It was just like being eaten alive by Gundas' Dog.

Everything he'd encountered in the Maya Kingdom fit the pattern. These were the methods of the Gendas Evil God, carried out in a subtle, concealed manner.

All of its followers were nothing but nutrients for the Gendas Evil God.

In the end, this flesh and blood would fuse with the main body, be slowly digested, and enhance the Power of Gendas itself.

A chill ran down Wang Ya's spine. If he had continued with his previous experiments, he might as well have delivered Harak directly into the Gendas Evil God's maw—or even created that gaping mouth himself.

He couldn't be sure if the Gendas Evil God could sense his location through that connection of flesh and blood.

'Probably not. Otherwise, the dozen or so Gundas' Dogs in the lab would have become a major problem long ago.'

The Evil God's methods were not to be underestimated. Wang Ya had already placed the laboratory under the highest level of protection and surveillance. The Witch Array Core would notify him of any anomaly.

As for how to bestow the Traits of infinite devouring and infinite proliferation upon Harak... Wang Ya's solution was to reassemble the special nucleic acids and long-chain genes.

He was also drawing on some theories from his past life—manipulations of "seed" and "shell" at the cellular level.

The Gendas cell was the host body, equivalent to an Extraordinary cancer cell.

The special nucleic acids and long-chain genes within the cell were the virus, which Wang Ya named the 'Gendas Phage'.

Harak's flesh-and-blood cells contained them as well.

The process involved separating the Gendas Phage and the Harak Phage, nourishing them through Cultivation, and finally, combining and reassembling the two into a new Extraordinary Bacteriophage to form what Wang Ya had named the 'Infinite Genome'.

This was the "seed." It still needed an environment where the "shell" could grow; in other words, it could only mature after being incubated within a cell.

The Gendas Phage could replicate infinitely because its "shell" was incredibly powerful. It could breach the "shell" of any biological cell, allowing it to become a parasite and begin the Absorption of cellular nutrients.

Naturally, Wang Ya planned to use Harak's own flesh-and-blood cells for the Cultivation.

This would also allow him to insert the Infinite Genome into Harak's genome, letting it naturally replace and alter the cell's compositional structure without causing significant rejection.

He could even use such a method to insert it into the genes of humans, or even other species.

'The implantation of an Extraordinary Bloodline has never reached such a microscopic level. I wonder if this method could solve the problem of bloodline shackles—the very thing that hinders the advancement of Bloodline Wizards.'

He rubbed his aching temples. Conducting these experiments was already pushing him to his limits. It was only possible by leveraging concepts from his past life and, of course, with the help of the Eye of Truth.

'I have no way of knowing if the Wizards of the Wizard World have ever explored this direction, but I suspect they haven't—or rather, that they couldn't.'

Without the analysis, parsing, and insight provided by the Eye of Truth, Wang Ya couldn't possibly have done it on his own. The experimental variables involved were simply too numerous and complex.
