"U-umm..."

Looking at that outfit which was no different from what Tiona was wearing, economizing on fabric to the absolute extreme, a blush gradually washed over Jeanne's face. For a moment, she actually didn't know how to refuse.

"What about Firefly? This piece really looks great, and with your figure, it'll definitely suit you well."

Tiona picked up another equally bold style and turned to Firefly.

Firefly's pretty face instantly flushed red through and through. She backed up repeatedly like a startled deer, finally ducking directly behind Aiden, only poking out half a small head, her entire face screaming resistance.

"Uh, well, Tiona,"

Seeing that the scene was about to spiral out of control, Aiden finally had to step forward. He looked at the outfit in Tiona's hand, his eye twitching as well.

"These clothes do look nice, but I think... they might not be very suitable for Firefly and the others. Should we change to another store and look at something else?"

"Yes, you're exactly right!"

Lefiya acted as if she had found her backbone. Reaching the end of her tolerance, she immediately protested loudly. "How can you let Miss Firefly and the others wear this—this kind of shameful clothing?! I will absolutely not allow it! What they should wear are much, much more pure and demure styles. That's right, just like us Elves!!"

Completely red-faced, Lefiya excitedly patted her own chest, pouring out her fashion declaration in a torrent of words.

"But,"

Tiona blinked, her tone suddenly carrying a hint of sly temptation. "Do you guys... really not want to see it? How Ais, Firefly, and Jeanne would look wearing these clothes."

In an instant, the entire shop went quiet.

Lefiya's impassioned movements came to an abrupt halt.

Her deep blue eyes uncontrollably rested upon the wrapped-waist and wrapped-chest set Tiona was wearing, and her mind seemed to conjure up an image of a certain blonde figure changing into this attire.

In Aiden's mind, almost simultaneously, emerged the contrast of Jeanne's holiness and wildness, as well as the collision of Firefly's shyness and boldness.

His face revealed a momentary, unconcealable heartthrob.

"I-I absolutely don't!"

Lefiya retorted, stammering, though her voice was several notches weaker.

Under the suspicious gazes of Firefly and Jeanne, Aiden also immediately restored a face of righteousness, shaking his head with strict rectitude.

"You guys just hesitated, right?"

Tiona flashed a little devilish smile, hitting the nail on the head.

"W-what nonsense are you sprouting!"

Covering her crimson face, trying to gloss over the moment, Lefiya grabbed Ais's hand. "Miss Ais, Miss Firefly, Miss Jeanne, let's go. I'll take you to an Elf shop. Though I'm not an expert, I'll do my best to help you choose."

Saying that, she bolted out of the shop door without looking back, pulling the three girls along as if fleeing a horrific crime scene.

"Let's go, Tiona. These really aren't suitable."

Aiden looked at the girls forcefully taken away by Lefiya, then shook his head helplessly at the innocent-looking Tiona, who was still holding the clothes.

Only, for some reason, when he turned around to follow the main group, there was always a faint, lingering trace of regret in his heart, as if he had missed out on some once-in-a-lifetime, breathtaking scenery.

Guided by Lefiya, the group practically fled from that Amazon clothing store full of wild charm.

Following Lefiya through several crisscrossing alleys, they quickly arrived in front of a shop with a starkly different style.

Compared to the wild and uninhibited shop from before, everything here seemed so tranquil and elegant.

The shop door was made of light-colored logs, carved with exquisite vine patterns on top, and a wind chime at the door emitted a crisp, pleasant sound in the breeze.

An Elf lady dressed in a pale green long skirt, with an elegant and fresh temperament, smiled and greeted them. Her gentle voice was like a clear spring in the forest, instantly washing away the visual shock the group had just received.

"Welcome."

The air inside the shop was permeated with a faint woody fragrance and floral scent.

The clothes hanging on the walls, whether they were flowing robes or exquisite short skirts, were all made of natural cotton, linen, and silk. They were well-tailored with smooth lines, full of the harmonious beauty of nature.

Seeing the clothes in this shop, Firefly and Jeanne d'Arc visibly let out a sigh of relief.

As expected of an Elf shop, every piece of clothing was as exquisite as a work of art.

Moreover, these outfits were not entirely traditional, conservative styles. With lace or hollowed-out details embellishing them, or incorporating currently popular designs, they found a perfect balance between elegance and trendiness.

Just as Firefly and Jeanne d'Arc were enthusiastically selecting their favorite styles, an outfit displayed in the most prominent position of the window display firmly caught Firefly's eye.

It was a peculiar style she had never seen before. It was the "JK Uniform" that had only recently quietly emerged in Orario and was often mentioned by the worldly-wise gods.

Under Aiden's encouraging gaze, Firefly took the outfit and walked somewhat nervously into the fitting room.

A moment later, the curtain of the fitting room was gently pulled open.

When Firefly's figure reappeared before everyone, Aiden's breath couldn't help but stall, his eyes full of awe.

The girl stood there with a hint of shyness, her gaze carrying a trace of unconcealable anticipation as she carefully looked toward Aiden.

Her smooth, silvery-white long hair had a faint, pale green gradient at the tips. A light gray hairband was tied amidst her locks, and a delicate, exquisite green butterfly hair accessory was pinned to one side, quivering slightly with her subtle movements.

A gentle, faint smile hung on her face. Her already bright eyes now sparkled with added radiance, as if the entire brightness of a spring day had been crushed and sprinkled within them.

She wore a pure white, long-sleeved sailor uniform. Both the collar and cuffs were adorned with light green trim. Dark gray double-breasted buttons and black collar edging added a touch of composure to this purity.

At the neckline, a green-yellow gradient straight-edged ribbon tie was fastened, embroidered with tiny firefly patterns in gold thread. It echoed the golden firefly brooch pinned to her left chest, exquisite to exactly the right degree.

For the lower half, she wore a gray-and-black checkered pleated short skirt. The hem stopped perfectly at the mid-thigh, outlining the youthful curves of the girl with her standing posture.

White thigh-high socks wrapped her slender and well-proportioned lower legs, the tops also adorned with two rings of light green stripes.

On her feet was a pair of petite, brown round-toed leather shoes, showcasing that unripe innocence to the absolute fullest.

This attire was simply a match made in heaven for Firefly's name.

At the first glance of this outfit, Aiden felt as if it had been custom-tailored precisely for Firefly.

The firefly elements perfectly matched her name, "Firefly," and also lit up that faint glimmer she intrinsically possessed.
