He felt his entire body suddenly burn with immense internal flames and raw, primal rage. His muscles bulged violently and then tensed before slowly calming down again. Thick scales covered him almost completely for several seconds before vanishing. He grew long, majestic draconic horns, and even a long Shenlong-style tail briefly manifested before disappearing once more.

His bones erupted outward from his body and fully encased him in an even stronger biological bone armor. At the same time his hair turned a brilliant silvery metallic color that glowed like pure mithril. Lastly, the dual skin colors fused into a living pattern that resembled burning red and blue flames. His demonic oni horns grew three times longer and burned fiercely with dual-colored fire of fire and blue.

Riven was left completely speechless. To think that the Multiplier Authority had grown powerful enough to even affect Genes themselves... With all of these massive bonuses stacked together, Riven had more than likely reached the level of high C-Rank Hunters, if not full B-Rank already.

He experimented freely with the new mutations on his body, growing them out and then making them disappear again at will. He was growing at an amazing rate, yet the process still had not finished.

His Class, Beast, had also leveled up significantly during the recent battles.

Although the Beast Class was not quite as overwhelming as Predator, it still offered consistent bonus stats simply from killing enemies, gaining experience, and leveling normally. It also occasionally granted useful Class Skills that were never too bad to have — skills that Riven had come to rely on more than he liked to admit.

This time he had gained Beast Spirit, an incredible new Class Skill capable of transforming his own Aura into a true Beast Spirit and enhancing its power even further. He had already shown faint vestiges of that ability in earlier fights, but this Skill would likely reinforce that power to its absolute maximum potential and finally allow him to properly manifest it into reality.

And speaking of Class Skills, he had also recently obtained "Jaws of Gluttony," which seemed absolutely phenomenal and would make him even deadlier to anyone foolish enough to provoke his full wrath.

"A-Are you done yet?" Kagehisa asked, still staring in disbelief. "Dude... it’s like you became a completely different person!"

"Maybe," Riven smiled. "I guess I’ve finally surpassed you, huh? That was easier than I expected."

"Tsk!" Kagehisa felt a surge of frustration. "You ain’t surpassing anybody! I’m going to start training seriously again and hunting stronger prey. You’ll see! I’m going to reach B-Rank, catch up to you, and then beat you in our rematch!"

"Hah, well it’s nice to have dreams, I suppose," Riven teased him lightly, which only made Kagehisa even angrier. "I’m not completely done though. There’s still one last thing left to do."

Besides everything he had already absorbed, he still had the rest of the corpses he had not eaten earlier. Gluttony had refused them because Beelzebub remained one damn picky eater.

But that no longer mattered!

He also possessed his other powerful Skills — Asura Blood Sea Scripture and Yin Corpse Bone-Forging Art — both of which required fresh blood and bones to devour and grow stronger.

His hand rose as a giant spectral jaw opened wide. It inhaled all the remaining blood from the fresh corpses of his victims. Then their bones tore free from the dried, almost mummified flesh and flew straight into his hand, literally fusing with his own skeleton in a grotesque and monstrous display.

"Woah..." Even Label had to watch the entire process, yet she was not disgusted. Instead she looked completely fascinated. "Riven, your body is incredible. Is there anything you can’t eat?"

"So far I still cannot consume items to gain their power," Riven answered. "That might change in the future though... But yeah, I’m done for now."

He felt his bones constantly crackling, breaking, and regenerating at high speed. Countless skeletal monstrosities seemed to roar and struggle inside his osseous form before finally settling down. His skeleton was no longer purely human. It had become sharper, larger, and wider, perfectly fitting his massive musculature and making it even easier for him to continue growing further in the future.

At the same time his blood flow increased dramatically. He absorbed and combined the blood essence of many different creatures within his body, cultivating it further in a manner similar to how vampires refined blood energy. Fresh blood energy surged through his veins, rapidly refilling his vitality and health while greatly increasing his wound regeneration speed.
