Back to the 80s: Raising my Wolfy Boyfriend
Chapter 910: Breakthrough in Brother Hai’s Condition
Anton Bolin was accustomed to not getting a response from Qiu Qianghai.
He rapidly wrote something in his notebook, speaking slowly and softly: "Mr. Qiu, your condition is very serious now. If you don’t cooperate with my treatment, I’m afraid you’ll never walk out of it.
Your neurotic disorder severely impacts your normal life. Your emotions fluctuate wildly, causing anxiety, rage, and a tendency to destroy everything around you. Your body has also suffered serious harm. How long has it been since you’ve had a good night’s sleep?"
Anton Bolin finished writing and looked up at Qiu Qianghai, who was leaning back on the sofa with closed eyes, indifferent to whatever was being said and displaying a seemingly peaceful demeanor.
This was a classic case of world-weariness, showing no interest in anything around, severe neurotic depression.
The other person frowned lightly. Even with closed eyes, Anton Bolin was clearly aware that if he opened them, he would reveal impatience, irritability, and a sullen gleam—classic symptoms of irritability syndrome.
If no one stayed by his side, there might be a possibility of suicide at any moment.
The living room fell into a brief silence.
Qiu Qianghai opened his tired eyes and calmly said to Anton Bolin, "Just prescribe the medicine."
Ultimately, he had to take medicine. As for the chaotic stuff the other party said, he didn’t pay attention to a single word.
Anton Bolin’s voice was serious: "Medication cannot cure your condition entirely, Mr. Qiu. I need your cooperation."
Qiu Qianghai laughed, but the laughter didn’t reach his eyes: "Aren’t I being quite cooperative? Have you ever met a more good-tempered patient?"
He spread his hands, appearing very friendly and compliant.
Anton Bolin lowered his eyes, glancing at the red-stained bandage on his hand, and sighed softly.
This patient was, arguably, the most strong-willed of all the patients he had encountered, with a severe psychological defense line, firmly guarding it and not letting him approach in the slightest.
He closed his notebook and capped his pen.
Anton Bolin took out several boxes of medicine from his briefcase and placed them on the table in front of him.
When the patient does not cooperate, Anton Bolin has no way to provide treatment, so all he can do is prescribe some medicine for relief.
He stood up and faced Qiu Qianghai to provide a summary of this home visit consultation.
"Mr. Qiu, if you don’t have the intention of shaping this girl who caused your episode into the person in your heart like you did with those other women, I believe some more interaction with her might lead to a breakthrough."
During this conversation, he sensed that the patient had a kind of patience for the girl named Amin that he did not have with others.
He intentionally asked about the girl named Amin no less than five times to see if this episode was related to her.
Each time, Qiu Qianghai answered patiently, showing an unconscious sense of confusion and tenderness on his face.
Hearing Anton Bolin’s words, Qiu Qianghai didn’t even lift his eyes, directly refusing: "There’s no need."
He had already decided not to find any girl similar to Minmin to torment both sides ever again.
None of those people were his Minmin.
The only potential breakthrough that the patient was unwilling to approach left Anton Bolin gently shaking his head as he departed.
The assistant escorted him out.
At the door, Anton Bolin didn’t immediately go down the stairs.
He looked at the assistant, waiting for him to speak.
The other didn’t disappoint him, soon asking: "Does the girl our boss is involved with really help him?"
