“As you can see, each kingdom has four bases, while there are two bases in the neutral area.

“We are assuming that these two bases are their main bases, one of which is their headquarters.

“Our suspicion lies on this base. This base is basically standing inside one of the most infamous cities in the world, Rigan. This city is known for being lawless. Basically, it’s a den of criminals.

“No kingdoms are purging them basically because they’re managing themselves. If anything happens, they will know where to attack. That’s why this city and the kingdom don’t really interfere with each other.

“Besides, it’s a good way to monitor the criminals… and who wants to spend their resources and manpower to handle them, knowing there are a lot of summoners who are considered criminals? They will simply lose their own force and get weakened.

“Anyway, we’re assuming they’re setting their main headquarters here. However, the location is quite concerning for us.

If we wipe out several branches, and the headquarters notice it, they will probably strengthen their security or inform other branches to leave.

“On the other hand, if we destroy the headquarters first, we will be able to blind them. Of course, it will be more challenging because we might not be able to use teleportation if the captain is exhausted.
