Chapter 966: Chapter 407: The Method to Trigger Miracles Again

Han’er led Wu Chang and Erin around the center of Sirena City, finally stopping in front of a two-story building.

The building was very close to the Divine Hall dedicated to Erin. According to Han’er, it used to be the residence prepared for the Clergy of the Eternal Light Church.

However, over time, as the Eternal Light Church declined, the Clergy who once lived here all left, leaving the place completely empty.

It wasn’t just this building; the entire Holy City Sirena was slowly dying.

Once a gigantic city that could accommodate hundreds of thousands, now had less than a thousand residents.

Most of them were the Gravekeepers of the Royal Tomb and their families, along with a few stubborn pilgrims who spent all their money to come to Sirena but couldn’t afford to leave.

The least in number were those immersed in the past, lingering in various Divine Halls.

When Han’er heard Wu Chang wanted to find a quiet place, he responded at the time that in Sirena, it’s hard to find bustling places but easy to find quiet ones everywhere.

Han’er left after bringing the two to their residence. Although he was the last Clergy of the Eternal Light Sect, he did not live nearby but in a blue house a kilometer away.

They had passed by that house while walking in Sirena earlier.

The house was well-maintained, its light blue surface vibrant and full, without a sign of fading, indicating regular upkeep.

In the dilapidated Sirena, that house was very conspicuous, immediately catching the attention of Wu Chang and Erin.

According to Han’er, that used to be his home, but after his wife died, he moved to the Royal Tomb for revenge. It wasn’t until Wu Chang resolved the Soul Light Church issue that he moved back to the house.

Wu Chang and Erin exchanged a glance and silently sighed.

Wu Chang wanted to chat with Han’er, but his purpose for coming this time was to enhance the Power of Mystical Root Source, and Han’er didn’t seem to need his comfort based on his Status.

He used Inner World Ability to regenerate a layer of space within the building.

He used the scene editor to create a layer of paper on the floor of the space, then lay on the floor and used his energy-glowing fingers as a pen, drawing the runes on the Differential Machine on Xavier’s right chest from memory.

Erin found a place where she wouldn’t disturb Wu Chang but could still see him and continued to resonate with the Eternal Lake.

With her strength at the pinnacle of a Lower-level God, mastering a Root Level Holy Sword shouldn’t take too long theoretically.

But as she understood more about the Eternal Lake, she increasingly felt the extraordinariness of this Holy Sword.

Olivia was able to create the core of the Differential Machine before Xavier because she found an Extraordinary Item with a Primordial Spirit Core in Old Anderson’s collection.

Coincidentally, the Eternal Lake was Old Anderson’s sword.

Perhaps the Eternal Lake had absorbed the Primordial Spirit Core’s aura, making its Item Skills contain some Powers beyond the Power of Root.

Especially the skill that could emit Lake Light, the Sword of Honor and Order, from which Erin sensed the Power of Order belonging to Life, which she had just mastered recently.

And this wasn’t even the entirety of this skill.

Three days later, Wu Chang shook his slightly groggy head and stood up from the floor.

He looked at the floor covered with complex Mystical Runes and sighed.

The Mystical Power Furnace created by Xavier was small on the outside but terrifyingly complex inside. It took him three days to completely replicate the Mystical Runes inside onto paper.

Fortunately, while recalling, he was also understanding and analyzing, able to flatten the three-dimensionally distributed, layer-stacked Mystical Runes according to the original design on a sheet of paper, indicating that he had grasped half of the Mystical Knowledge within.

He stretched lazily and was just about to proceed to the next step of deciphering when he suddenly sensed Han’er standing at the entrance of the building.

Erin saw Wu Chang’s reaction and knew what he was thinking. She took out two paper packages from beside her and said:

"In the three days you studied the Mystical Runes, Han’er delivered food on time every day. I told him we didn’t need anything for the time being, but he insisted on bringing these."

Wu Chang opened the packages, which contained bread, berries, and a few carrots. The food was simple but thoughtful, with not only a large quantity but also balanced types.

In one of the packages, there was a bird roasted black.

He set the package aside, stepped out of the Inner World, and invited Han’er inside.

This time, he brought Han’er directly into the Inner World and, to accommodate Han’er, he established a small living room next to the space where the runes were copied.

Han’er entered the room, stunned by the scene inside the Inner World, for Space Magic was too advanced for the Midnight Graveyard Plane.

Wu Chang pointed to the runes covering the floor and said, "Sorry, I’ve been busy drawing those things recently and got so engrossed that I didn’t notice things outside."

Han’er looked around, noting that whether it was the style of decor, the texture of the furniture, or even the paper full of runes on the floor, nothing seemed like something that could exist in the Midnight Graveyard Plane.

In front of Han’er, Wu Chang used the scene editor to create a kitchen, reprocessing the food Han’er had brought.

Han’er watched Wu Chang busy in the kitchen, sniffed the aroma of food filling his nostrils, and recalling Wu Chang’s method of creating a kitchen out of thin air, he blankly asked:

"Is this a miracle?"
