"But to use students for this gambit, and freshmen no less... isn’t that a bit much?" a woman with short hair said with a frown.

"What’s done is done. There’s no point in saying that now," a stern-faced man interjected. "Our job now is to ensure their safety as much as possible, and to root out as many of these vermin as we can."

"Rest assured, we’ve made the proper arrangements. Some ’freshmen’ whose abilities are far beyond the norm have already been planted among them. Furthermore, besides the Fengming Legend, we have other assets in place within Mo Yuan City this time..."

Old Gao didn’t finish his sentence, but his meaning was crystal clear. The last part of his statement, in particular, instilled a powerful sense of confidence in everyone present.
