Chapter 1342: Keep on fighting

In the end, it turned into an all out brawl.

The other core disciples all thought that the Mount Hua Sword Sect group was using the item to attack them, so they buckled down and launched all of their attacks at them.

The Mount Hua Sword Sect group did what they could to protect it, but they also cursed the one that was holding it for causing it to rampage like this.

They were fully blaming that one person since they didn’t think that it could be anything else.

It was only that one person that knew what was happening for real.

It seemed like there was a will inside of this item and it was releasing these attacks to incite them into fighting each other.

Even now, it seemed like it was only releasing these attacks when it would be able to get someone to fight against someone.

“You dare betray us?” The leader of the Mount Hua Sword Sect group cursed at the one that was holding the item.

The one holding the item really wanted to cry when he saw the situation he was in. He really wished that he hadn’t been the one that had taken this thing in the first place.

With the situation developing the way it was developing, it ended with both sides attacking that one person holding the item.

He wanted to toss it at this point, but he found that it just didn’t work the way that he wanted it. When he tried to toss it, it was as if there was some kind of force that bound that item to his hand.

But still, this energy deer just chose a direction and started running.

As the core disciples were prepared to stop this energy deer, something unexpected happened.

The moment that the energy deer came close, it suddenly split up into several different energy deers that ran off in different directions.

When they looked closely, they saw that each of these energy deers had something that was like the item in their mouths. It seemed like they were planning on using these different things as distractions for the core disciples.

After all, there was no telling which one of these items was the real thing.

They would have to chase down all of the energy deers to get this item back.

“Damn it.” That was all that the core disciples could say when they saw this before they split up as well.

Even if they didn’t want each other to take this item, it was even worse if this item were to escape. So the only thing that they could do now was split up and see who would be able to find the item.

“Ugh!”

There were some core disciples that found that there was something strange about the energy deers.

The power that they released was on a completely different level compared to before. It was to the point where even they weren’t able to resist the blows from the energy deers when they released their full power.

It seemed like even they were being seriously injured by the force of these headbutts.

“If they could do this before, why didn’t they do it before?”

After being injured like this, they had no choice but to back down and let a few of the energy deers escape.

After they escaped, they wasted no time in trying to chase down these energy deers. They didn’t want any of these energy deers to run away from this place since it would be hard to find them again.

At the same time, they just didn’t know which one of the energy deers had the item that they wanted.

So they had to make sure that not a single one of them escaped.

When no one was watching, there was something that came down and knocked out one of the core disciples of the Heavenly Demon Sect.

After he was knocked out, his followers couldn’t help looking around with a wary look. After all, they hadn’t been able to pick up on what it was that had knocked him out.

He was fighting perfectly fine one moment and the next, he had been knocked out by something that they couldn’t see at all.

Seeing this happen, they knew that it was best if they left this place.

They knew that there was something dangerous that was hiding in the dark, so it was best for them to leave this place as soon as possible.

As the fighting continued, he wasn’t the only one that suffered this fate.

There were three core disciples from the Heavenly Demon Sect that were in this place and one by one, they were all knocked out by something that they couldn’t see at all.

One moment they had been fighting the energy deers just like everyone else and the next, they lost consciousness.

Seeing this, the followers of these core disciples decided that it was too dangerous for them to stay in this place. They had no clue what had knocked out the core disciples, but they could tell that they were being targeted.

After all, there was no one else that was being knocked out in this place.

It was only the core disciples of the Heavenly Demon Sect that were being knocked out like this.

They had no idea who was targeting the Heavenly Demon Sect or even who knew that they were all from the Heavenly Demon Sect…but it seemed like they were targeting the Heavenly Demon Sect for some reason.

The other thing that the followers of the core disciples couldn’t understand was why they only knocked them out.

As such, they didn’t notice that there were two people watching them from the sky.

“It seems like they’ve all fallen for the trap that you’ve set.”

“Right and we were able to get the senior brothers away from this place. Now all that’s left is to take care of these core disciples from the other sects.”
