The doors to all the isolated cultivation areas had been opened. Some of the bolder Extraordinary Creatures ran out into the corridors, sprinting around and causing widespread destruction.

But at some point, many Extraordinary Creatures with pitch-black pupils appeared and began tearing into them.

The scent of blood stimulated their primal instincts. Soon, they were all fearlessly gnawing at each other. High above, a single Hebrew Falcon soared swiftly past, its sharp eyes filled with contempt for the Low-tier creatures below.

Even as a Low-tier Extraordinary Creature, it possessed considerable intelligence.

Its goal was clear: find the exit, escape, and get far away from this confining cage.

Finally, it saw the exit. Freedom was just outside. Excited, it couldn't help but let out a low cry, only to find that, at some unknown moment, a bizarre-looking bird had blocked its path.

The Hebrew Falcon paid no mind to the bird's small size. But as it drew closer, countless fleshy tendrils suddenly shot out from the bird's grooved body.

The maws at the tips of the tendrils dug deep into the Hebrew Falcon's organs. In an instant, its flesh and blood vanished, and its remaining skeleton fell straight to the ground.

It all happened so fast that it was hard to even react.

The crow, covered in black sludge, began to twitch violently as the black, fleshy tendrils on its body absorbed a significant amount from the Extraordinary Creatures, initiating its first transformation.

Wang Ya stood at the doorway, observing everything through a Witch Array and Harak's eyes. Its performance so far had not disappointed him, and he eagerly awaited what Harak would become after its transformation.

'My only slight concern is the number of Magic Stones in my pocket. For Harak to become whole and perfect itself through devouring, it will have to absorb more and stronger Extraordinary Creatures.'

'It seems it can't achieve further completion by absorbing species it has already consumed. That's probably one of its limitations.'

'Its limitless potential comes from stacking low-tier abilities to leap to a higher tier.'

'Bloodline Wizards lack this kind of Special Ability, which is why they're constrained by the shackles of their bloodline.'

As for the idea of waking them from their anesthetized slumber and having the Night Moon Elves help him with tasks—only a foolish Wizard Freshman who didn't understand the situation would consider such a thing.

There is a cautionary rule in the Wizard World: Never develop any feelings for your experimental materials or products beyond their utility and potential for profit.

Experimental materials are just that—experimental materials. Once they enter the laboratory, that is their only purpose.
