Chapter 1575: Chapter 50: Massacre (Part 3)
The atmosphere in the Phoenix City Command Center was suffocatingly tense.
On the giant SkyNet screen, there was a vast plain. The bandit army’s five hundred [Rampage] vehicles looked like small black rocks. Opposite them was the endless formation of the Suss Armored Group.
"Isn’t General Tian being too impulsive with this?" A hesitant staff officer finally voiced his concerns to his companion. His voice wasn’t loud, but in the eerie silence of the command hall, it seemed exceptionally clear.
Seeing the others around them looking his way, the staff officer blushed, hesitated to explain further, and finally closed his mouth decisively.
It was no wonder he raised such a question; in fact, anyone would see the strategic deployment in the western Sunset Mountain as quite nerve-wracking.
Just after encircling the enemy’s Northern Cluster main force, the main force of the Allies in Sunset Mountain had already launched a counterattack, taking advantage of the momentum to annihilate the enemy. However, at the D88 intercity highway line now, other than the five hundred and one Devil Mecha standing on a small hillside, there were no defenses at all!
It was a ten-kilometer-wide passage. The passage cut across the 5th Resource Highway, extending northwest toward the mining area. The three divisions of the 33rd Army and two Chuckna Armored Divisions gave way to the west of the Resource Highway. Three Chuckna Armored Divisions originally deployed east along the D88 highway also cleared the passage.
The central forces of Bellif’s four divisions were swiftly advancing along this empty passage.
According to SkyNet intelligence, they had already spread four divisions to the passage’s flanks to cover the main force. If it weren’t for the potential of the Fei Alliance Joint Army closing in and executing a pincer movement, they would likely have joined up with Langman within half an hour.
Once the two armies joined, a total of thirteen divisions’ strength would be approximately equal to that of the Alliance forces in the area. If they could hold this passage for eight hours, at least half of the encircled Northern Cluster main force in Sunset Mountain would escape, significantly impacting the following battle scenario.
However, apart from this inadvertently speaking staff officer, no one voiced their concerns.
The order was personally issued by the Bandit Army Admiral Tian Xingjian. The painful losses of the First Division Special Forces Camp had turned this seemingly simple and amiable Fatty Admiral into an enraged black bear. Everyone in the command hall could hear the sorrow and anger contained in his deep voice, akin to the heart-pounding sizzle when a fuse ignites.
Everyone knew what Fatty intended to do, and they understood that any persuasion at this time would only add fuel to the fire. Without even looking at Fatty, the tightly clenched jaws, knife-cold eyes, and bulging veins on the foreheads of the bandit army commanders in the command hall made it clear what the bandit army felt at this moment.
These were ruthless people. To these desperados, when someone cut them, their usual response was to inflict excruciating torment on their opponent!
Following the staff officer’s unconscious remarks, many people’s attention focused on Margaret.
This girl, with her pale golden hair, pure demeanor, and a hint of enchanting charm between her brows, was the dream of every man, a mixture of devil and angel, and the leader of the bandit army in this command hall. Her exceptional beauty, her military talent, and her identity made every young man yearn while feeling inadequate.
Upon hearing the staff officer, Margaret smiled faintly. Her gaze swept over the anxious staff officer and Chen Fengxi before returning to the SkyNet screen.
"Let him do whatever he wants. Revenge for our warriors..." She casually remarked. The words from her petal-like lips, however, were as cold as ice, "Even if he brings down the sky!"
The faint voice was like thunder. The Fei Alliance soldiers present felt a thrill in their hearts. In that dazed longing, they even began to envy the Special Forces Camp warriors of the Bandit Army First Division.
To be part of such a team, to have a leader like Fatty, how fortunate were the bandit army soldiers.
They were like brothers, repaying every wrong. When one was wronged, everyone rushed forward desperately, with even the highest commander taking risks without hesitation, solely to exact the most thorough revenge!
This was truly a cohesive unit. This was an army a soldier would willingly serve to the fullest!
Who the hell dared to provoke such an army, such a group!
On the SkyNet screen, the Suss people moved.
Countless Western Alliance Mecha began their charge along the D88 highway.
Forty-two black Judgers set the rhythm of this metal frenzy, progressing from slow to fast, from a trot to a sprint.
The boundless, firm earth swiftly retreated from beneath the mecha’s feet. Billowing clouds of dust flew up, bending in the chaotic wind, then suddenly scattering, morphing into a vast spread of gray and yellow throughout the heavens and earth.

"Reinhardt!" Fatty shouted loudly. He still squatted on the ground, though the mecha’s body leaned slightly forward.
The surging enemy was within arm’s reach. He could already see the golden emblem on the chest of the leading Judger and that ghastly steel face.
At this moment, Fatty recalled the reverent and envious gazes from the First Division Special Forces warriors during training; he remembered those youthful faces; he remembered how they stormed into the 31st Army Base without a word during his own ambush, and he remembered their cheerful smiles when they spoke of their dreams and aspirations while chatting idly.
