"Get some sleep, it’s late." Paige Desmond was exhausted, her body aching terribly, her waist feeling on the verge of breaking, and in her mind, she swore at Kiya.

"Mm."

Kiya showed no sign of sleepiness. He held Paige Desmond, his eyes wide open, looking at her pre-marriage boudoir, imagining the life Paige Desmond once had here as a young girl.

Adrian Desmond got out of the car and into the one behind them, which sped off toward Kalare.

Adrian Desmond speculated that Night Owl might head to Kalare, given it was a state of anarchy, more suitable for a fugitive like him.

Marion asked, "Sixth Master, how did Night Owl suddenly escape from the palace? Did he discover something?"

"We have informants, and so does Night Owl. It’s not surprising he discovered something."

"Speed up."

"Yes, Sixth Master." Sabrina Conner was driving, and she sped along the deserted streets like a racer, going ever faster.

About ten minutes later, Sabrina Conner excitedly said, "Sixth Master, is that car in front Night Owl’s?"

Marion opened the image sent by Tim, compared it to the car ahead, and said, "That’s the one."

Sabrina Conner called Barnes Smythe, "Mila, target spotted! I’m in pursuit from behind, you cut ahead and block his path. Don’t let Night Owl escape."

"Mm."

Sabrina Conner pressed from behind, the car in front speeded away, its windows opaque, leaving them blind to its interior.

"Ram it!" Adrian Desmond ordered.

"Good, commence action!"

Sabrina Conner and Barnes Smythe attacked from both ends.

Barnes Smythe’s SUV suddenly charged down a slope, blocking the road, leaving the black car unable to pass.

Behind, Sabrina Conner’s car gave the other vehicle no chance to react, crashing into it with tremendous force, even pushing Barnes Smythe’s car a short distance.

The two cars forced the black car to a halt, and none moved for a moment.

Sabrina Conner and Barnes Smythe’s cars were bulletproof, providing them shelter, so they didn’t recklessly go outside.

He circled to the front and found an elderly man in the driver’s seat, it was Doctor X.

"Sixth Master, it’s just Doctor X," Marion called.

Adrian Desmond and the others exited their vehicle, arriving at the severely crushed car and saw Doctor X, unfortunately, no Night Owl.

"Get him out," Adrian Desmond commanded.

They opened the driver’s door, intending to drag Doctor X out, but found his leg trapped due to the car’s severe deformation.

"Sixth Master, his leg’s caught, we’ll need tools to break it free, but we don’t have any."

Adrian Desmond coldly assessed and cruelly said, "Cut the leg off!"

Sabrina Conner volunteered for the task, pulling out a sharp dagger, beginning to slice from Doctor X’s lower leg.

Adrian Desmond said, "Don’t let him die easily."

Sabrina Conner grasped Adrian Desmond’s intent, "Sixth Master, don’t worry, I’ll make sure he knows what: worse than death really means."

Doctor X looked at Adrian Desmond, as if he’d transformed into someone heartless and bloodthirsty.

"You kill me, you’ll never learn Night Owl’s next phase."

Adrian Desmond called Kiya, the situation on the other side was equally grim.

Kiya reported, the other car exploded halfway.
