Chapter 92: Chapter 92: Greetings Girls! I Am Lucien’s Sugar Mommy!
"You said you’d tell us what happened," Seraphina said, once everyone had settled with full plates.
Lucien paused, spoon halfway up to his mouth. "Right."
"So where should I begin, meeting with the party or maybe from the Crimson Jellyfiends?"
Evelisse looked up immediately, her cheeks stuffed to the brim. "Start with the Jellyfiends."
"Why the Jellyfiends?"
"They sounded cute and fun."
"They were trying to kill us, and were quite the headache for Kael." Lucien said laughing as he remembered Kael’s tragedy.
"Cute things can still be dangerous."
’I like this one already, I feel like we’d get along.’ Carmilla said, invisible and still sitting on his shoulder.
’Really, you’ve barely known her for minutes.’
’Some bonds transcend time.’
’Hmm, that’s the kind of things those without friends say.’ He said.
’I have friends!’
’Yeah, totally.’ He said not the least bit believing.
’Tch, I have a few friends, and it’s because I don’t make friends with those irritating Gods and Goddesses, most of them are cowards and run at the mere sight of me.’
’What did you even do for them to react like that?’
’I don’t know, just wiped out a few irritating gods, oh and borrowed some unique treasures they didn’t want to share, nothing much.’ She said sounding unbothered.
He decided not to comment on what she said as he walked the girl’s through the dungeon run, the Crimson Jellyfiends first, semi-transparent, bouncing, deceptively vicious and cute.
"So basically giant red pudding," Evelisse summarized.
"Very corrosive pudding."
"Can you eat them?"
"Yes, made them into blood candies."
"Can I try one?"
"No, not unless you have a secret digestion skill."
"Can I get one?" She asked her eyes shining at the thought of a skill that would allow her to eat more things.
"...No." He said trying to sound as truthful as possible, as he couldn’t imagine a more gluttonous Eve.
’He’s lying,’ Carmilla said.
’I am certain there exists no such skill.’
’Hmm, maybe I should give her one.’ Carmilla said.
The girls exchanged confused glances at his sudden expression of internal crisis, but let it pass.
Seraphina asked about the bats next, and he described the swarms, the sonic screeches, the ability that made them nearly impossible to spot in the dark.
"How’d you handle hundreds of them?" Aurelia asked.
"Mostly teamwork."
"Mostly?"
"Mostly, though I did hold back, to not raise suspicions." he confirmed.
"That’s good."
The hounds came with a mention of Kael’s four arms, which stopped Evelisse cold.
"Four arms?"
"Yes."
"Does he also eat four times as much, he should right?"
Lucien considered this seriously. "...Yes, unfortunately. "
She nodded solemnly. "That tracks, maybe I can get four arms."
Seraphina’s eyes properly lit up at the spiders, particularly once he mentioned Bloodsilk.
"You collected some?"
"Quite a bit, we also found various resources including some magical plants."
Her expression immediately shifted into something dangerously close to alchemical scheming.
’Great,’ he thought. ’Just handed my wife a new project, wonder what she will cook up next.’
He walked them through the boss fight next, the Bloodmother, the second phase, the compressed armored form, Kael nearly cracked in half against a pillar.
"And you fought that without revealing your full strength?" Aurelia asked, serious now.
"Yes, but the the party mostly handled it."
"I cant believe that was only the first five floors." Seraphina said.
"The most important thing is, is that he survived."
"He’s sitting here eating dinner," Evelisse pointed out. "Obviously he survived."
Then the mood shifted as he reached the ambush the dagger, the throw down the stairs, the crystal cracking and his the disappearance.
Seraphina’s expression went worried as Evelisse actually stopped eating before carrying on as he obviously survived, even Aurelia’s jaw tightened for a bit before going back to normal.
"Don’t worry, nothing really happened, as I disappeared before they attacked again."
"Someone attacked you, most probably Malrith since we know he was after you." Aurelia said, not a question.
He nodded.
"And you disappeared just at the moment."
"I know."
"And you expect us not to worry?"
"...Sorry."
’Carmilla. Okay if I tell them about you?’
’Of course. Honestly, I was wondering when you’d get around to it.’
’You aren’t exactly easy to explain.’
’Don’t worry, I’ll introduce myself to the lovely wives.’
