Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!

Volume 10. Chapter 182: Clarification On Our Deathlessness. (Chapter 1083)

Chapter 182: Clarification On Our Deathlessness.

Pelia: “I’m confused… Why has Celia yet to attack me?” She asked with a conflicted tone and expression.

Vulely: “…”

Perhaps she wanted an answer from me; alas, my mouth is still sealed. Since she clearly hasn’t realized this just yet, likely even thinking that I’m ignoring her on purpose… I’ll merely actually ignore Pelia for now.

Anyway, why are we unkillable? No one, not even Celia herself, is strong enough to do 9,999,999,999,999 damage in one go, or quickly at all. While she does have the highest HP around, mine and most of our group have a high HP Stat as well. Natural healing, even without using Healing Magic, will mean that… a fight would just go on forever, no end in sight.

Snap!

Pelia: “Sorry, I forgot that I still had your speaking restricted. Now, do please explain why that wife of yours… is so patient and calm.” She asked with a curious tone.

Vulely: “You could, potentially, kill God and the Devil, so Celia made them strong first. With that, my wife won’t have to worry about them during the fight.” I nonchalantly explained, as her knowing the truth wouldn’t affect the outcome.

Pelia: “And… what about you? If it was my wife, I wouldn’t be so idle like Celia, especially when their life is threatened. Are you not… favored in her harem?” She added another question, tone even more curious.

Vulely: “Celia doesn’t pick favorites. Besides, we both know that I’m not in any real danger.” I replied with a shoulder (I’m still chained up) shrug.

Pelia: “…”

The woman, of course, didn’t believe my words, despite the blatant honesty that they were spoken with. From being next to her for all these hours, I learned something very important… Pelia was like my newest daughter, Xinolily; a person whose Stats were… oddly spec’d.

Vulely: “Don’t look so disbelieving of what I said, Pelia. Want proof? Sure, it is my fault that you were able to kidnap me, as I haven’t bothered to gain Levels; but I’m still unkillable. Status.” I said with a haughty tone and smirk.

The Woman Took In My Status For A Few Minutes.

Pelia: “…F-fuck.” She lightly exclaimed after clicking her tongue, now biting her fingernail.

For whimsical purposes, I’ve intentionally cut out my Status from being shown. Hehe… none shall know of my actual power; a mystery will always be far more interesting than the whatever the truth is!

Pelia: “Vulely, are you able to show me Celia’s Status? There was that new feature added to the System a bit ago…” She weakly requested.

Vulely: “No. I do not wish for you to go insane, after all.” I instantly denied with a caring tone.

Pelia: “Please… if I am to die, I’d liked to at least know how foolish I was in going against your wife.” She pleaded once more.

Vulely: “Fine; but I did try to protect your innocence, Pelia. Status Share.” I relented with a deadpan sigh, then letting my wife’s Status be shown to our enemy.

Slash!
