Event: Every kill against monsters and demons, depending on their rank, will accumulate Contribution Points. [Given your support class, you have your own Contribution Point criteria]. Contribution Points can be reflected by the player and their Guild. NPCs belonging to the Guild can accumulate Contribution Points for the Guild.

Rank D: 20 Points

Rank A: 10,000 Points

Although the Contribution Point criteria appeared to be the same for everyone else, they were actually different.

For instance, an Enchanter who enchanted weapons and walls would earn Contribution Points depending on their creations’ encounters with monsters of specific ranks.

When an enchanted wall withstood a full-blown attack from a D-rank monster, the Enchanter earned 20 Contribution Points.

It might sound like they had an advantage, but it was not.

If a warrior with higher skill proficiency at C-rank killed a lot of C-rank monsters, then they would earn quite a number of Contribution Points.

It was the same for Enchanters—if their skills had higher proficiency, it meant their creations could handle the same number of demons and monsters as a warrior could.

Meanwhile, Tacticians and Healers had their own contribution criteria as well, depending on their skills.

For instance, if a Healer fully healed a heavily injured C-rank who had been wounded by demons or monsters, they would earn similar Contribution Points based on the criteria.

Every class had its pros and cons, but they were clearly balanced with one another.

If warriors and mages failed to protect the support classes, then the support classes would die.

If the support classes failed to provide assistance to them, they would soon suffer the same fate.

It was precisely why support classes were as necessary as combat classes.

Eventually, the monster wave broke through the walls of Greyfen Village.

The second monster wave commenced, lasting for another hour.

Players could barely glance upward to look at the leaderboard ranking, which surprised them because the first player’s name didn’t appear.

Instead, it was his brother and his Guild against Lewis and his Guild, who were tied at the top of the rankings.

Enzo was in first place individually, while the Monster Hunters Guild took the first spot.

They were followed by the Lewis Guild, Viking Guild, and other Guilds one after another.

The last place was actually the Demon Hunters Guild.

They were perplexed.
