A Vampire's Guide To Summoning Demons (BL)
Chapter 179
Chapter 179: Chapter 179
Dulce had swiftly made his way to Ruoxi’s room, he hadn’t seen the other since the night before, worry hastened his steps.
He knocked politely on the doors before opening them, stepping in, and closing the doors behind him in one fluid motion when a wall of fragrance crashed against him.
Dulce’s eyes widened, his eyes drawn to the bed where Ruoxi was half-lying down, his upper body propped against pillows. The Demon had said nothing at his presence so for a moment, he thought he was asleep. He quickly caught sight of his dim gold eyes though, unable to feel relief despite that.
Lotus flowers hung heavy and redolent in the warmly lit room, it was even more intense than the last time. He was pinned to the doors for a moment, the faint pink mist in the room seeming to caress his skin.
"Ruoxi?" Dulce composed himself to say, taking a step forward. "Are you alright?"
His calm voice hid his worry, it hadn’t been so long since Ruoxi last ate for this to happen. It hadn’t even been a fortnight, yet....
Even though clear eyes were staring right at him, he didn’t get a response, the silence as thick as the sweet lotus filling the room.
Dulce picked up the pace, going to the Demon’s side. "Are you hurt?"
"Yes," Ruoxi’s low voice finally responded, the Incubus sounded aggrieved but was no worse for wear.
Ruoxi’s robe had parted as he laid down, so his upper body was partly visible, his skin was pallid but there were no visible injuries. It didn’t stop Dulce from searching with his gaze.
Dulce felt his heart thud at that, already reaching for Ruoxi before his thoughts caught up with his actions. "You are? Was it last night..." He trailed off, frowning, his hovering hands retreating.
He should have insisted that they wait for him then, Ruoxi wouldn’t have gotten hurt otherwise, his frown deepened, guilt creeping into his worries.
Ruoxi turned away from those expressive silver blue eyes, prominent veins running down his arms from the effort it took to keep his distance. His inky black hair scattered around his broad shoulders, even when he was in such visible torment, Dulce still wasn’t making the first move.
Dulce was right at the edge of the bed, a little frantic. "Where does it hurt?" He wanted to make sure that Ruoxi was alright before the Demon ’ate’.
Ruoxi’s already dim eyes darkened even further, he reached out to take Dulce’s wrist, unwittingly pulling the Vampire closer as he placed his cool hand below his belt. "Here."
For the first time, a faint hint of color suffused Dulce’s cheeks. He had fed only two nights ago so the blush was even more obvious. Ruoxi usually kept his distance while he ’ate’, the Demon’s actions had caught him off guard.
It was difficult to maintain his composure with the searing heat under his hand, his eyes widening at the girth. He did feel some relief at this response, freezing when Ruoxi took away his hand, not quite sure if he was supposed to do the same or not.
Half-kneeling on the edge of the bed, he slowly retrieved his hand, better composed now. "Did something happen? It hasn’t been a fortnight yet." He pointed out, relieved that Ruoxi wasn’t injured.
Ruoxi didn’t hide his discontent, even though their fortnightly arrangement had been dissolved, Dulce still abided by it. "I exerted myself too much last night— while finishing off the coven." He hastily corrected, catching guilt filling the Vampire’s eyes.
With his concerns satisfied, Dulce shrugged off his overcoat and took off his cravat, getting on the bed. "Do you mind if I return the favor this time?" He asked seriously.
Ruoxi’s gold eyes brightened a fraction, hesitation flashing. His gaze lowered to the Vampire’s lips, his small mouth. "I don’t," He agreed despite his hesitation.
The achy pit in his stomach worsened the closer Dulce came, he should eat first, delaying any further was dangerous, but he really wanted to see what the Vampire would do if he didn’t take the lead.
The room was now a vortex of fragrance, the windows were all closed to prevent the aphrodisiac from leaking out, it meant that it kept spilling out of him with nowhere to go. The faint pink mist seemed to glow from the candlelight, giving the room a surreal quality.
