Mary waves her hand and the entities were forced to the walls.

They are metal elementals, they might be tough but against someone like her, they are useless.

The continue walking towards the source of energy within the vein.

A blind mole appears and tries to bite him but was slapped by Bai into meat paste.

His killing intent exploded, every living being inside the vein or nearby freezes into fear.

With a calm walk, he bypasses any moles that were waiting for prey to appear.

’Is it a living creature?’ He can’t help but entertain such a thought as he decided to chase after it.

His speed was so fast that the source seems to panicked after sensing him approach.

Suddenly the structure of the vein changes, walls appears in front of him.

He was stunned, it seems that the thing he’s chasing has more control towards it’s environment than expected.

Mary waves her hand and the path reappears in front of them.

They continue to chase after it but obstacles starts appearing one after another.

"Bai, Osal, the two of you protect Mary, I’m going first."

Stomping on the ground, his mucles reacts and his energy spikes.

His figure becomes a blur from them, they can no longer see his back.

The source became confused as to why it can’t accurately sense him anymore.

"You’re one pesky little fellow." His voice appears behind it before his hand grabs the piece of floating ore.

It can no longer be called an ore, more like a core, it probably gained sentience after getting lucky by absorbing the spiritual energy in the air.

"No wonder, you’re one of the lucky objects in this world that awakened an Innate ability to absorb spiritual energy, it seems that one of my theories are correct."

He brought the core with him, no matter what it tries to do, it can’t escape from his palm.

Multiple metal elementals appears around them but with just a thought, a magnetic pulse throws them all away.

He encased by the place with his killing intent, the weapons of the metal elementals are now infused with his own power, it might not last forever but considering that he had inscribed a rune formation in this area, it won’t be long before it will transform into a blessed place.

"You guys might affect the entire place, so all of you are forbidden to approach this place, he throws them outside." The core was still struggling in his hand but not that much anymore.

"Good, this place is yours and I will no longer interfere when there’s no emergency." He let it go and left.

Mary was thrown back to Beast World, watching the core longingly, like a child wanting candy.

The core was stunned, it thought that today was it’s end and yet the invaders didn’t really harm it, even made it’s territory much more comfortable.

Returning back to Golden Paradise, Sean was a bit disappointed, there’s no grand secret in the creation of this place.

"Still, finding a sentient natural object is quite good already, why doesn’t this lighten up my mood?" He feels almost crying.

He also realize why the two dragons managed to grow so strong compared to the other mystique creatures in this place, it’s because their nest is directly connected to the vein.

With constant energy emitting from it and their own appetite, capable of eating raw ores and flesh, they can strengthen themselves just by surviving for a hundred years.

"If I’m not wrong, those two aren’t natives of this land but has become naturalized after staying here for a long time."

He returns back to the city, he starts writing his discovery, after transferring it into a digital copy, he sent it to Jasmine.
