The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2356: Using the Primordial Force of the Void

Chapter 2356: Using the Primordial Force of the Void

Cain’s smile widened as the powers of Entropy and Nihility spread across the surface of the World of the Root. Vast regions of corrupted land collapsed into nothingness, erased as if they had never existed. Yet that smile slowly faded, and his eyes narrowed.

From the very heart of the world, a figure emerged, the same one who shouted for the Scarlet King to stop.

Its aura spread in every direction as it rose to the surface, forcefully suppressing the destruction left in Cain’s wake. The distorted land stilled, the chaotic energies receding under sheer authority. Even the forces of Nihility and Entropy could not overcome his power.

When the figure finally stood upon the scarred surface, it turned its gaze toward Cain—eyes burning with pure hatred and rage.

"Radagon."

Cain’s eyes glowed as he spoke the name. In that same instant, the Matrix of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe began to manifest. Though its influence could not fully penetrate the World of the Root, it was more than enough to weaken and suppress any alien entity that dared to leave it.

Radagon stared at Cain, his hatred deep and unrestrained.

In his eyes, Cain was the root of every failure.

If not for him, the gate to the Emptiness would have remained open.

If not for him, Radagon would not have been reduced to a mere pawn.

If not for him, Radagon would have gained the full favor of The Root, perhaps even stepping into the next realm of existence.

But because of this single individual, all his ambitions had been shattered.

Once his usefulness ended, Radagon knew exactly what awaited him. His will would dissolve into the amalgamation of the Root. His personality would fade, his existence reduced to nothing more than an echo in a sea of endless screams.

And yet—

As much as his soul screamed for him to tear Cain apart, his mission came first.

Protect the World of the Root.

At least for now.

Radagon turned his focus away from the Scarlet King, channeling his power into the wounded Wall of Fire and Flesh, attempting to heal the damage Cain had inflicted.

Unfortunately for the King of the Root, Cain had no intention of allowing that.

His Wings of Chaos spread wide once more, forcibly preventing the wounds from closing. At the same time, Cain summoned multiple End-State Spears, launching them through the opening in relentless succession.

Radagon reacted instantly, moving to intercept them.

He managed to destroy most of the spears—but there were simply too many. Their erratic trajectories made blocking them all from a distance impossible. One after another, they crashed into the world’s surface.

Though none matched the destructive force of the first spear, their combined devastation was still immense. Entire sectors of land were incinerated, not only consuming flesh, but souls and psychic structures as well—damage the World of the Root could not restore.

Radagon’s eyes sharpened.

In the next instant, a massive tendril erupted from the World of the Root and connected to the back of his head. The psychic power and vitality of the mutated world flooded into his existence, stabilizing his condition, allowing him to resist in some measure the suppression of the Universe Matrix.

Space twisted as the King of the Root flashed forward, appearing before Cain in a blink. His fist surged ahead like a strike of condensed black light.

Cain’s Wings of Chaos retracted.

His gaze turned sharp and cold as he gripped a Zero-State Spear, driving it forward with all his might.

"BOOOOOOOOOOM!"

A massive explosion echoed through the void as fist and spear collided.

Cain felt his entire body tremble.

The power behind Radagon’s strike was overwhelming—truly immense—even with the Universe Matrix suppressing him. Yet despite the pressure threatening to tear him apart, Cain remained standing.

A wide smile spread across his face.

He had matched the King of the Root.

Radagon’s eyes widened in shock.

Due to the severe damage his essence had suffered during the battle with the Red King, followed by the invasion of the Heart of the Root, Radagon had yet to recover his full strength. Even so, he was still capable of unleashing power at the very limit of the Middle Alpha-Omega Overgod Rank.

And Cain had equaled him.

Worse still, the longer the clash continued, the more the balance shifted.

Anark and the other superpowerhouses watched from afar, none intervening. They knew Cain wanted this—both as a test of his strength and as a declaration. This battle was meant to show every warrior of the Nine Empyrean Suns Alliance how far their Warmaster had advanced.

And also as proof that the Root could be surpassed.

Cain’s eyes glowed brighter and brighter, scarlet and golden light blazing like twin suns. He pushed himself to his absolute limit.

Then, under everyone’s gaze, he took a deep breath.

In the next second, a violet energy enveloped the Zero-State Spear.

Anark’s eyes widened.

That energy was unmistakable.

It was his power—the Primordial Force of the Void.

Through the Power of Chaos, Cain could channel a portion of Anark’s strength and energy. However, Primordial Force was not something that could be shared so easily.

And yet Cain had done it.

The answer lay within his Lucid Dream.

Every weapon within that dimension was a manifestation of those Cain had fought alongside and bonded with through the Power of Chaos. Through them, he could channel fragments of their power, merging it seamlessly with his own.

It was a terrifying ability.

And it caught Radagon completely off guard.

Empowered by the Primordial Force of the Void, Cain shattered Radagon’s defenses and drove the spear directly into the King of the Root’s chest.

The impact sent Radagon flying backward, tearing through space itself.

To his credit, Radagon regained control almost instantly, stabilizing himself mid-flight. But before he could re-enter the fray, his instincts screamed in warning.

Behind Cain, a massive gate began to manifest.

The moment Radagon saw it, dread surged through his being.

Something far worse was coming.
