"In addition to this, I want one hundred squads, each consisting of two Level Four warriors and one thousand Ground Legion soldiers, to serve as the front of those banks and protect them, in addition to construction workers and Spirit Lords to build the Bank branches in the locations I have specified and support them with Arrays!" Vaelor’s words echoed, causing everyone’s astonishment and, at the same time, concern!

"Excuse me, My Liege, but if all of them leave at once, who will remain to protect the City of Light?" Ayat asked the most important question that had crossed everyone’s mind. The last time they had left the city, a massive war had occurred that killed more than half of the city’s population and leveled the city itself to the ground, so Vaelor’s latest statement raised many concerns among them.

They had thought that the remaining warriors would stay behind to defend the city, but with Vaelor’s statement, everyone would be leaving!

"Don’t worry about this!" Vaelor waved his hand lazily. "It is enough for only the scientists, administrators, craftsmen, and some members of the police force to remain behind to enforce order and maintain security within the city. As for any external threat, I will deal with it. I will remain here and will not leave. You only need to focus on the tasks assigned to you without paying attention to anything else."

Upon hearing this, the Elves immediately felt delighted. For them, Vaelor protecting the city was a thousand times better than them protecting it themselves. In the last war, if not for Vaelor, the war would have ended before it had even begun!

Vaelor ignored their inner thoughts and looked toward Imris and Xylon, gesturing toward them.

"As for the two of you, I want you to finish your missions as quickly as possible and with the best results, because I have another mission for you!"

Both Imris and Xylon looked at each other, then looked toward King Vaelor and quickly knelt!

"Your Majesty’s command!"

"Good." Vaelor nodded, then took out several discs engraved with strange symbols from his storage space and gave each mission commander two discs.

Each of these discs was about the size of a palm. Every commander looked carefully at the disc and examined it, and after they failed to determine what these discs were, they raised their heads and looked toward King Vaelor again.

"These discs are supported by the cosmic Law of Space Arrays. Each disc can open a stable spatial portal capable of transporting an entire army to a specific point, and I have already determined the points you will arrive at beforehand." Vaelor tapped his finger against the armrest of his throne, looking as though he were restraining himself!

"I must warn you, each of these discs can only be used once. Each of you has only two discs, one for going and the other for returning." He then said with an annoyed expression, emphasizing...

"Remember this well, every one of these discs is extremely precious, and if any of you damages one of them, I will make him pay a hundred times its price!"

Vaelor felt pain every time he looked at these discs. They had cost him a tremendous fortune, to the point that he had become broke for the second time, but he had no choice. These Arrays were necessary!

The journey from the City of Light to the nearest region would take at least more than a week. As for the distant regions, it would take several months or even more than a year, and Vaelor would not allow all this time to be wasted on nothing more than traveling during this critical period.

A single disc containing these Arrays did not cost much, but Vaelor had bought a large number of them to cover his needs during this period.

It seems I need to find another way to earn more Prime besides hunting monsters and exchanging their cores. Vaelor stroked his chin as he thought, and there was more than one method of earning money running through his mind now, but he put them aside for the moment until he finished his current tasks first. Then he looked toward the Elves.

"Is there anything else you want to ask about?" Vaelor asked, and when he received no response...

"Good. You can leave now, and Ayat will be responsible for dividing the squads and distributing the warriors!" Vaelor gestured toward Ayat, who nodded in agreement, and everyone quickly bowed and began leaving."

Vaelor looked at the backs of the Elves as they left and became lost in his thoughts.

He had many ideas and many things he could develop. He could gain access to resources that no one else in this world could reach. He could build a kingdom that everyone would fear even looking at.

But the one thing he did not have was the time to accomplish all of this!

Hehehehehehe!

Vaelor laughed mockingly to himself.

Time? Then what if I don’t have time? I will force everyone to give me their time and wait until I grow strong enough to crush them! Vaelor muttered while looking at his hand and clenching his fist tightly...

The Bank! The Bank is the only way to spread chaos, destroy the old order in this continent, impose my authority, and establish my control over it as quickly as possible. A harsh light flashed in Vaelor’s eyes as he thought, and he quickly turned toward the clear emerald sky.

And the fastest way to achieve that is the Eternal Night Heaven!

Since Vaelor’s awakening, he had entered the Eternal Night Heaven only twice during the first month after his awakening, and since then, his feet had not stepped into this wondrous world again. But it seemed that he now needed to go there and change many of his plans.

"There is still an entire day for the Elves to make sufficient preparations for each of them to set out on their missions." Vaelor looked toward the sky, where the day was still in its beginning. "During this period, I must finish many things inside the Eternal Night Heaven!"

Vaelor clenched his fist as he made his decisions. This time, he had decided to enter the Eternal Night Heaven and change many things!

Let’s just say that he had decided to change his plans there completely!

Vaelor waved his hand and closed the door of the throne hall, activated the protective Arrays, and his voice echoed in the ears of the guards outside. "I will not meet anyone until tomorrow morning. If anyone comes, send them away!"
