Chapter 1343: A bit of hesitation

Han Ba had been shocked by the abilities that Lin Fan had demonstrated during this time.

He knew that Lin Fan had changed after absorbing the power that they found in the cave, but he never thought that he would change this much.

After all, even Han Ba wasn’t able to see through the power that Lin Fan used.

If Lin Fan were to use this power on him, then he would have been in the same position as the core disciples down there facing the energy deers.

Han Ba understood something from seeing this.

However, Lin Fan suddenly asked, “What do you think I should do with them?”

“What is the line you’re talking about?” Lin Fan looked at him with one brow raised.

“As long as the foundation of the righteous sects aren’t harmed, they won’t go that far.” Han Ba said in the same strange voice.

Only this time, Lin Fan wasn’t as confused.

Lin Fan just gave a nod in response since he trusted Han Ba.

With that, the trace of hesitation that Lin Fan felt disappeared completely and he knew what he was going to do.

Though that didn’t mean that there was a rush to this.

There was a way of choosing who would live and who would die that would be much more effective.

The problem was that they were completely surrounded and had no way of dodging. The only thing that they could do was take these attacks head on and attack once they blocked these attacks.

But they found that when they swung their weapons, they weren’t able to make contact with anything.

The attacks that they released went right through the energy deer that were in front of them and they were thrown off balance because of the force that they used.

With the way that their attacks went right through these energy deer, it was as if they weren’t there in the first place. It was as if these energy deer had been made of nothing at all with how they dissipated.

But that didn’t make sense since they had felt something before from hitting the energy deer…

“Oof.”

All of these core disciples could only let out grunts of pain in the end as some kind of force hit them. They couldn’t even stop whatever it was that was hiding out there from hitting them since they hadn’t sensed anything until they were knocked out.

As they were fading into unconsciousness, they saw the energy deer reforming around them. As they were falling down, they saw the way that the energy deer looked at them.

The only thing that they could think was…

“How could they do something like this to me?”
