elf’s rune sword and shield.

The upper body is clad in metallic armor, while the lower body transforms into tentacles of some deep-sea giant beast, chaotically writhing.

The head still resembles Sofia’s face, but placed amidst this pile of twisted limbs... it appears particularly strange.

This is a monster stitched together from numerous Heroic Spirit dreamscapes and powers, bizarre in form, visually causing one’s hair to stand on end, enduring immense mental torment.

Yet, this seemingly cobbled-together monster emits eerily harmonious and powerful energy waves.

Those forces, which should conflict with each other, were unified by some core compulsion, forming some complementarity, making its movements imbued with an unsettling... even nerve-wracking agility!

It issues silent roars, swinging a giant’s fist, wielding an Elf’s sword and shield, while thrashing a beast’s tentacles, launching a storm of attacks from cunning angles at Nenasha!