Dulce got on the bed fully, settling in between his legs. He still wore a waistcoat over his dress shirt, it emphasized his slender waist, stray wisps of pale hair escaping his low ponytail.
Dulce had readied himself to do this from the very moment he agreed to let Ruoxi eat from him, so he easily got over being flustered, reaching for the band of Ruoxi’s pants. His clothes were familiar, it was clear that he had gone to the Hells again, silvery flowers embroidered on the collar of his black robe.
He pulled it down, keeping his composure even when the Demon’s length was revealed. His throat itched for a moment, and although he was mostly unaffected by the scent of lotus, it felt like it was lightly choking him.
He didn’t dwell on the length and girth of it, recognizing that this was a far more dire situation than the first time. He was gentle yet firm when he grasped the Incubus, attempting an experimental stroke.
Ruoxi curled inwards with a sharp intake of air like it hurt, startling Dulce. Before he could ask any questions, he was lifted by his waist and brought to eye level with Ruoxi. He could still feel the searing heat of the Demon’s throbbing length where he had held it, even the wetness on his hands seemed to burn.
Dulce was half-lying across Ruoxi’s chest, a powerful arm across his waist keeping him in place. He barely got a proper glimpse of the other’s face before his lips were claimed, a palm behind his head. If he had gotten a proper look at the Demon, he would have seen that the light had been completely extinguished in Ruoxi’s eyes, the Incubus tipped into ravenous.
Dulce’s hands had been cold against the uncomfortable heat of his loins, the pleasure had shot up his spine, snapping his flimsy restraints and exacerbating his hunger.
Dulce was easily subdued under the kiss, aphrodisiacs filling him so much that they spilled out the side of his mouth. It almost felt like Ruoxi didn’t need to breathe, even the Demon’s saliva tasted like flowers, far more potent than lotus wine.
He had planned to return to his task but when the kiss was broken, all he could do was lower his head weakly to Ruoxi’s chest to catch his breath. All thoughts of returning the favor to the Demon were replaced with the mildly sweet taste of lotus and the warmth slowly suffusing his body from within.
There was a long stretch of silence, long enough for Dulce to recover enough to lift his head. Save for the possessive arm around his waist, Ruoxi did nothing else after the kiss, it was curious.
He looked up and stared into empty gold eyes, completely missing the danger. He tried to rise, his body barely listening to him, but he had remembered what he had been doing before the kiss and was intending to return.
Ruoxi’s arm tightened when he moved, keeping him in place, a slight frown on his handsome face like he was trying to recall something important.
Dulce gave him a reassuring smile, it was dazed, red staining the edges of his eyes and the tip of his nose. "I can’t return the..." ’favor from here.’ He was about to say but he didn’t get all of his words out.
The faint expression Ruoxi wore completely fell off his face and he kissed Dulce again. His kiss was even more ravenous this time, flipping their positions so that Dulce was partly underneath him.
Dulce clung to the Demon’s powerful shoulders, feeling like he was drowning in the kiss, a soft, muffled cry spilling out. Barely able to handle the kiss, he was completely defenseless against his waistcoat getting ripped off, the well-tailored outfit falling apart like wet paper.
His dress shirt was treated with the same impatience, the kiss breaking off. Dulce sucked in mouthfuls of air, his previously clear, silver blue eyes now a hazy, soft red.
It was cold outside as night fell but the room was suffused with warmth, so the shiver that swept through him when he lost his pants had nothing to do with the chill.
He had barely caught his breath when he lost every piece of clothing he wore, Ruoxi pressing him down into the bed. Their members met, the difference in size just as jarring as the difference in temperature.
If Dulce still had a grasp on his sanity, he would have noticed that something wasn’t quite right, but he was too distracted by the Demon kissing down his jaw, his hips thrusting shallowly.
It was enough to create friction, their hard lengths rubbing against each other. Just like kissing Ruoxi felt like emptying a jar of wine, even the Demon’s member was just as wet, more of that wetness that burned smearing all over him.
