“We need to go to our base.” A pair of men rushed toward the building. They had just woken up from their slumber and hurriedly went to their base.

Unfortunately for them, Sonia had been waiting for them. All of a sudden, their shadows expanded and swallowed them without leaving anything behind.

Meanwhile, Bella and the city’s boss clashed several times with their respective weapons. Due to their difference in specialty, it looked like Bella was the one at the disadvantage.

“If the boss is not inside the facility, the captain has to keep a close look on the situation outside and intercept him the moment he comes out to check what’s going on. If the boss is inside, we’ll lure him out, and you should be ready to intercept his attack, Captain. It’s better for us not to get injured as much as possible, even though Anubis can heal you.”

They nodded. Sonia waved her hand, shrouding them with her dark element as they entered the city through the south gate.

They carefully entered the city while checking the condition inside.

Once they reached their destination, Sonia immediately sneaked into the building, checking whether their boss was inside or not.

On the other hand, Nathan and the others examined the building.

This one was much more sophisticated than the previous base. It looked like a small castle. There were walls and even guard towers that seemed to be watching everything around the vicinity.

“By the way, Sonia. Do you know where most people are? Like their resting room or something? If possible, can you bring me there so that I can prepare a few things to make the raid easier?” Nathan asked.

“Hmm…” Sonia closed her eyes for a few seconds. “There are a few of them. I can bring you inside, but it’s going to be dangerous. I don’t dare to bring you near the high-ranking summoners.”

“Also, can I use my ability when I’m inside?”

Sonia confirmed it with a nod. “I’ll just adjust the distance.”

It only took them an instant to reach the left side of the building. They sneaked through an open window and made their way toward the inside.

Sonia stopped in front of a door and pointed at the door before raising 8 fingers as if implying the number of people inside.

Nathan bent his knees and formed a small box. This was the explosion bullet, but he stabilized it and used Form to change it slightly. He had used this against the mature class mutant, so he planted it on the ground like a mine.

Then Nathan nodded to Sonia, signaling her to bring him to the next area. As long as he wasn’t too far from this bomb, he would be able to detonate them as he liked.
