"...So you choose the second option? Instead of becoming a Superior Being alongside me, you, a powerful Endling that survived the End of Reality... Your power remains beyond my jurisdiction and that of the Cosmic Council."

"I don’t care, and I don’t understand what you’re talking about," she replied firmly. "I appreciate what you’re doing, but I can feel the truth. You never cared about life, did you? You’re just a living being who feeds and survives by doing this."

"...Correct."

"Who are you?"

"...I cannot answer that."

"Where did you come from?"

"The Stars Beyond the Horizon."

"..."

"The Fourth Plane, the Astral Plane, which connects to All."

As she heard the response, she felt deeply shocked. Beyond that shock, she looked down at the world being reborn below her. A large portion of it was rapidly separating from the main mass and drifting away into the distance.

"W-What is that? What are you doing?"

"Excess mass and data. It is being recycled into a new world."

"Huh?"

"Realms will be born from it. They will complement the reborn world. Twin worlds, separated by a dimensional membrane, existing in the same space yet in different planes."

"?!"

"They will connect briefly over time until complete convergence. Calculations have been completed. The aim is to create a superior world of high level, enough for the Cosmic Council to deem it fit for ascension."

"You’re...!" The goddess realized just how bizarre this being truly was. It treated everything like simple "things" rather than the precious world and life that she and the other gods adored. "You’re... Tell me what you are!"

The eyes with their enormous eyelashes stared back at her without emotion.

"My true name cannot be told. You would likely go mad. However, I am a Cosmic Emissary. Life Bringer. Reality Architect. We find shattered realities and put them back together under a new order."

"E-Eh?"

"Choose reincarnation? Understood. Goodbye. See you one day, Gaia. Your fate guides this world built around your existence. As the Endling, the Ultimate Being, the Superior Being. It is impossible to strip you of those feats... Sealed power, divided power, recycled power. Understood. Yes. Done."

"???"

She did not understand what was happening. The entity spoke in a strange dialect and tongue, yet her entire being instantly disappeared before she could say another word. She was sent elsewhere within the new world.

And then...

Elayne snapped back to herself. Glitching colors, letters, and numbers still swirled around her vision. She struggled to comprehend what she had just witnessed. No, rather, her mind cleared a little. Still confused, she felt even angrier than before. That talk of "Absolute Power" or whatever it was had been total nonsense, and she did not buy any of it. It was clear that such power had been stripped away from her long ago.

What she was now was the lingering carcass of someone else. Her new life as a mother had ended, leaving her as little more than a corpse crawling forward, trying to rebuild what she had lost.

She did not care about the past. What mattered was the present.

Whatever she had seen, whoever that goddess had been, and whoever that other being was... she quickly pushed it all to the back of her mind.

A mass murderer, a complete son of a bitch, stood right in front of her.

"Oho? What’s wrong?" Jester laughed. "Your rage... has subsided? Maybe we should get started?"

Slowly the chaos around her began to fade. She stared at the new system messages appearing before her as the glitching patterns dissolved.

She felt the crystals of the Class Stone fully merging with her Spiritual Heart. The power to rank up whenever she wanted had been unlocked by violating the system’s rules once more and doing exactly as she pleased.

Because the system’s rules did not matter at all to her. She was the wielder of the Glitched Skill, the living embodiment of an error that should never have existed.

"You bastard..." Mark muttered, unable to move as vines made of chaos energy wrapped tightly around his body and everyone else. "Let her go...! Do whatever you want with us, but...!"

"Oho? Are you willing to sacrifice yourselves again for her?" Jester laughed. "Now that’s rich!"

"..." Blank stared in silence for a moment. "A Death Apostle... most intriguing. I happen to be Tier 5 as well. My power is sealed, but I can unseal it at any point. I have always wondered if I could defeat one of you bastards. As a noble among nobles... it is worth giving it a try."

Blank knew deep down that he could not win.

He looked back at Elayne, fully aware that he was about to sacrifice himself so everyone else could run away.

They had come here thinking there was a chance. But this being... without even fighting him, Blank already knew the truth.

Jester was beyond anything he had ever faced before.

It was not that Jester was particularly strong in physical terms. His magic power was immense, and his Chaos Element was incredibly rare and powerful.

Above all, he was a "Player," someone who could not truly die. He would endlessly revive no matter what happened. He was someone impossible to defeat by normal means.

However, Blank noticed something important.

It surged endlessly like a tree of cosmic stars, rising high into the skies above them.

Elayne felt her power continuing to grow. Yet another strange new ring had formed within her Spiritual Heart.

She looked back at the system window, which had repaired itself the moment she returned to normal.

Before, Elayne had six options for her Class Rank Up as a Nether Spirit Druid. She had been ready to choose one of them.

The options were Circle of the Blighted, Circle of Decay, Circle of Stars, Circle of the Shepherd, Circle of the Moon, and Circle of Wildfire.

Because of everything that was happening, and because of her plan, Elayne decided to take the risk and do the same "bug" she had used before. She destroyed and absorbed the power of a Class Stone, altering her own data to create a hybrid class through the recovered class data!
