After just three days of sending the letter to the Imperial Family, Louie himself suddenly appeared in his residence and set up the adaptive combat courtyard while barely uttering a single word.

Before he left however, he wished to watch the Radiant Knights trained in his creation, staying for eight hours straight with eyes barely blinking, seemingly assessing the Radiant Knights.

Although Max was uncomfortable at first, exposing his Radiant Knights, he could only convince himself that it was for his Radiant Knights’ benefits.

As expected, Louie finally spoke to him for quite a length, assuring him that the adaptive combat courtyard could help his Radiant Knights improve themselves.

Louie confidently told Max that the adaptive combat courtyard not only enrich his Radiant Knights with combat experience against various demons based on simulations, their skills’ proficiency would also improve.

Max was delighted. Not only his Radiant Knights would benefit, he was included as well.

Louie also explained that the adaptive combat courtyard further focused on other classes, such as Mages and Support—including every sub-class known in the Empire.

Max was extremely grateful to Louie.

Before Louie left, he offered assistance to Max if the adaptive combat courtyard would trouble him in the future.

Louie confidently claimed that the adaptive combat courtyard would be useful to him until he reached A-Rank.

Max was delighted to hear it.

He then tried his best to form a friendly relationship with Louie, knowing that establishing a connection with a Grand Artificer would definitely save him a lot of trouble in the future.

Now that Max had the adaptive combat courtyard, he didn’t need to worry anymore of spending a lot of money for his plan of reclusion.

He could now auction his gold coins in the future without holding back.

Two months had passed. The summer in Canada was exceedingly hot.

Max also realized that every major level of Neuromuscular Combat Training was still divided into minor stage to perceive the progress on each level.

Even then, the Coordination Level was still a whole different level compared to the Foundation Level.

The Coordination Level developed his ability to execute multiple physical and cognitive tasks simultaneously.

Rather than improving his isolated attributes such as strength or balance, the curriculum emphasizes synchronization between movement, perception, breathing, and decision-making.

He had already began integrating these systems but has not yet achieved fully automatic execution.

Max calculated that it might take two more months for him to finally reach the peak stage.

At this current state, his movements began to function as a coordinated chain instead of separate actions.

Every transition between standing, stepping, turning, and striking, they were smoother than before.

The synchronization between his upper and lower body has significantly improved.

Transferring of force through his kinetic chain was more efficient and during complex movement sequences, they had fewer interruptions.

Max no longed needed to consciously think about every individual motion.

His footwork also evolved from simple locomotion into active positioning.

In other words, his movement became deliberate rather than reactive.

He also observed how his body recovered more quickly between successive actions, creating an impression that he was always in motion without appearing rushed.

His breathing became increasingly synchronized with his physical activity, no longer needing to meditate as he could improve his breathing with rigorous physical activity.

He could now begin handling multiple physical tasks concurrently.

Such as performing one movement while planning the next.

His nervous system started overlapping his actions rather than completing them one at a time.

Although the individual who had been consistently observing him from afar for the past two months remained, Max didn’t bother hiding his training.

There was already one explanation to his action—he learned the method of his training from the Apocalypse Online and was trying to integrate them into the real world.

Even before the Apocalypse Online was launched, many players did the same, including the First Swordsman who was not surprisingly the leading player in Max’s past life.

There were many studies in the past that proved how effective the virtual games in convincing the players to train their physical body in the real world.

Most of the training method were inspired from the martial art in the history.

But given the Apocalypse Online’s mystery, it wasn’t surprising that Max was training a strange, complex, and unheard training method came from Apocalypse Online.

It was precisely why Max’s real life was quiet, leaving the stalker to remain as he was.

As Max continued to train for another hour, seemingly unbothered by the heat of the summer, Cassie’s voice echoed.

"Max, Sarah wants to inform you that you should be prepared for Enzo’s graduation today."

Max smiled. The time has finally come for Enzo to play the game...
