Kong Li didn’t care what she thought and took out a poster from the car for her to sign.

Mu Yan accepted it and solemnly signed her name, then handed it over.

Kong Li smiled, "I wonder if I could have the chance to invite Miss Mu for a meal?"

Mu Yan quickly responded, "I should be the one inviting you. You’ve come all the way back from abroad, and it’s my turn to be a good host."

Mu Yan was taken aback and glanced at Kong Li. She thought she was joking, but it turned out she wasn’t.

"Of course." Mu Yan immediately gave her phone number.

Kong Li noted down the number and dialed back to her.

Mu Yan also saved her number, "I’ll wait for your call."

"All right, then I won’t disturb you, Miss Mu." Kong Li said gently.

"You flatter me."

Kong Li nodded at her, turned around, and walked towards her car.

Mu Yan watched her walk away for a while before getting in her car and leaving.

Inside the car, Kong Li had just sat down and the poster accidentally hit the back of the front seat.

She furrowed her brows slightly and quickly checked. Fortunately, only the edge was wrinkled, so she immediately smoothed it out.

The man next to her observed her careful behavior, glanced at her, and asked, "What were you talking about just now?"

He was dressed in a shirt and trousers, had blond hair and blue eyes, and was very handsome. He was Jordon, whom Mu Yan had met abroad.

"We exchanged phone numbers." Kong Li smiled slightly.

Jordan seemed surprised, "You’ve only met once, and she gave you her phone number?"

"Yes, and we’ve arranged to have a meal together." Kong Li looked in the direction Mu Yan had left, her demeanor becoming even more gentle.

"Sure, please wait a moment." The driver said and got out of the car.

Jordon laughed and said, "Won’t that scare her?"

"I’ve already tried to control myself." Kong Li said earnestly, "I wish I could keep her in my sight always, but I’m afraid it could backfire."

"As long as you’re happy." Jordon laughed.

Soon, the driver came back with a bouquet of sunflowers.

Kong Li held the flowers and hesitated, "How should I give these to her?"

Jordon suggested, "Why not send them to the hospital? As far as I know, she has taken a break from work and has been in the hospital with her brother."

Kong Li’s delicate eyebrows furrowed slightly, "Would she think I’m too weird?"

Jordon offered a suggestion, "Aren’t you her fan? You could send them over as a fan."

Kong Li thought this was a good idea, "I’ll take your advice; I want to write her a greeting card."

"As long as you’re happy." Jordon raised an eyebrow.

These days, Mu Chen’s unusual silence made Luo Yao a bit worried.

Whenever he woke up, he would write nonstop in his journal, his expression serious, completely absorbed in his own world.

At noon, Mu Chen suddenly said he wanted the porridge Luo Yao made.

How could Luo Yao refuse? She called a caregiver to look after him and went back to make porridge herself.
