This time, the Grizzly Bear didn’t pretend not to understand, nor was it baffled. It simply followed Ginsengfruit’s instructions and forcefully clapped its paws against the snow beneath its feet.

Countless snow particles exploded immediately.

Ginsengfruit was already experienced with this; as soon as the Grizzly Bear made its move, he stepped back several strides, dodging the shower of snow particles overhead.

When the bear’s paws reached the ground beneath the snow, there was no sound resembling metal colliding.

After digging so many times and trying different locations, he’d hit nothing but walls. Yet this foolish bear casually dug and unearthed it?

At this point, Ginsengfruit felt even more like a complete clown.

Ginsengfruit suddenly laughed softly, realizing that not only humans laugh in moments of speechlessness, but the System does too!

The Grizzly Bear had no idea what Ginsengfruit was thinking. It only knew it had to hold onto his support now.

It immediately began tirelessly digging, as long as it dug fast enough and enough, surely this human wouldn’t have the heart to leave it behind.

In less than a minute, the Grizzly Bear dug out dozens of basketball-sized stones.

"Stop!"

Ginsengfruit looked at the heap of stones piled on the snow’s surface and was thoroughly convinced.

The Grizzly Bear, getting more invigorated with each dig, was on the verge of showing off its prowess when it was suddenly told to stop.

That sharp digging spirit vanished instantly, and it lifted its head in some confusion, staring at Ginsengfruit.

Clearly, it didn’t understand why it was told to stop. Was it digging too slowly?

Although the Grizzly Bear isn’t human, it shares similar traits with many people eager to perform well at work.

It raised its paws, waving them vigorously, almost creating a phantom.

This clearly was its attempt at loyalty to Ginsengfruit; it could still work itself to death!

Ginsengfruit: ...

Who would’ve thought, in this day and age, even a bear could be so proactively competitive, but alas, he really didn’t need it.

"Alright, just wait over to the side for now!"

The Grizzly Bear halted the paw-waving action and somewhat regretfully stood to the side.

Ginsengfruit then squatted down, first examining the stones that had been dug out, followed by observing the pit that had been excavated.

Finally, without any warning, he slammed his palm onto the nearest stone.

The stone instantly crumbled into dust, just like an ordinary stone.

Ginsengfruit tried several more times in succession, easily smashing all of the stones that had been dug out.

Having tested these stones, Ginsengfruit then made a leap and jumped into the pit.

He pulled out his old friend, the shovel, and swung it downward with force.

"Clang~~~"

The sound of metal collision rang out once again.

Ginsengfruit finally understood that these stones, when fused with the mountain, were incredibly tough for him.

But once dug out, they were just the matter of a slap for him.

Yet in such a place, this big foolish bear had easily unearthed them.

Indeed, many coincidences exist in this world, but more often than not, coincidences are precisely another form of unknown calculation.

Ginsengfruit sprang out of the pit effortlessly, casting a scrutinizing gaze toward the Grizzly Bear.

He’s been trapped here for half a month, seeing all kinds of Life.

But coincidentally, this bear was chased right to the front of his snow cabin and couldn’t be chased away, clearly set on sticking to him.

Most importantly, this bear, upon arrival, displayed its absolute competitiveness, easily excavating snow that he couldn’t even scratch the surface of.

Tsk tsk tsk~

When so many coincidences pile up, how could anyone avoid suspicion?

Ginsengfruit folded his arms, shifting all the weight onto his left leg, exuding a somewhat roguish aura.

If Gu Yuan were here to witness Ginsengfruit’s posture right now, he might have to pay tuition.

"Speak up, who sent you and what exactly do you want!"

Ginsengfruit wasn’t afraid of being schemed against; only people with utility value are worth scheming against.

However, he disliked being led by the nose by others.

When the Grizzly Bear noticed the change in Ginsengfruit’s aura, its shrinking demeanor reappeared.

Who would’ve thought, in the beast system, a bear with top-tier attack power could pull such a face, completely collapsing its character setting.

Ginsengfruit disliked it even more when "people" who had clearly revealed their cards still maintained an innocent facade, blatantly mocking his intelligence.

"I’ll give you one last chance to confess. Tell me your purpose. If you play dumb again, I don’t mind turning you into a real fool!"

As he spoke, the killing intent on Ginsengfruit surged forth instantly.

This broken Snow Mountain indeed neutralizes many of the Xuanmen people’s methods, but it can’t withstand Ginsengfruit’s abundant Magic Artifacts.

Even talisman paper, considered a precious resource for others, he amassed in piles.

The Grizzly Bear could sense Ginsengfruit’s dwindling patience, and anxiety crept in.

Could it say it was truly innocent?

Just the day before, it had been dozing comfortably in its cave, only to wake with a jolt.

Not only had its cave collapsed, but even its long-stored food had vanished without a trace.

The worst part was, it was hunted down, without knowing who was chasing it.

If it hadn’t witnessed its former neighbor, a striped tiger, having its head bitten off by some unknown entity.

Perhaps the Grizzly Bear wouldn’t feel such terror, fearing for its eviction.

If it were to move away from Ginsengfruit, the Grizzly Bear felt it would truly die.

When facing life and death, not only humans unleash unprecedented potential, but animals do too.

The Grizzly Bear, having lived on the Snow Mountain for years, even with spiritual wisdom, had never interacted with humans.

So, it couldn’t communicate smoothly with humans, only using its paws to gesture back and forth.

The Grizzly Bear believed it was trying hard to convey the entire story.

But this scene, in Ginsengfruit’s eyes, seemed like random scribbles.

Even with his top-notch, intelligent, central processing, he couldn’t quite decipher what the bear was sketching.

Watching it made Ginsengfruit’s eyes hurt, and he sighed: "Alright, alright, don’t randomly gesticulate anymore. I can’t understand anyway. So, I’ll ask, you answer, okay?"

The Grizzly Bear noticed Ginsengfruit’s killing intent had lessened considerably, and the heart lodged in its throat finally eased a bit.

It nodded hurriedly, clearly fearing that a slight delay would cost it its head. It hadn’t lived enough yet.

"Are you wild, or do you have an owner?"

The Grizzly Bear quickly gestured and indicated it was purely wild and had only seen humans from afar once or twice before.