’...How?’
’As your sugar mommy.’
He nearly choked on his water. ’Absolutely not.’
’Fine then, as your mistress.’
’...That’s worse, just tell them you’re my master, cause that’s what you are, heck even a goddess.’
He explained it as clearly as he could, the crystal token transporting him to a white void, meeting the woman who owned the dungeon, the negotiation, becoming her Champion, her Holy Son and then her Disciple.
Evelisse tilted her head. "Wait."
"What."
"You met an actual Goddess?"
"Yes, an annoying one."
’Rude.’ He heard Carmilla comment.
"And you became her disciple?"
"Yes."
"And she’s just... giving you stuff?"
"Yes."
Evelisse looked genuinely impressed. "Your luck is ridiculous, you know that."
"...I know."
"She’s actually here," he said.
Everyone froze as the tiny fairy sized figure on his shoulder shimmered into visibility, standing, spreading her arms with maximum drama and striking a pose.
"Greetings girl’s!" Carmilla announced. "I am Carmilla! The Goddess of Blood!" A dramatic pause. "And Lucien’s sugar mommy!"
He buried his face in one hand.
Silence.
Then Evelisse absolutely lost it, laughing hard enough to wheeze, Seraphina dissolved into giggles and even Aurelia’s mouth twitched dangerously at the ridiculous statement.
"I told you not to say that, Carmilla. "
Carmilla pointed at him triumphantly. "He calls me Master, even though i spoil him rotten."
"Master?" Evelisse repeated, delighted.
"Yes," Carmilla confirmed proudly.
"That’s hilarious, he should just call you his sugar mommy."
"Why is everyone enjoying this," Lucien asked the ceiling.
Evelisse leaned in first, studying Carmilla with open fascination. "You’re actually a goddess?"
"Yes."
"And you’re this small?"
Carmilla puffed her cheeks. "This body is a clone, sent to accompany Lucien."
Evelisse reached out and poked her cheek before anyone could stop her, as Carmilla let her.
"...Soft," Evelisse observed.
"Hey!"
"Cute."
Carmilla lit up as she floated over and patted Evelisse’s head. "You poor little thing, I heard how Lucien blackmailed you."
Evelisse immediately fake-sniffled. "Finally, someone understands my suffering."
"You weren’t blackmailed into cultivating," Lucien said flatly.
Seraphina bowed her head slightly. "It’s an honor to meet you, Lady Carmilla."
"Don’t be so formal, just call me Carmilla or if you prefer sugar mommy, I won’t stop you." Carmilla said grinning and studied her a moment longer, expression sobering slightly. "We’ll talk about your bloodline rejection later."
Seraphina’s eyes widened. "You know?"
"I know quite a lot." A gentler smile. "Don’t worry, we’ll fix it."
Seraphina glanced at Lucien, and he gave her a small, reassuring nod.
Aurelia simply looked at Carmilla. Carmilla looked back, a long silent beat passing between them.
Then Carmilla grinned. "You’re the first wife, right?"
"Yes, you want it?" Aurelia asked not backing down in the slightest.
"I like you."
"Why?"
"You are standing up to me, a Goddess as a mortal, kind of like Lucien when we first met, also because you felt Lucien up and teased him." She said making the atmosphere lighter.
"WHY IS THAT A GOOD THING?" Lucien demanded.
Aurelia’s mouth curved into something suspiciously close to a smile.
"Speaking of which," Lucien said, turning to Aurelia, "your mana veins."
"Completely healed," she confirmed. "I can cultivate normally again."
"And your Cultivation Rank?"
"It dropped, Peak SS to Peak A."
"Does that bother you?" Carmilla asked as they told her about Aurelia’s situation.
She shook her head. "No." She looked at her own hands. "I can cultivate back up again."
"Good, that’s the spirit, and when you’re ready go show those bastatds who they messed with, tell their big sister of yours and I’ll help you." She said.
"Big sister?"
"Yes, I declare you girls my little sisters!"
"What sense does this make, you tell me you’re my sugar mommy and them that you’re their big sister?" Lucien asked confused.
"Hush, Lucien, I am what I want to be." She said making the first laugh.
"It’s all thanks to my generous husband that I healed so fast, he apparently knows a very convenient guy or maybe girl, right?" Aurelia said, glancing sideways at him.
