Ascension Of The Blood Supreme
Chapter 270. Everything about the Order revealed
The group discussed what they should do with information they had just received.
In the end, they decided to inform the remainder of their loved ones about it. However, they would not let Endra know about it. Until Aiden left Endra, not even Excellency Armstrong Lee would know about it. This was to prevent news about the starship from leaking across Endra. If that happened, it would bring a lot of trouble they would also have to deal with. It was a technology from an interstellar civilization. Nobody knew which kind of powers would rally against Aiden for it if the news about it was revealed at the moment.
Aiden also thought that because he had accelerated his plans, he could not wait for his power to get to the level of a rank 4 warrior before he decided to travel the universe. Inasmuch as he was certain that travelling outer space without a star ship would be possible for him as a rank 3 warrior, unlike traditional cultivators who had to get to rank 5 before they could do that, using the starship was better. This was because there could be threats in outer space that could squash him to death like an ant, as a rank 3 warrior.
Also, he previously didn’t have the starship. This was why he had previously planned to venture into outer space with his normal body after dealing with the Order when he hit rank 4.
But now that he had the starship, using it was better.
Aiden informed the group that his plans to eliminate the Paranormal Liberation Order would have to be accelerated, so that he would be able to leave Endra quickly, travel to the Torrence Empire, get a key position in the Universe Warriors Associations in one of the Star Systems there, and get Endra registered with the Universe Alliance so that himself and everyone he cared about be safe and they wouldn’t be sitting ducks at the mercy of someone powerful.
The group was aware that being registered with the Universe Alliance was not full proof protection. At the end of the day, the universe would definitely be a place where strength was law.
But being incorporated into the Interstellar community would give the planet basic protection from basic threats.
Aiden suddenly squinted his eyes.
"What do you know about the Paranormal Liberation Order?" He wanted to test the AI on something he was thinking.
Everyone looked at him.
[Well, this is not a question about the interstellar community. So, I can answer that. According to what I have gathered just now, they are a group of idealistic zealots who believe that bringing destruction to Endra is the best way to save the planet.
They call themselves the saviors of Endra.]
Aiden nodded. It worked.
"Can you tell me where their headquarters is located?"
Everyone silently listened, waiting for the AI to reply with bated breaths.
The location or Headquarters of the Paranormal Liberation Order had been something that no one knew. None of their members had also been identified.
[Certainly. I may not be a very expensive model, but scanning a planet as small as Endra for the location of the Paranormal Liberation Order is not a problem.]
The AI went silent for a moment.
[Scanning has begun.
Scanning the southern continent.
Scanning the western Continent.
Scanning the northern content.
Scanning the eastern continent.
Hacking satellite systems across the planet.
Decrypting secret files.
Sorting information on the Order.
Combining scans across the four continents and decrypted information on the Order.
Sorting out Target information related to request.
Headquarters of the Paranormal Liberation Order:
Western Seas.
23°18′47″ N, 14°52′31″ E, below sea level.
Uploading all digitalised recorded information on members.
Uploading all digitalised recorded meetings among members.
Error.
Initiating breach protocol.
Digital Protection overridden.
All information on the Paranormal Liberation Order aquired.
Would you like to be designated as the master of the starship?]
Aiden didn’t know why the AI was asking that. But he replied, "Yes."
[Congratulations to Mr Aiden Vhorn. You are the new owner of the starship.
Due to the fact that you are the new owner of the starship, I can now transfer all the acquired information on the Paranormal Liberation Order to your available digital device. Information transferred to Mr Vhorn’s digital device. However, you can also view the information through the displayed holograms here.]
Aiden checked his phone.
He had just received several batches of files. All of them were organized. They contained everything concerning the Paranormal Liberation Order.
Information and visible proof enough to completely catch the Paranormal Liberation Order off guard and get rid of them as soon as possible.
As for the rest of the group, they were going through the information through the displayed holograms before them.
Everyone was completely shocked as they went through the information.
"It’s a good thing that we were fortunate enough to discover what they are planning early. Else, no matter how strong we would have become, even if we became legendary rank 4 warriors, in action to all the legendary rank 4 warriors and every warrior on Endra, it would have been impossible to stop them. These guys are actually planning on using bioengineered chips they are making to control thousands of legendary rank 4 chaotic beasts to destroy the world??" Aiden was completely shocked.
He had underestimated the Paranormal Liberation Order. Fortunately, according to the information on their plans, they were still in the early phases of making the bioengineered chips.
"That’s true. Their so-called salvation project aside, I just saw that they have hundreds of legendary rank 4 warriors!" Brandy sighed.
Everyone nodded.
"Ourselves and everyone we care about would have died before we even know how if they had gotten time to develop this salvation project into completion. Fortunately, we have discovered everything that needs to be known about them in the early stages of their plan," Aiden said. "I’m not surprised that Edwin Marr is actually the founder and Edrissa Van is the co-founder though. It was obvious that someone from the International Union was behind them. Only the first ranked and second ranked people on the Tyrant Fate Rankings can command such influence. No wonder their headquarters has never been found."
"There is also information on every member currently alive and videos about every interaction they have had related to the Order, including Edwin and Edrissa. The Order is finished."
"Master will be shook up by the revelation though. Edrissa and Edwin were his closest friends. To think they were the founders of the Order all this while."
"Everyone on Endra will be shocked. People in high military positions, emperors and empresses, among several influential figures across Endra were actually part of the Order."
"According to the information on them, all of them have some sort of tragic backstory. It seems their traumatic past dwarfed their perception of the world and they genuinely think destroying the world is the only way to save it."
"Seriously... these guys have actually been planning the destruction of the world for a long time. Fortunately, this salvation project of theirs is still in the early phases. They are now making the bio-engineered chips they plan on using to control the thousands of legendary rank chaotic beasts. Had they been allowed to finish this plan... we need to act now. Excellency Armstrong Lee must be made aware of what we have gathered about the Order as soon as possible."
The group discussed among themselves.
Aiden didn’t care about saving Endra. He only cared about himself and those he cared about.
The Order had every reason to believe what they wanted. He was in no place to judge them.
But personally, he wouldn’t give anyone the right to decide whether he and his loved ones lived or died.
The members of the Order could kill themselves and he didn’t give a damn about that.
But their plans to destroy the world would endanger the lives of him, and his loved ones. As someone who cultivated to have eternal autonomy, why would he let someone decide that he had to die because of their philosophy?
"We need to head to the International Union headquarters as soon as possible," Aiden said.
[Would you like to initiate travel, Mr Vhorn?]
The AI asked.
"Yes, as long as you can make this ship invisible."
Aiden’s crimson constructs turned into blobs of blood from all around the sect and returned into him.
[Very well. Initiating invisibility...
The ship is currently invisible.
Fasten your seatbelts.
Starting engine on autopilot.
Target location: International Union HQ, Western Seas. 67°04′28″ N, 19°33′51″ W.
Estimated time of arrival: 30 minutes.]
Everyone sat down.
The starship closed.
It turned into a streak of light and bolted out of the sect into the skies.
The Paranormal Liberation Order had no idea that all their plans would fall apart today, and there would be nothing they could do about it.
And all of it was because Aiden Vhorn had just discovered everything about them, and he intended to use that to his advantage to strike them.
