Exasperated, Qin Jiao gave him a light swat. "You’ve had your dinner, but I’m still hungry. Your baby is hungry, too."

"I’ll go take a shower and change, then I’ll make you dinner. What do you feel like eating?"

"Tomato and egg noodles."
