"Of course, the new contract will be more beneficial to both of us than the old one!"Empress Flora knitted her brows, disliking these words, but she forced herself to relax and asked, "And how will the new contract be established, Lord Broke?"

Vaelor smiled at Empress Flora’s question and leaned back again...

"The old agreement was that you give Ozir the best weapons, food, and seeds for fifty years, and also give him the best agricultural and manufacturing methods that your respected empire possesses. In addition to requesting assistance from you and your army if needed, and this right was guaranteed for him to request three times," Vaelor recited the old agreement that Rios had made with her, and his smile broadened behind the mask at the end as he raised three fingers...

"So, what is your proposal for the new contract, Lord Broke?" Flora looked closely at Vaelor, as if studying every part of his body, and asked about the crucial point!

"Hehehehe, certainly, Empress Flora!" Vaelor smiled and waved his hand, causing a blank screen to appear before him, floating in the middle between him and Empress Flora, separating them.

"First, I don’t want any more weapons or food, or even seeds or weapon-manufacturing methods!" Vaelor said simply. If Rios were here listening to this now, he would have felt shocked by what he was hearing.

However, to Vaelor, what Rios had done was pure foolishness!

First, the seeds that Empress Flora would have brought would be foreign to Vaelor’s planet.Even with them obtaining agricultural methods, they wouldn’t know whether the plants that grew would grow healthy or yield the same abundant production or not.

From Vaelor’s perspective, it would have been better for Rios to take care of the native plants, tending to and developing them, especially since he possessed the cosmic law of life; however, he was excused due to his tight schedule!

As for weaponry, all the weapons Vaelor had seen so far from The Stellar Green Branch Empire were ordinary weapons; thus, he concluded that they possessed no method for manufacturing epic weapons. This was expected from a newly established stellar empire!

Not to mention epic weapons, even ordinary Level 5 weapons were not that abundant in The Stellar Green Branch Empire, which was evident from the fact that they gave hundreds of thousands of ordinary Level 4 weapons to Rios and Vaelor, but gave only a hundred Level 5 weapons!

And for Vaelor, manufacturing ordinary weapons was considered an insult to the Elves, in whose veins ran the cosmic law of formation, the law recognized as the master of manufacturing in the entire universe!

"And the third condition between you was requesting assistance from you or your empire in times of need three times as well, with the condition of quick response," Vaelor recited the final condition, leaning his chest slightly forward. "And I will still keep this condition!"

"Oh! How sweet of you, Lord Broke, hehehe," Empress Flora smiled, placed the back of her fingers on her mouth, and said sarcastically, "So what about the new contract? You have scrapped all the terms of the old contract except one, or do you want to keep only this?"

"As I said earlier, I will keep the third condition as it is, but I will double the number of times it can be used!" Vaelor recited his first condition.

Empress Flora narrowed her brows, but gave no specific answer. "And the next condition?"

"My second condition naturally concerns information!" Vaelor said in a calm voice, but if one listened closely, a hint of excitement could be found in it!

"What do you mean, Lord Broke?" Empress Flora knitted her brows and asked in confusion!

"I mean all the information possessed by The Stellar Green Branch Empire!" Vaelor said, the tone of excitement in his voice increasing. "I want all information related to politics, economy, production, development, agriculture, and techniques—even incomplete information and ideas for which you couldn’t find solutions!" Then he leaned back against the sofa...

"Of course, information that touches only the political security of your empire and historical information that you do not wish to share with others, I naturally do not care about!" Then he raised his finger upward...

"But everything other than that, I want it: success and failure, experiments, research, discoveries, and everything—I want them all without hiding anything!" Vaelor said in an excited tone that almost exceeded normal limits.