Everyone laughed, Lucien joined in.
’I’m starting to understand why you married all three,’ Carmilla murmured.
’You have no idea, but I glad it happened.’
He then pulled out the Foundation Severance Scripture and explained it, a Mythical-rank technique to safely dismantle and rebuild a cultivation foundation.
"You should learn this, I don’t know what Rank of techniche you use, but this should help you get stronger." he told Aurelia, handing it over.
"You don’t need it?"
"I’ll borrow it when I do."
She smiled, already recognizing the pattern. ’Whenever he gives something away, another one appears eventually, a better one too.’
"Fine."

He shuttled it directly into inventory without inspecting it, and Carmilla, watching him pause, said nothing, just smiled, apparently assuming he’d simply request the manual back when he eventually needed it or ask her for a copy of it.
Then he turned to Seraphina, producing the Mythical Soul Rebirth Elixir.
"What is that?" she asked, curious.
"Carmilla thinks it can fix the problem between your soul and bloodline, which should be the cause of the bloodline rejection. "
Her eyes widened as Carmilla took over, explaining the incompatibility gently but clearly, how her case differed from Lucien’s, how her soul was likely the source rather than the bloodline itself.
Seraphina listened carefully, then looked at Lucien. "You should use this yourself."
"I already have one."
Carmilla appeared beside her, grinning. "He’s telling the truth, sugar mommy’s got him covered."
"Master," Lucien corrected automatically.
"Sugar mommy."
"Master."
Seraphina giggled despite herself and Lucien produced the second vial as proof, holding it up.
"See? Use that one for yourself."
She hesitated, then accepted it slowly, something warm and disbelieving in her expression.
’He’s genuinely prioritizing us,’ she thought, though she didn’t say it aloud.
Evelisse was already staring at his storage ring with obvious intent.
"You want snacks."
"Rare snacks."
He sighed. "How’d the cultivation go?"
She immediately went dramatic. "Terrible."
"Terrible?"
"I was forced to sit in one place for hours, maybe even days."
"That’s cultivation."
"It’s torture."
"You were sitting."
"Emotionally, I suffered."
The others struggled not to laugh.
"All because my husband blackmailed me," Evelisse continued.
"I did not blackmail you."
"You absolutely did."
"I offered snacks."
"Under coercive circumstances."
Aurelia covered her mouth and Seraphina had given up hiding it entirely.
"Mid D-Rank," Evelisse finally revealed, chin lifting with pride.
Lucien blinked. "Mid D? You were High E when I left."
"Hard work." A pause. "Dedication." Another pause. "Perseverance." Final pause. "...And snacks."
He shook his head, genuinely impressed despite everything.
Carmilla drifted over and patted Evelisse’s head solemnly. "I understand your suffering."
"You do, big sis?"
"Of course, being forced to do things you don’t want is terrible."
"Exactly!"
Lucien looked between them. "You two are going to be a problem."
They exchanged a glance.
"No," they said together.
"...That’s worrying."
He produced a Rare snack pack anyway as her entire face transformed the moment she unwrapped it.
"You really got addicted that fast," he said.
"I’m not addicted." She took a bite, eyes sparkling. "...I’m motivated."
’I definitely like her,’ Carmilla said.
Dinner wound down eventually, exhaustion catching up with him properly for the first time since the whole ordeal began.
The three of them headed toward the master bedroom with him, and he paused for a moment, realizing something.
’Last time, I couldn’t have bonding time with the girls. Bloodline, cultivation, system, everything demanded attention.*m’
’But tonight, nothing does.’
They climbed into the massive bed together, Aurelia settling on one side, Seraphina on the other, Evelisse immediately stealing a corner of the blanket.
"Evelisse."
"I’m cold."
"You have your own blanket."
"Not anymore."
He sighed deciding to sleep instead tonight, Aurelia quietly pulled some of it back toward the middle as Seraphina laughed softly.
Carmilla’s tiny form floated above them for a moment, taking in the scene, before dissolving back into his forehead.
’Goodnight, Holy Son.’
’Goodnight, Carmilla.’
’Sugar mommy.’
’...Goodnight.’
He closed his eyes, and for the first time he fell asleep surrounded by all three of them at once.
