11:30, Emily Lancaster arrived downstairs at the Edwards Family’s branch in the Capital Province. Emily had been here before, so the receptionist recognized her. Upon hearing Emily say she wanted to see President Edwards, the receptionist informed her, then directed Amber Edwards to head upstairs.

Amber answered dryly, only shifting her head away after receiving a glance from her elder brother, she snorted.

"Don’t mind it, Hannah’s just got the temperament of a little child, she speaks rather bluntly." President Edwards faintly smiled and offered an explanation on Amber’s behalf, then gestured for Emily to sit, while asking, "I wonder what Miss Lancaster is looking for me today?"

"Emily Lancaster, let me tell you, don’t even think about seducing my brother! You’ll never be my sister-in-law in this lifetime. Last night my father already told your father that the marriage between the two families is canceled. From now on, you, Emily Lancaster, have nothing to do with our Edwards family. We can’t afford a daughter-in-law like you."

Amber couldn’t hold back and sarcastically added a jab at Emily Lancaster, "Smiling to your face, stabbing behind your back, someone would be lucky to have a wife like you."

"Hannah, I am really sorry about this matter." Emily’s face looked bad; she truly didn’t expect Amber would also be here when she arrived.

Amber saw her elder brother was about to brew tea for Emily, and directly shouted, "No brewing allowed! I brought you this tea myself! Such good tea shouldn’t be wasted on such trash!"

"Brew it for me to drink! I’ll drink!" Amber grabbed her elder brother’s thermos from under the table, clattering it onto the tea table, "Brew it here, I’ll take it home to drink slowly!"

"Amber, are you crazy?" President Edwards looked at the 500 milliliter thermos, "Are you treating it as a meal?"
