The simplest and most logical method is to water them right after planting, then again the next day. After that, you can harvest them directly with very little risk of them withering.]

[As for the planting time for other crops, I’m not entirely sure, to be honest. All the crops we can currently plant seem to have four stages. Maybe it’s because they’re all Tier One crops?]

[Next up is crop category. We’re still exploring this. I don’t know what the criteria for the Demon-Storage Basin is, since you can plant both fungi and algae... But you all don’t need to bother trying to plant anything too absurd; Niuniu has already tried it all.]

[Now, for the refining aspect.]

[First, we can see from the three basic Magic Potion recipes that the main ingredient and the Temperature are fixed. The only variable is the secondary ingredient. By this logic, we can easily deduce the recipes for Magic Potions related to Agility and Constitution...]

[Second is the Demon Base Spirit Branch. In order to find a recipe for it, I tried no less than a hundred times and finally figured out a few patterns.]

[Perhaps because the medicinal properties of the Demon Base Spirit Branch are rather diffuse, you need to take about an inch-and-a-half-long piece, crush it, and boil it at a high Temperature first to remove excess impurities. Only then can you combine it with the secondary ingredient at a low Temperature...]

[This process is quite troublesome. Not only can you not use a Shadow to craft it for you, but the dosage is also hard to control. However, you can get the hang of it after a few tries.]

[Recipe and steps: Demon Base Spirit Branch x1.5 (high Temperature to remove impurities) + secondary ingredient + low Temperature.]

[The Effect of the Magic Potion made this way is also influenced by the variable ’secondary ingredient.’ What you get is a Magic Potion with a ’momentary burst’ Effect. Taking the sea crab for Power as an example, here is the corresponding Magic Potion Effect.]

[Bursting Stone-Breaking Potion: Your next Attack provides 5 points of Power and slightly increases your Attack Power.]

[By this logic, we can deduce the other corresponding ’burst-type’ Magic Potions...]

[However, it’s worth noting that momentary burst-type Magic Potions also build up toxins. After experimenting with Niuniu, we found that the average player can only drink about three bottles. If your Talent is ’Antitoxic’ like mine, it makes a difference, and you can drink one more.]

[Constitution affects the toxin buildup rate. If you have over 20 Constitution, you can drink one extra bottle, and the toxin buildup will decrease faster... Therefore, Magic Potions are very suitable for Constitution-focused builds.]

For players who were still in the initial exploratory phase of Magic Potions, the usefulness of Mushroom’s post was self-evident.

Of course, this was all just them joking around.

"So you’re going to take on that Golden Bull Guard?" Mushroom rubbed his chin. "That guy is no pushover."

"Tch, you can say that to a newbie, but look who you’re talking to now." Li Miao thumped his chest, making his Law Knight Armor ring with a CLANG.

"I’ll take the basic and burst potions for Agility and Spirit. Three of each kind," Faraway said, directly pulling out over a hundred Wax Oil and handing it to Mushroom.

"You got it." Mushroom’s eyes lit up as he took out twelve Magic Potions and handed them to Faraway.

"Then should I get Power and Constitution?" Li Miao asked, looking at Faraway.

Even with a Power boost, Li Miao’s own Agility wasn’t high enough for him to Dodge the Golden Bull Guard’s Attacks.

Since he couldn’t Dodge, it was better to go all-in on Constitution and just tank the hits for longer.

Hearing this, Li Miao didn’t argue. He nodded and, following Faraway’s advice, also bought twelve Magic Potions.
