Bride of Retribution: Aloof Billionaire's Dominant Game
Chapter 939 - 489: Is He Strong? Is He Big? (2)
"How would I know?" Avery Jane lowered her head, avoiding the question. "You’re not trying to tell me you and him have nothing going on, just chatting under the covers all night? With someone as exceptional as you, how could that be possible?" Emma White spoke in utter disbelief, thinking this woman was far too conservative.
"I... I just have no comparison, don’t know what ’strong’ means..." That was indeed the truth. "I guess he counts as very strong." Avery Jane thought seriously for a moment. This man could tire her out to the point where she almost couldn’t get out of bed, he must be quite remarkable.
Besides, Emma had mentioned before about men’s stamina issues, it seems he lasted much longer than others, how could he finish in just a dozen minutes? Last night was simply overwhelming, with long duration, frequent occurrences, and various styles, making her too exhausted to even take a shower in the end. Her throat was still slightly hoarse today.
"Is that...big?" Emma, thinking about the president’s majestic physique, and those slender long legs, full of masculinity. But is that which represents a man as impressive and magnificent too? Some men look good in appearance, but once undressed, it’s downright unpresentable.
"That...that should be considered big..." Avery Jane lowered her head, her face blushing like she had been drinking, feeling hot.
"Avery Jane, you really are so lucky." Emma said, looking enviously, just imagining such scenes could make someone have a nosebleed. One strong, one weak, thinking about this kind of scene, it’s truly exciting. "How many times in one night?" Avery Jane choked on water suddenly, stunned, and looked at Emma with surprise, unable to speak.
"Once? Twice? My God, could it be three times?" Emma watched as Avery Jane, clutching the folder, dashed out as if she was fleeing, and with a smack, bumped into someone, dropping the folder on the ground, scattering several files everywhere.
"Sorry, sorry..." Avery Jane hadn’t even lifted her head as she repeatedly apologized, it was her urgency that made her collide with someone once she stepped out of the office door. This was seriously embarrassing, all because Emma’s outrageous questions were unbearable, each one more intrusive than the last.
"Avery Jane, what is it exactly..." Emma stopped halfway and said, "President Hughes," lowering her head.
Upon hearing Emma’s address "President Hughes," a sweet feeling arose in Avery Jane’s heart, it wasn’t even noon, she hadn’t gone up, yet he came down. Just as she was about to smile and call him, she saw the person coming, and her smile froze. It wasn’t Joshua Hughes, it was his brother. Even if the two looked somewhat alike, Luis Hughes always carried an indescribable kind of feminine softness and a disturbing undertone.
Luis Hughes squatted down, picked up the folder, and handed it to Avery Jane, "Miss Jane, quite an accident, but to be bumped by a beauty is a blessing." Avery Jane extended her hand to take the folder, while Luis Hughes deliberately and unintentionally grasped her small hand, soft and smooth, with an amazing texture. He had touched her skin before, the feel of it was enough to drive a man mad.
His hand was warm too, but being touched like this by him felt like being bitten by a snake, quickly withdrawing her hand.
Apart from Joshua Hughes, she detested any man’s advance, it was a natural physiological reaction. The scent on Luis Hughes was completely different from Joshua Hughes, Joshua was like the most intense, charming sun in the sky, emitting an irresistible heat. While Luis was like continuous gloomy rain, damp, exuding a musty smell enough to make one feel nauseated.
Avery Jane softly said, "Thank you, President Hughes," taking the files he helped pick up, standing up and stepping back, keeping a certain distance.
"Miss Jane is too kind, serving a beauty is what I ought to do. If you have time, could you have lunch with me? I have some questions to ask Miss Hughes." Though Luis Hughes was polite, Avery Jane felt uneasy, "Sorry, I have an appointment at noon."
"With my brother?" Luis Hughes looked at Avery Jane, a beautiful woman was always pleasing to the eye. No wonder Joshua always seemed full of vigor, and during this morning’s meeting, his mood seemed good too. The best always have him in the lead, but it’s essential to see who can laugh last. This woman carries too many secrets behind her, he doesn’t mind slowly revealing them to her, little by little allowing her to know her past.
"It’s a personal matter, I don’t have to answer." Avery Jane wanted to pass by his body and move forward.
"Miss Jane, I know of a place, the food there you would definitely love, it’s your favorite small restaurant from school days. Even my brother doesn’t know about it. You don’t want to revisit? You would have many thoughts about returning." Luis Hughes’ tall body blocked Avery Jane’s way, slightly bowing his head as he spoke.
How did he know what she liked to eat before? How did he know where she went to school? Joshua Hughes had once told her on the ferry that she had no intersection with the Hughes Family. Had she met Luis Hughes before? In her clear eyes, there was a hint of doubt, looking at the man in front...
Whenever anything involved her past, Avery Jane would become much more sensitive, because after all, it was what she always wanted to know. Joshua had hidden some things from her, and she wished to know everything about her past, as that was a very basic part of a person. If her memory remained incomplete, she fundamentally couldn’t live in peace.
