After Marrying 5 Yandere Wives, I Obtained a 10,000x Return System

Chapter 309: Luke Blocks a Mid-B-Rank’s Attack With One Hand!

The spatial movement carried him away.

Meanwhile, everyone’s attention was still on Marrec.

He had stopped above Kira and raised his right hand, in his floating form.

One of the Sear spheres behind him slowly descended toward his palm.

The moment it touched his hand, the sphere transformed.

Its flames stretched outward, extending into a long sword formed entirely from condensed Infernal Flame.

Marrec looked down at Kira.

"Weak don’t have the right to live."

His voice became colder.

"Just as your kind did to me."

His right arm moved.

The Infernal Flame sword descended.

The swing was so fast that the air compressed violently around the blade.

BOOM!

A sonic boom exploded across the arena.

SHWOOOOOM!

The blade cut downward.

CLANG!

A metallic impact rang out.

A cloud of dust immediately rose from the point of impact.

For a brief moment, no one understood what had happened.

The first sound had been obvious.

That had been the sonic boom produced by Marrec’s swing.

But the second—

Clang?

That wasn’t the sound of flesh being cut.

It was metal striking metal.

"Armor?" The word escaped Nolan’s mouth through a voice filled with disbelief.

His eyes widened as he stared into the dust cloud.

Everyone else did the same.

Slowly, the dust began to clear.

Marrec was still standing.

His Infernal Flame sword was lowered slightly.

And below him—

Kira was safe.

Standing between them was a twenty-foot-tall figure clad entirely in sleek black armor.

The armored figure’s right hand was holding Marrec’s Infernal Flame sword.

The blade had been stopped directly against the armor.

Infernal Flame spread across its surface, trying to burn through the dark metal, but it couldn’t.

Instead, the space around the armored hand continued to ripple.

The area around the sword looked distorted, almost as though the blade were trying to push through several kilometers of thick, viscous water.

But it couldn’t advance even an inch.

A few stunned voices escaped from the spectator seats.

"Black Knight?"

Then Nolan recognized him.

"Luke!" His earlier disbelief turned into shock.

The same reaction appeared across the spectators.

"Luke? How?!"

Even Arwen and Larael rose from their seats in disbelief.

The entire arena was enclosed by a barrier.

A peak B-rank barrier, at that.

Yet Luke had crossed it.

And not only that, he had appeared fifty kilometers away in an instant. "This is absurd."

Peiro watched from above.

A smile appeared on his face as he shook his head.

"Forbidden elements are truly forbidden."

The others didn’t understand Luke method.

Peiro did.

The arena’s barrier had been designed to withstand destruction reaching the peak B-rank level.

It blocked physical attacks and also restricted spatial movement.

Under normal circumstances, no one should have been able to simply teleport through it.

But Luke’s Void Step was different.

Valzareth treated the spatial restrictions almost like they weren’t there.

The armor allowed Luke to bypass the barrier through Void travel.

After crossing the barrier, Luke had used Void Step five times in succession to reach the center of the arena.

Peiro could have stopped him.

If he truly wished to, he could have sealed the space of the entire arena so completely that even gods would have been unable to move through it.

In that situation, even Valzareth wouldn’t have been able to overcome the restriction.

Luke’s armor still hadn’t been fully unlocked.

Neither had his realm.

But Peiro wasn’t particularly bothered.

"Whatever."

He shook his head, clearly impressed by Luke’s Void ability.

Yet another question remained.

"What is that affinity?"

Peiro focused on Luke.

He could perceive four different affinities surrounding the young Titan.

The first was pitch black.

Void Affinity.

The second was a deep golden-white.

Cosmic Affinity.

The third carried the appearance of shifting rainbow colors.

Seal Affinity.

And the fourth—

Pure white.

It was so white that Peiro couldn’t even properly describe it as white.

It almost felt as though the affinity itself had chosen that color simply because it was the closest color available to describe it.

"Weird affinity."

Those words escaped Peiro’s mouth.

If the Endless Prison Reality had been present, it would probably have agreed.

After all, the fourth affinity belonged to Myrkhal, the Faceless Titan.

And among the Titans, Myrkhal was one of the strangest.

While Peiro was still thinking about it, Luke’s calm voice came from below.

"Sir Peiro, can you move Kira out? She can’t fight anymore."

Luke was still holding Marrec’s Infernal Flame sword in one hand while asking.

Several people in the spectator seats interpreted his behavior differently.

After interfering with the battle and crossing the barrier, Luke was now casually asking Peiro to remove Kira from the arena.

To them, it looked like arrogance.

Peiro, however, didn’t complain.

"Kira of the Sunborn Kingdom has been defeated."

His voice carried across the arena.

"Luke Voidheart will fight in the new round."

The moment he finished speaking, Kira’s unconscious body disappeared and was teleported back to the spectator seat.

"Kira!"

Nolan immediately caught her.

He hugged her tightly, checking her breathing.

When he felt the warmth of her breath against his chest, relief finally washed over him.

"Thank you, Sir Luke." His sincere voice came.

But Luke didn’t hear it.

His attention remained on the man standing directly in front of him.

Marrec’s expression had darkened.

"Oh, Hero of Light." Hatred filled his voice.

"This time, you won’t be able to run."

He pushed more force into the Infernal Flame sword.

The blade pressed harder against Luke’s armor.

Marrec wanted to cut straight through him.

But beneath his helmet, Luke smiled.

His current realm was only Early B-rank.

Yet with his Titan form and the enhancement provided by Valzareth, his physical strength was far beyond what his cultivation rank alone suggested.

There was also the reason he had managed to stop the previous strike.

Luke had alos used eighty percent of his Void energy to create a five-kilometer-wide layer of Void Horizon around his palm.

The stretched space drastically reduced the sword’s momentum before the blade finally reached his armor.

After that, his Early B-rank physical strength and Valzareth armor were enough to withstand the remaining force.

Marrec increased the pressure. The sword pushed downward.

Luke didn’t move.

Then the space beside Marrec rippled.

Once.

Twice.

Before Marrec could turn his head, two completely white, faceless Titans materialized on either side of him.

Both were twenty feet tall.

Their bodies were covered in Null-ex Armor.

They moved at the same time.

Their legs swung horizontally toward Marrec’s waist from opposite directions.

BANG!

BANG!

The two impacts sounded almost like gigantic cannons firing simultaneously.

Marrec’s body was struck from both sides.

His torso folded slightly under the combined force.

Then he was launched backward.

WHOOSH!

His body flew across the arena before crashing into the ground.

BOOM!

Dust and debris erupted from the impact site. Even a thick cloud rose around him.

"Wow!"

A wave of surprised voices spread across the Sunborn side.
