Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!
Volume 10. Chapter 297: Actually Thinking Through It A Bit. (Chapter 1198)
Chapter 297: Actually Thinking Through It A Bit.
The control panel had some deteriorations to it, to the point where Celia and Nemu were impressed that Home still stood perfectly fine. Rather, the bombardment of so many powerful beings showing up…is what forced this area open, and is why Runeth found it so easily, while Celia couldn’t before. Either way, there were quite a few repairs to be done, with Celia even enhancing several aspects of the control panel, as she is far more used to manipulating Pure Mana than whoever she was long ago.
She also found something funny, that the flatness of Home wasn’t intended at all. Instead, the Pure Mana Threads weren’t set up properly to generate anything other than a flat world, which is how come any few peaks in the terrain exist; literally bugs of improperly written Pure Mana code. Of course, changing it without the consent of Home’s inhabitants would be wrong, so Celia shelved that fix for some time later. Ah, right… The heat thing was already solved, so I had no legitimate reason to still be wearing this bikini; not like I’d stop doing so, though, hehehehehe…
Vulely: “Was there anything else interesting in that area, Celia? You seem to still be in a thinking mood since leaving it earlier…” I asked with a curious tone.
Celia: “Not really, no. Home itself is now less interesting, though. It must have been a lazy, unfinished experiment by a foolish, young Pure Mana Being, my doing. The ultimate paradise…was merely an abandoned afterthought by my past self.” She replied with a deep groan.
Guanyu: “You should give yourself more credit, Celia. A poor effort on your part, as you’ve declared it, created Home, literally the greatest place for Immortals in existence. I honestly shudder to even try and comprehend how much better Home would be if you had the right knowledge back then, and actually tried…” She added with a coaxing tone, rubbing her wife’s back.
Celia: “Yes, an absolutely horrifying thought.” She agreed with a giggle.
All in all, we decided to not inform every resident of Home that Celia is the creator of it. Doing that would make them worship her to an even more absurd degree, and our wife has no intentions of starting her own cult. Her being able to access Home’s control panel won’t raise any suspicions, as, again, 99.99% of those living within Home…don’t care about investigating its origins.
Of course, close friends won’t be kept in the dark about this, as we trust them to not go crazy. Celia’s already broken them enough for that to be an impossibility. Any normal Higher Being, upon this revelation getting presented to them…would likely go insane; or, at the very least be shocked for countless years straight afterward. To us, Celia can’t do anything shocking ever again; we’ve just become numb and expect her to do amazing things every so often.
Celia: “Am I pervert, or did I make basically everyone in existence cannibals?” She mused with a thinking pose.
Runeth: “E-eh?! Where did cannibalism come from? Mom, you only feed Pure Mana/Divinity enhanced food to close friends, and isn’t the same as us, like, eating you.” She expressed with a confused tone.
Celia: “Soul Crystals, and all their varieties originate solely from Home. Thusly, they’re part of me, or were at some point. This…actually kinda explains why they give so much EXP, Pure Mana is very powerful, after all.” She explained with an awkward tone and expression.
Runeth: “…”
Guanyu: “…”
Vulely: “…”
