Chapter 1664 - 837: Successful Rescue

Chapter 1664: Chapter 837: Successful Rescue

This changes the situation drastically. Clearly, both the air force and helicopters must be thoroughly prepared.

"You need to be cautious with your helicopters in the air; they might attack you with handheld rocket launchers at any moment."

The most critical aspect is the warships.

"Therefore, you must stay out of their rocket launcher range. Also, due to the relatively narrow space of this location, I hope our ships can only use missiles for fire coverage."

Thus, the daytime was spent on deployment. Under Lin Beichen’s arrangement, ships from various countries arrived at the predetermined location. In the morning, some of the enemy forces felt puzzled.

"What are they trying to do? Are they going to launch a full-scale attack? Haha, they’re not quite on time either."

Evidently, the enemy commander had not realized that they were already in danger.

"Let’s not rush, let’s observe a bit more. Maybe we’ll gradually figure it out, haha."

However, this time they made a big mistake, as the opposing side was already fully prepared.

At night, led by Chen Lin, a hundred people boarded the plane. Owing to the need for high-altitude flying this time, they simply chose to parachute from high altitude. This way, despite the danger, most of these people possessed extraordinary rescue skills.

Everyone wore night vision devices, painstakingly controlling their parachutes.

Through everyone’s concerted effort and relentless combat, they finally successfully landed on the ground.

"Everyone, are you ready? Transmit your location information to me."

Chen Lin quickly summoned all parachuting team members to a spot, then sent a coordinate location.

In less than ten minutes, all team members were gathered.

"Great! From now on, we will be conducting independent combat operations; there won’t be any other support coming to us. Our main task is to build a solid barrier between the hostages and terrorists, doing our utmost to ensure the hostages’ safety."

"Yes!"

The team immediately sprang into action, rushing to the scene as quickly as possible.

However, since they were dressed in terrorist attire this time, as soon as they arrived, they immediately made the hostages tense.

But before the hostages had time to think too much, the team quickly and decisively dealt with the terrorists originally guarding them.

The hostages were utterly confused.

"Everyone, we are troops from the Seventh District. Rest assured, we will definitely help you solve the current problem. But you must trust us, and we will lead you out of here safely. We dressed like this deliberately just to avoid attracting terrorists’ attention."

After speaking, to appease the hostages’ emotions and avoid panic, Chen Lin immediately took out pre-prepared identifiers and distributed them to the hostages.

The hostages felt a bit more at ease after seeing these identifiers.

"What should we do? These people trapped us here without even providing food."

Facing numerous hostages, the soldiers also felt overwhelmed.

"Everyone, take out the rations you carry with you. Although the quantity is not much, at least it can help alleviate the pressing need."

The hostages were shocked to see the soldiers take out their own rations.

"But if we eat it, what about you?"

"We are strictly trained and know how to reasonably allocate food. Please rest assured, don’t worry about us. But the main issue now is that we are few in number, while the enemy is numerous and powerful. Currently, our main force is still at sea." ⅇ𝒃𝚗ℴ

Upon hearing this, the hostages were even more shocked. So far, this matter seemed indeed unsolvable.

"However, the ones we’ve sent this time are special combat team members, so there’s no need to worry too much about our numbers. So, I need everyone to cooperate with us. First, we must ensure everyone is well-fed."

Given this, no further words were needed.

"Yu Feng, take a few people and find a way to seize the enemy’s supplies, as many as possible. At the very least, gather these materials so everyone can eat well."

"Yes!"

Taking advantage of the night, Yu Feng led a small team and set out immediately. In this small forest, they gradually discovered that things were far more complicated than imagined.

Fortunately, Yu Feng had experience with night searches before, leading everyone to continue deeper. The team members wore night vision devices, searching while remaining alert to potential threats.

They could encounter enemy attacks at any moment, but fortunately, they acted swiftly and decisively. Shortly after, they found an enemy supply point.

"Here it is. Listen up, don’t rush. This supply point needs someone to stay behind, then we’ll send two people to transport the materials."

Thus, they formed a material transportation line and began transporting materials at the fastest speed.

Luckily, the people here were currently deep asleep due to an incense, allowing them to take advantage of the time to work.

Meanwhile, the situation at sea was also progressing simultaneously.

"So, you’ve already started ensuring the hostages’ safety now, haven’t you?"

"Yes! But there are several hours until our general attack. Now, I’ve already sent my vice-captain to transport supplies."

"Supplies?"

Lin Beichen was somewhat surprised to hear this.

"Aren’t you afraid of alerting the enemy?"

"For now, everything’s fine. Based on the current situation, the enemy still hasn’t discovered us. Moreover, the vice-captain we’ve sent this time has rich experience in nighttime jungle combat. Rest assured, we can complete this task and the hostages haven’t had a meal for a long time."
